We had the best stay at this property. The owner Craig could not have been nicer and more communicative. They have thought of everything you would ever want from extra insulated cups, extra beach bags to use, little puzzle lights for table, phone chargers, etc etc. He had the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen with utensils, appliances, pots and pans, etc. Our family really had fun with the golden tee too! It is a really short walk out the door on a paved path to the beach. We love how secluded the beach was being away from the condos and hotels. Just really top notch. Highly Recommend!

The property was as advertised and shown in the pictures and nearly perfect for our group. House was great with everything we needed. The highlights are the pool and the proximity to the beach. An easy walk to go back-and-forth if need be. The property owner was excellent with communicating and answering questions.A bonus was all of the beach chairs and other beach items that were in the garage, left over from other guests. There were bikes available for our use as well.

The property was terrific and our host, Craig, could not have been more accommodating. The home had so many up to date and modern appointments, as well as being spacious yet cozy. If you like to cook, the kitchen is loaded with all of the right equipment, cookware, etc. Add to all of this a great location in Palmetto Dunes. Can't wait for our next visit.

We've stayed on Mooring Buoy a total of 6 times (2020-2025) and this home was by far our favorite! The host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable! Thank you for such a great week!

Amazing vacation in an amazing house!

This is the best house we’ve stayed in on HHI! It truly has it all— great location, well stocked kitchen, amazing deck and pool, as well as lots of seating and king beds for the family! Communication with the owner was top notch and the ability to check in early was a perfect way to kick off our vacation. Would definitely stay here again!

Terrific getaway

Beautiful home, cozy but with lots of sprawling space. Easy, fun walk to beach, owner helpful and tips were perfect. We definitely plan to return.

Perfect vacation home

This home was built for vacation in Hilton Head. It is wide open. It is steps from the beach. It has every conceivable amenity. The owners did everything they possibly could to accommodate our needs. We simply could not have asked for a better vacation home.

Nice home on Mooring Buoy

Home was clean and restful. Check in was easy. Owner was great to communicate with us, and home was presented as advertised. Keyless entry was great. Great place!

Nice home close to the beach!

Perfect for our two families. This house is comfortable and sets up well for two families with kids. Pool and deck area is great. Living space is very comfortable, open and airy. Glad we found this gem in Palmetto Dunes.

Paradise

The house was beautiful, clean, great deck area with warm pool and hot tub! Just right down the path to the beach! We enjoyed our stay and the property manager and owner were quick to respond to our inquiries, we hope to return to this little bit of paradise!

Perfect for our Family

98 Mooring Buoy was perfect for our stay from the size of the home, layout of the house, quiet peaceful neighborhood, and perfectly stocked kitchen. We loved the beach access trail for getting to the beach with small children. The homeowners were informative and helpful in every way. Would definitely visit again!!

Great family trip

The house was perfect for our group!! We had two babies, my husband and I and our 2 kids (30 ish) and their spouses. Very close to beach. Kitchen well stocked. We will be coming again.

Great stay in August 2024

Great location on HHI and in Palmetto Dunes. Lovely home that has a nice layout for one or two families with bedrooms spread out, a large, great room, kitchen. Mid-block on Mooring Buoy is very convenient to everything you want to do. Craig is a great host and very organized / responsive.

OUTSTANDING House and Location for a family

We have been coming to Hilton Head for over 30 years and this was absolutely the best house we have had the opportunity to stay in for our family. The house, pool and location were outstanding. The host and communication was great. We had plenty of room and space for 8 adults. The host went above and beyond and provided excellent communication. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Fabulous week

When we booked the property the owner was always responsive when needed all the way through to Checkout! The house is absolutely beautiful comfortable and immaculate. The pool was very enjoyable after a hot day on the beach and the back yard a perfect place to relax plenty of seating sun and shade.Less then a 5 min walk to the beach a perfect location. Wish we were still there!

HHI summer 2023

This house was perfect for our whole family. The house has everything you could need. It is in a perfect location with the walking distance to the beach and then having the pool in the backyard. The pool felt very good after some time at the beach. Would definitely stay here again if our family doesn’t grow.

Cant wait to return!

This was our first out of state family vacation. Everything was amazing and accommodating for our family of 6 from start to finish. The house was perfect and location to beach was a short path away. Easy access to neighborhood and fun things to do, however there was already so much at the property we didn’t need to leave. The owner was very responsive with any questions regarding our stay. I would highly recommend this home! Cant wait to book next year!
