My Space Barcelona welcomes you to Barcelona!

This newly renovated and fully equipped 85 mÂČ apartment is located in a building with an elevator, ideal for both individual and group stays. The building has several floors, which allows us to accommodate up to 30 people in total. Perfect for companies, large or small groups, or those wishing to stay with friends or family, all in the same building. It’s important that you make the request so we can manage availability according to your needs!

This apartment is fully furnished and has all the amenities you need to feel at home. We also offer optional parking in the same building for just 30€/day.

Important Information Before Booking:

The property manager will send a link for a 30% payment at the time of booking (American Express is not accepted).
The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer before check-in or in cash upon arrival.
Deposit: A deposit will be charged via credit/debit card upon check-in and refunded within 7 to 14 business days.
Travel Cot: 20€/day (subject to availability, please request 24-48 hours in advance).
Late Arrival:
Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday at our office (Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona).
A 50€ fee in cash will apply for arrivals outside this time frame.
Tourist Tax: The applicable tourist tax in Barcelona will be charged.
No Smoking Policy:

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A fine of 400€ and possible immediate eviction will be imposed if violated.

No Parties or Gatherings:

In the event of complaints or police intervention, a fine of 400€ (in addition to any police fines) will be charged.

Il a fallu plus d'un mois et demi pour que je sois remboursĂ©e de ma caution ! Par ailleurs , je dĂ©plore : le micro ondes Ă©tait hors d ' usage , pas assez de vaisselle ( mĂȘme pas une poĂȘle , pas de tapis de bain , pas de balais pour les toilettes dans une salle de bain , prise de courant du chauffe eau en trĂšs mauvais Ă©tat . Je pense que la femme de mĂ©nage fait son travail mais ne signale pas ce qui est dĂ©fectueux .

Good Location but a few problems

Our apartment was on the ground floor, which was fine our upstairs neighbors were either very quiet or not home for our stay. The location was good, out of the mainstream touristy part of the city but within a few hundred meters of a metro and a short walk to park Guell and many small restaurants we really enjoyed. The apartment was alright, though we noticed a few problems. The microwave did not work, which the property manager obviously knew about as we were visited on our last day by a repairman to replace it without any notice from anyone and we were never informed by the property managing agent beforehand. It was a small annoyance not to have it but for a short stay we did not feel the need to fuss over it. The apartment also I believe said it had a dryer and it is possible that the washing machine has a dry cycle and we could not figure out how to use it but there was a drying rack so again we made due with what we had. My biggest issue was that I specifically looked to ensure that the place I stayed had a dishwasher which it did, however many of the lights that would indicate the cycle were out and while I could get the machine to run and put in the soap and tried different cycles we could not get the machine to wash dishes which in turn meant that we washed dishes by hand *annoying but not life altering*. We also found a child's sock and a lot of dust under the couch when we arrived. The check in process seems to be made as convenient for the management company as possible at the expense of the client. You must check in site unseen, which is strange given that the first line in the contract would suggest that I am signing an acknowledgement of the condition of the property which I cannot possibly know without seeing it. It would also seem that any visit to the property by the management company would come at a cost to the consumer and hefty fines are imposed for mundane items like 100 EUR for loss of a plastic hotel key. This check in process was difficult for a family who had just flown over night with young children and is unlike any other VRBO I have stayed in whether managed by the owner or a management company I have always been met at the property which allows me to ask questions about cycles to use on appliances, sites to see, etc. Perhaps this is unique to Barcelona but I would definitely say it makes for a less pleasant experience compared to any other accommodation check in whether it be hotel, VRBO or other entity, Thank you!

Barcelona 2nd stop

The place was nice, the AC was not working and they had a portable AC that didn’t help at all. Barcelona was very hot and humid, at night was almost impossible to fall asleep, on top of that the next door people were very loud and smoke a lot, not only cigarette but weed, so if we had to open de windows the smell inside was horrible. The beds were very hard, my back paid the price. Overall it was a bad stay.

The apartment is very clean and well kept. It has a dishwasher as well as a washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped and all the appliances work well. It is easy walking distance to both the Eixample and Gracia neighborhoods. The owner was very helpful and was available via phone and Whats App to answer any questions and make sightseeing and restaurant recommendations.

Nice apartment located in a very nice area of Barcelona. Apartment is equipped with everything you require, TV, internet. Very well-equipped kitchen, with different coffee machines, gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry washer. And the landlord made sure that the essentials where available on arrival, milk, coffee, juice, some beer and wine and more extras. Very nice service. Only after one trip we decided to cook at home and I had bought a lamb shank on the gorges nearby market. Arriving at the apartment I had to realize there is no oven, but this is where creativity starts

The rooms are all very well ventilated and the sun drenched rooms are a pleasure to stay in. The room lighting is also very bright and cheery. We have stayed in various rooms and in each of them, the living room (with sofa, TV, dining table and kitchenette - hob, microwave, range of cooking utensils) is well demarcated from the Bedroom. The beds are comfortable. The staff was great! thank you for a lovely stay!

Great appartments with very friendly and helpful staff. Check in was great and they helped us with restaurant recommendations for our large group. Great pool next door. Nice cafe nearby and good value food and drinks. Very handy Metro and local convenience shops. A few stops from Las Ramblas. Barcelona is an excellent and amazing city and this is the second time our group has stayed here. We will return. Thanks.
