A wonderful stay! The home was beautiful as was its gracious host, Elizabeth, and the neighborhood in which it was located. We enjoyed our morning coffee, and Elizabeth's "Knock out" cake, in the kitchen and backyard watching the sunrise while the birds and squirrels frolicked about the branches of the very tall oak trees. We also enjoyed the fire pit and making s'mores. It was very peaceful and enjoyable. Rhodes College was located just 12 minutes away and Kroger's grocery store and St. Louis Catholic Church 2-3 minutes away. Extremely convenient. Clearly, a place to return to when back in Memphis for another football game at Rhodes. Thank you, Elizabeth, for your hospitality.

We stayed here on a visit for our 91 year old grandfathers birthday who lives just a few blocks away. We normally grab 4 hotel rooms, but last time there was a large wedding party that partied in the hallways way into the night. This seemed like a good alternative, but could not more have turned out to be the BEST alternative… the ONLY disappointment was that we’d not stayed here every Memphis visit before now. You e already read how immaculate and beautiful the home is. There were a couple of little POSITIVE surprises that I don’t want to steal the thunder from… just pull the trigger and stay here! You’ll love it!!

Great House w/ Character

The house was perfect! It is very spacious - plenty of room for 3 separate families to spread out during our short stay. The area was quiet and safe but convenient access to downtown and University areas. Absolutely loved the decor! Little things matter when renting a home away from home!

Joy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property! The hosts were punctual, kind and very thoughtful in their welcoming us into the home. Keyless entry was a cinch and it was the perfect respite for us and our two kids for our one night stopover in Memphis! Our kids enjoyed the home as much as we did and stretched their legs running throughout the expansive backyard after our long drive. Easy to locate and wonderful hospitality!

Thanksgiving gathering

Siblings who grew up in Memphis took Thanksgiving back home this year. We rented a couple of houses, but One Fine Day became everyone's favorite gathering spot. The enormous kitchen had plenty of room for multiple cooks, the huge TV let fans keep up with SEC football, and the dining room table was perfect for game night. The location is ideal, near shopping but in a beautiful neighborhood, and the house is beautifully decorated and maintained. Hope to be back next year.

Absolutely Amazing

This property is very well decorated and spacious. It supplies everything one would need during their stay in Memphis. Very close to stores and restaurants. Also very safe neighborhood. Elizabeth was very friendly and helpful...we met her in person and she spent extra time writing down a few places for us to eat along with her already printed out suggestions. She was also very responsive when I texted. She was a pleasure to meet. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO BOOK. We will be back in town visiting in the future and we hope to stay again.
