Denna lägenhet med havsklippa har utsikt över havet från både uteplatser från vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Matsalen är omgiven av tre fönster med utsikt över havet och har ett fullt utrustat kök och tvättmöjligheter. Dessa lägenheter ligger i Princeville, Kauai, Garden Island of Hawaii. Detta ligger på den frodiga norrsidan av ön. Aktiviteterna inkluderar bad, snorkling, surfing, vandring, cykling, kajakpaddling, segling och fiske. Köket har renoverats med nytt golv, skåp, bänkskiva och apparater. Vardagsrums-TV är en 50-tums HD-TV med 300 kabelkanaler. Det finns också en DVD-spelare och stereo-CD-system som du kan ansluta till en i-pod eller telefon. Varje sovrum har en digital-TV med standardkabel. Högeffektiv tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek är din att använda. Vi erbjuder också gratis höghastighetsinternet och rikstäckande telefonåtkomst. Om det är strömavbrott kan telefonen som är ansluten till ett telefonuttag användas för 911. Strandutrustning inkluderar handdukar, stolar och boogiebrädor och kylare.

På sen sent på eftermiddagen skiner solen på lanai och in i lägenheten. Det finns nyanser i kanten av Lanai som kan dras ned för att skugga Lanai. Fönsterbehandlingarna i vardagsrummet kan stängas för att hålla solen ute vid behov. Under sommaren när solen är varmast håller fönsterbehandlingarna stängda ett par timmar för att hålla lägenheten svalare.

Phenomenal Condo, Incredible Location & Views

We loved playing baseball and football in the enormous field outside the condo that looks out over the ocean. The sunsets toward Hanalei Bay were a delight. We loved hanging with the Nene birds. The pool and hot tub are awesome. The condo was clean and nice and a good size for our family of four. It was a wonderful trip!

Location and view are great.

Condo has everything you need. Walk out on to the cliff side and have spectacular views of the ocean, cliffs, and plenty of nene's!House is set up well for 2 couples or family.Quick drive to swimable beaches, Hanalei, and the local area.

Noise

Probably not a good idea to have a large family with multiple adults and multiple children in upper level. We had loud thumping and running sounds all day and into the night. Definitely could not sleep in.

Very nice property, well equipped, good location, good value. Nice pool area.

We enjoyed our stay here. The unit was comfortable, nicely decorated, and well equipped. Having a washer and dryer was handy after our hikes. On site pool was nice, and we used it daily. The restaurant on property was good. It was a good base for our North Shore explorations.

Views, Location and Amenities!

Tropical island paradise

This is our second time to stay at this unit. It’s beautifully furnished. We love the view and the wildlife is so much fun to watch. Nenes with babies , roosters (yes, he wakes us up in the morning) red top birds, egrets. Sunsets. Be prepared for mosquitoes. We came prepared with spray , after bite and citronella candles. Only been home a day and miss it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another nice stay at PKK 146 in June. The unit works well for 4-5 people. Like most properties on Kauai, it lacks an AC (which would be nice), but you can adjust mostly. Clean and has everything you'd need. Great view of ocean. Everyone wants to come back.

Bad neighbor

Nice unit, well appointed, terrific setting, BUT, Lady upstairs often kept her yappy dog on the lanai, directly over ours. To make it worse, at odd hours she would take buckets of water and swoosh off her lanai. I can only wonder why!

Great vacation in paradise!

We spent 5 nights in August in this lovely condo and had an amazing time. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and updated, and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. In addition, there were boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, etc which was fantastic as we spent at least part of every day at the beach! The view was beautiful, the pool was close by and the little beach was fun for tidepooling. The only negative comments I might have would be the lack of AC- which is definitely the norm in Princeville, so that isn't necessarily a comment about this particular condo. But it was HOT while we were there and the fans did little to help. There is afternoon sun, making it VERY warm. If you are going in the summer months, you may want to find a place with morning sun! Also, when we arrived we were surprised to find a big hole in the kitchen ceiling drywall. It was covered with a tarp and did not cause any issues, but perhaps a little warning about it would have been nice. Finally, the pool key wasn't working. We notified the rental agency, but when you discover the pool key isn't working, you are clearly trying to use the pool! So that was a bit of a bummer. I would definitely rent again- especially not in the summer!

Mostly Spectacular!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pali Ke Kua is amazing. Great location, beautiful, quiet condo complex. Best sunset viewing ever. Our condo was pretty much perfect. The full kitchen was well supplied (good selection of things like salt and pepper, oils, etc, left by previous tenants), the bathrooms were good (second bath is small because of washer/dryer which was awesome). The interior furniture was nicely appointed. Our only issue (we had a two bed, two bath, single floor, lower unit) was the beds. The mattresses were pretty old (in the second bedroom) and the pillows and sheets were pretty old. One of the chairs on the patio was broken. There was no air conditioning in the unit which was OK in the second bedroom, but the primary bedroom got full afternoon sun and remained pretty warm. Over all, I would stay in the unit again, and will most definitely be back to Pali Ke Kua and the island of Kauai. The views from this unit are beyond amazing and the wildlife that comes to great you every day (nenes and egrets, frogs) on the lawn made for a most memorable stay. PS: The upstairs neighbors were pretty noisy at times as well).

We loved everything about this property - location, views, pool, hot tub, sunsets, grounds. Well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. End unit was nice - quieter but property in general was quiet and peaceful.

Great Location

Great location and beautiful view. Unit really really needs a deep cleaning. Also, the hot water was lukewarm at best, so it made showering not a good experience.

Great location, comfy living. Everything you need from good beds, equipped kitchen, beach gear on the best location in Kauai to live. Great views in private area. If there was one thing to complain about: being on the first level was well worth having the ground to walk out (sunset, easy access, nene, toads and birds) to but the footsteps were sometimes annoying.

Floor fans were great because I was a little concerned about it being too warm w/out A/C, but pulling the blinds during the day did the trick! Management company was very responsive and easy to work with as well.
