Bordeaux Sainte-André är en charmig, ljus fylld lägenhet belägen i en lugn gata, mittemot Bordeaux-katedralen där Eleanor från Aquitaine gifte sig på 1100-talet. Det är 45 kvadratmeter med en 4 kvadratmeter balkong och har nyligen renoverats till mycket hög standard. Förutom en induktionsspis, ugn, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin finns det också en tvättmaskin. Det finns gratis WiFi och kabel-TV.
Detta är en klassisk lägenhet, renoverad med modern komfort i åtanke. Det är på första våningen, upp en kort trappa. Loungen har utsikt över gatan på 1700-talet och Bordeaux-katedralen kan ses till höger. Fönster i full längd är dubbelglasade och tak och väggar har isolerats, så inuti är det viskande tyst. Gratis wifi och kabel-TV är tillgänglig. Köket är välutrustat med induktionsspis, ugn, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin. Det finns också en tvättmaskin. Matlagningsutrustning och tallrikar tillhandahålls och köksredskap som olja, vinäger och salt. Toaletten ligger nära ingången, så det är lätt att komma åt antingen besökare eller gäster. Sovrummet ligger på baksidan av lägenheten och det finns ett angränsande duschrum. Tvål, schampo och balsam tillhandahålls.
Bordeaux Sainte-André-lägenheten ligger bredvid Place Pey Berland, och i närheten finns dussintals kaféer och restauranger, ett bageri, stormarknad och en mängd butiksaffärer. De gågatorna shoppinggatorna Rue des Trois-Conils och Rue Sainte-Catherine ligger en kort promenad bort. Beautiful, well situated apartment

We had a great time visiting Bordeaux! The apartment was beautifully decorated, with everything that we needed supplied. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony. The host was very attentive and responsive to questions. We highly recommend this property!

Great location, elegant and comfortable stay

We had an awesome time in this apartment. Everything was comfortable and well thought out. The bed, pillow, shower and living area were all very comfortable. Cleanliness was high standard. The location was a 10 minute walk from key sites. I would highly recommend and will return again.

Lovely, comfortable, GREAT location

The location is ideal, in the historic center, steps from 2 different tram lines, 4 minute walk to a grocery store. The owner responded quickly to our questions and was very accommodating. The pictures online are true and reflect our experience. We stayed there 6 days and will definitely book it again if we return to Bordeaux. Highly recommend. 5 stars!

Absolutely charming and beautiful apartment in Old City of Bordeaux

So pleasantly surprised by this apartment. It has been recently remodeled with beautiful style and design. The owner has provided everything you could possibly need. The furniture is very comfortable, including the bed! Great bathroom set up, nice size shower, two vanity sink areas. The kitchen remodel is also first class. Look outside your balcony for amazing views of the cathedral. Tram located right outside the door to the right. Manager Mark was so awesome to wait for us since our flight was delayed an hour! Thank you again, I wish all of our Home Away apartment stays were as great as this one!

Très bon emplacement

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel. Le quartier reste bruyant mais parfaitement bien placé pour tout visiter à pied. Un bémol sur les fortes vibrations à l’essorage de la machine à laver…. Nous recommandons ce logement pour visiter Bordeaux .

Great location

Overall this is a great apartment to rent. It is centrally located and easy to access all of Bordeaux from here. There are lots of walkable restaurants and the apartment has a nice little outdoor balcony with a view of the cathedral. The space itself is very thoughtfully laid out and well appointed with everything you might need. For instance, having a washer was very nice. There is no air conditioning and we did know this ahead of time. It was warm when we stayed and so we did need to leave windows open and fans going to help with cooling. The problem we did not anticipate was mosquitoes. So be prepared if you rent in warm summer months for this to be an issue. Also, there is an odor that comes from the sewer out front which can be quite noticeable when sitting on the balcony. Other than those two things everything was great!

Wonderful Stay in Bordeaux

The apartment is in the perfect location and was ideal for our stay. The communication was excellent from booking to check out, including excellent advise on getting from the train station to the apartment. The space is clean and well kept, with all the essentials. The bedroom is quiet and comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment and would love to return someday!

Beautiful Apartment, Great Location & Amazing Balcony View

How fortunate we feel to have found this gem of an apartment. Our first time to Bordeaux was exceptional in great part to staying at this apartment. With a view of the cathedral from the balcony, where we enjoyed dinner and wine one evening, combined with having the tram station right around the corner, this location was more than we imagined. Shops, cafe's and places to each were just a stone's throw away. Very spacious for European standards, this apartment was perfect. Well-stocked with everything you would need, and with a second bathroom, the amenities were great. This doesn't even begin to highlight the beautiful details and perfect furnishings. If we ever find ourselves in Bordeaux again, we certainly hope to be able to stay at this apartment. Thank you for providing an absolutely stunning property for our visit to Bordeaux!

Window to Bordeaux

A fantastic location with easy access to numerous restaurants and very close to the main shopping areas. A lovely light filled apartment – even during gloomy winter days. Well decorated and everything you need to cook – or just chill. We stayed for 2 weeks and there was room for the two of us to relax and enjoy a break in Bordeaux. Easy communication with Trish (the owner). Highly recommended.

Super apartment in a great location

On arrival we were warmly welcolmed by the son of the owner,who immediately took our overlarge bags and escorted us up a short flight of stairs. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully presented. A welcome gift of wine,chocolates and milk etc.was very much appreciated. The location was ideal and within walking distance (and we're old crocks !)of shops,restaurants,theatres and the tram just a minute away,(like Eurostar going thru' the town !!) When we come again,we will certainly try to book this lovely apartment again.

Perfect location!

Beautiful apartment - spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The view from the balcony is awesome! Spent many an evening watching the sun going down with a bottle of wine and really lovely sitting out having breakfast. The information provided by Suzannah was really helpful and we really enjoyed having oysters for lunch at one of the local markets. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when we next visit Bordeaux. The apartment has everything you need for a great stay.

Wonderful week in Bordeaux

What a lovely apartment, just as it looks in the photos and ample room for two people. The location is great, we walked and cycled everywhere and didn't need a car. We made use of the balcony with the brilliant view every morning for breakfast. Check in very easy and able to communicate that our train had been delayed. We also survived the hottest day on record! Definitely be back.

Great apartment all new rehab with elegant touches

The location is right next to tram to get anywhere in the city. The church and tower across the street are beautiful. The walk up is easy. The kitchen is great and the living room is very nice with a chandelier. Bakery and coffee easily accessed. Communication with owners was very easy by text.

My passion is to find older, character properties and to give them a new lease of life. My first property in France was Bordeaux Terrace in 2007. Since then, other owners have asked me to manage their properties and I have taken on a select few.

My family and I now live between France and Morocco, and it is a joy to spend part of each year in Bordeaux. The city and region has a huge amount to offer, and it is a pleasure to be able to share this experience with others and help them make the most of their holiday.

I work with a trusted team, including English and French speaking property managers. They have a great deal of experience in meeting, greeting and making guests feel comfortable. We are happy to assist in every way.

It has been renovated to a high standard, and is ideally located in a quiet street, with an extraordinarily close view of the iconic Bordeaux Cathedral, where Eleanor of Aquitaine was married. It's very close to Rue Saint Catherine, and the cafes and charming boutique stores of Rue des Trois Conils.
A tram stop just a few metres from the apartment carries you wherever else you would like to go.
