Nära till alla UNESCO: s världsarvslistor, 45 minuter med bil från de berömda vingårdarna Margaux, Saint Emilion, etc., och 45 minuter med bil från stranden, Arcachon och Cap Ferret.

Great Stay

From the very beginning this was an easy stay. Desiree is an excellent host who communicates promptly. The accommodation is standalone and well planned to offer kitchen, dining, bedroom and bathroom in a well designed layout. Overall cleanliness is fantastic along with great touches such as complimentary staples to get visitors underway.It’s also situated in a garden setting that provides an extra touch of home. Located in a great neighbourhood that is about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Bordeaux. Would highly recommend this property.

A few days in Bordeaux

This amazing VRBO is a perfect location in which to explore the city centre. Deserie’s was a perfect host and the suite lacked for nothing. Very well stocked and the welcome treats appreciated after a day of travel.

We loved every minute of our stay here. Apartment was lovely and thoughtfully outfitted with everything you could possibly need. The garden was a treat. The location in a quiet neighborhood was well served with two bus lines making a car unnecessary. Highly recommended

Wonderful place with beautiful garden

We absolutely enjoyed our 3-day-stay at Desiree‘s apartment. It‘s near the city, but very quiet, well equipped, beautiful designed and has a romantic small flower garden to sit in and have a glass of wine. Desiree is a great and super friendly host - she provides a lot of insider informations and is easy to reach.

We could not have enjoyed our stay with Desiree more. They were an incredible host and accommodating in every way. The apartment itself had everything we needed and more and felt right at home. A wonderful quiet neighborhood within a 15 minute walk from the center of downtown. Would stay again in a heartbeat and wish we were there longer!

Dream Property

This the most beautiful and well equipped VRBO we have ever experienced. The apartment and its garden offer a serene place from which to explore Bordeaux. Every amenity was provided by our hosts who also kindly drove us to a medical facility for treatment of an ankle sprain and stayed with us to provide French translation. Highly recommend this property!

Excellent Find in Bordeaux

This place is fabulous in a quiet neighborhood that’s a 15-minute minute walk to the center of the old town. The apartment has everything you need to live comfortably. The queen bed is great, the shower is fabulous, and the hostess is very friendly and helpful. If we are ever in Bordeaux again, I want to stay here. Thanks Désirée for making this such a memorable stay in Bordeaux.

A delightful place to stay and so thoughtfully prepared for guests

This flat is so charming and so are the hosts. The location is an easy walk to shopping, the tram or city center and St Catherine St shopping. The hosts provide plenty of information, maps, and recommendations for the Bordeaux area. The garden is a calm oasis and the kitchen has anything you need for cooking. A place for everything and everything in its place. Beautiful decor, plenty of space, a comfy bed, and a great shower. Will stay here again!

Perfect week long stay

Desiree went out of her way to make the apartment welcoming and ready to use. A starter pack of grocery essentials are already there. A wonderful way to start your holiday without having to go grocery shopping immediately. Lovely garden with your morning coffee. One of the best VRBO apartments we have ever stayed at.

Absolutely perfect!

We loved everything about this home. The host, Desiree, was wonderful. She met us at her home, and she explained everything about the home, the area, etc. She gave great recommendations, and while we couldn't try/do all of them because of our short stay (4 days), we loved all that we did and saw in Bordeaux. Desiree even welcomed us with wine, chocolates and a baguette. We walked everywhere, and we did a bike tour as well, and the location to everything is very good.

Wonderful stay in Bordeaux!

We had the pleasure of staying in a wonderful studio in Bordeaux which was walking distance from restaurants, shopping and attractions. The studio was very charming, modern and very comfortable. Desiree welcomed us and offered all amenitees and much more. We also had acces to a beautiful garden with sitting area. We would recommend this studio to all travellers. This apartment and the host, Désirée are both fabulous. Her attention to detail is beyond what is expected. I appreciate the time she spent with us reviewing maps, bus schedules, etc. For years I have stayed throughout Europe in apartments and this one is by far at the top of my list. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a lovely stay with a wonderful host.

A wonderful place to stay in Bordeaux

We can’t say enough positive things about this ground-level apartment with a private entrance through a gorgeous garden. The apartment was beautifully furnished and well maintained. The kitchen contained everything one might need for sophisticated cooking. Desiree was a warm and welcoming host, greeting us on our arrival to show us through the apartment and its amenities. The location had convenient access to a small grocery store and restaurants. Public transportation made it easy to get to major attractions in the city. We rented a car only to get to areas outside the city (e.g., wineries).

Great stay in Bordeaux

What a lovely place to stay for a weekend in Bordeaux - a great location, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, fantastic bathroom and a great kitchen with lots of appliances and cookware. Desiree was an exceptional host. She was very friendly and went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay, telling us where great local bars and restaurants were located as well as ensuring we knew how to get to all the major tourist attractions. Desiree’s apartment is a little gem and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, luxurious and well located place to stay. Thank you Desiree from Alison and Mike

Comfortable, Cozy Home Away From Home

Truly enjoyed our three day stay in our VRBO in Bordeaux, March 2023. Hostess, Desiree, was fabulous. So welcoming and accommodating in every way. Loved all the personal touches. The courtyard is an added bonus. Enjoyed the beautiful spring flowers in bloom. Great location and walking distance to the City Center allowing the opportunity to see all the historical sites.
