Hi Kelly, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found the condo spacious, well-stocked, and in a perfect location for your group to relax comfortably. We also appreciate your helpful feedback regarding the towels and A/C settings. We do have a threshold setting not allowing the AC to go below 70. This is to help prevent the system from freezing over. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back to Sanibel soon for another great getaway! Warm regards, The Select Vacation Properties Team

Hi Colleen, We hope this finds you well! Thank you for taking the time to write regarding your recent stay with us. We're happy to hear you enjoyed your time in Sundial #R204. It's a great condo, with great location, offering lots of amenities. This owner has thought of it all! Regarding spices... due to Covid and sanitary purposes, the cleaners are instructed to remove all open items. My apologies for the inconvenience. Please feel free to call should you like to book another vacation. We'd love to see you again! All my best, Patience Rodriguez Select Vacation Properties

Hi Linda, Thank you for taking the time to write regarding your recent stay with us. Though we are disappointed to hear your stay was less than perfect, we are grateful you made us aware. We apologize for the inconvenience with regards to the cleaning issues. This is a rare occurrence and we apologize for the disappointment it caused. Please know we have addressed all issues with the cleaner and communicated with the owner about replacing the living room rug. We’ve cleaned this twice recently, however it appears the same stains are resurfacing. Please feel free to call should you like to further discuss. Hi Candy, Thank you so much for taking the time to write regarding your recent stay with us. Though we are disappointed to hear your stay was less than perfect upon arrival I am grateful you made us aware. We can only fix what we are aware of. I understand our cleaner did go back during your stay, however it appears it was after you had already washed the damp towels. Please know in future, that we are available 24/7. Should you arrive and find your accommodation in less then perfect condition, please call so that we may send the cleaners back immediately. This is your vacation and we want to ensure you have a pleasant experience. I apologize if you were made to feel that we didn't care... I can assure you that customer care is our top priority. Hi Lisa, Thank you for taking the time to write regarding your recent stay with us. Though we are disappointed to hear your stay was less than perfect I am grateful you made us aware. We can only fix what we are aware of. We’re equally disappointed to hear your comments as we not only had the property cleaned, but also inspected. We did see the review you mentioned thus why the owner of the cleaning company bleach all linens herself. All linens were cleaned and bleached on November 22nd with you being the next guest to arrive. I personally appreciate you giving me the opportunity to meet you at the condo during your stay. As I mentioned then, we did have the condo area rugs and upholstery professionally cleaned 2 times since September 22nd. Again, we apologize for the disappointment you experienced. We are available 24/7. Should you arrive and find your condo in less than perfect condition please call so that we may rectify immediately. Should you like to further discuss please feel free to call as I'm happy to help. Sincerely, Patience Rodriguez

Hi Natalie, Thank you for taking the time to write regarding your recent stay with us. Your kind words mean so much. Please know we value your input and appreciate the care in conveying helpful suggestions. Feedback such as yours is what makes a great condo, exceptional. Providing guest with a positive experience is a top priority of ours and our owners. Regarding the washer and dryer... space is limited thus hindering the ability to provide a larger machine, however, please know the owners are working to find a better washer and dryer option. I will pass on your suggestion regarding adding an espresso machine. This may have been done already, but will look into it. Regarding cable… some associations limit cable options that can be provided. Bringing a Firestick or Roku is always a great option. Should you have any other suggestions or comments please do not hesitate to contact me. I'm always happy to help! Thank you again for your comments. Hi Carolyn, Thank you so much for taking the time to write regarding your recent stay with us. Though we are disappointed to hear your stay was less than perfect I am grateful you made us aware. We can only fix what we are aware of. Please know the owner is replacing, this week, the living room sectional, chair, area rug and master bedroom area rug. We do not expect our guests to wash linens, however we do ask that guest are mindful and try to not leave more than two loads as the cleaning crew has limited time prepping the condo for incoming guests. Please know nothing is expected of our guests upon departure, however anything that is done is greatly appreciated. I apologize this condo was not available as per your request for the following year. Please feel free to call should you have flexibility with your travel dates. We would love to have you return to this beautiful condo. Should you like to further discuss please feel free to call as I'm happy to help. Sincerely, Patience Rodriguez ***Update as of February 2022: The owners of Sundial R204 purchased new living room couch, chair and area rugs.***
