Föreställ dig att du kör ner den slingrande vägen, miles från trafikljus, miles från kontoret, miles från krångelna i vardagen. När du passerar genom grindarna på T-Lea Farm går du in i sjuttiotre tunnland av landsparadiset. OBS: DETTA ÄR INTE ETT GATTT GEMENSKAP! Det är en privat stuga inbäddat mellan berget på fastigheten.
Vår vaktmästare Angie tar med dig en skomaker om du vill.

Hästarna är vänliga och älskar morötter och äpplen. Det finns snacks för din bekvämlighet och de flesta kryddor levereras, naturligtvis i pressflaskor.

Även alla ingredienser för att S'mores ska ha eld ... Vuxna, det finns brandy på bänken för en varm eldkväll.

Lugna vyer från däck som sveper runt stugan med utsikt över bergen och våra betesmarker. Solnedgången är hisnande när du förbereder en måltid på grillen. Hästarna betar medan du tar allt i det. Serenity väntar när du passerar genom våra hö fält där en kyrkogård sitter från nybyggarna på 1800-talet. När du fortsätter kommer du att se vår femstalliga hästlada och betesmarker som innehåller Sterling, Silver, Rizon och Scarlet, våra dyrbara hästar. De älskar morötter och äpplen; du kan promenera ner från stugan och besöka dem så ofta du vill.
Lyx är vad du hittar när du kommer in i vår tre-sovrum stuga. Master-gästrummet är på högsta nivå, med en king size-säng och ett privat toalett. De andra rummen består av drottningssängar och ett huvudbad på samma våning; det ena med en duntäcken, den andra med en fjäderbädd. Mysig och talsmaken.

Observera att utöver våra ordinarie priser finns det en städavgift på 120 $, en husdjursavgift om tillämpligt och en skatt på 14. 25%.

Det finns hundkorg med hundfiltar, en borste, leksaker etc. Betesmarker kan inte anges.

Week at the farm

T-Lea farm was so nice to stay at. We were close to family, and the grounds were beautiful! From walking the trails to feeding the horses, it was lovely! The house host was always so responsive as well as Toby when we were thinking about renting the 4 wheelers ! All in all it was a great stay! Looking forward to staying again!

Peaceful retreat

The listing on VRBO stated there was 2 king beds, 2 queens and 1 futon. There was no futon or 2nd king. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The horses loved the attention as well as the apples and carrots we gave them. Beautiful property.

Amazing place!! Loved it

We had a great time staying at the ranch. The pictures don't do a justice to the place and the house. The house was clean, had all the amenities, and Toby and Angie were very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back to the house!

Lovely cozy cabin

Nice and secluded cabin. Relaxing stay for me and my family. Loved sitting on the porch and watching the horses and deer. Would definitely stay here again.

Fall Break

We had a great time....in the mountains without the traffic hassles. Really enjoyed the horses, the 4 wheelers and all the mountain trails. Huge campfire the last night with hotdogs and smores was a highlight

Great home!

In town for a high school graduation in Madisonville, we weren't able to hike or explore the property. We enjoyed visiting the horses which were just a short walk down the driveway.The parking area allows direct entry to the home, no steps. The main floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath accessed by the hall. Upstairs has a bedroom w a king bed and an attached half bath. The main and upstairs floors were clean, comfortable and well stocked. The down stairs had another full bath and I didn't see a bed but maybe the couch pulls out or possibly I didn't open all the doors. We did not use this room. But had we needed it it would have been concerning because there was a slight musty oder and a dehumidifier running. I would not have been comfortable sleeping there. An improvement in the deck and patio furniture a nd a little decluttering would be a level up. These outdoor spaces are an awesome feature and we enjoyed them very much. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the kitchen and its contents. Oftentimes I feel the need to wash the dishes before i use them....but not here! All freshly cleaned! All in all, this was a wonderful property and we enjoyed our stay!

Lovely stay in the country

We enjoyed our stay at T Lea Farm! It was beautiful and relaxing. It gave us a chance to have some good family time with 3 generations and the cabin layout was easy for my 92-year-old mother to enter and move around in. We enjoyed a little hike on the property and a couple of drives around the area and into Cherokee National Forest. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We would definitely stay here again!

Secluded Mountain Farm

The property was exactly what we were looking for. Private with room to relax and explore. Three small towns 15 to 20 minutes away where food and supplies are available.

Quiet and Peaceful

Property is secluded and quiet. The horses are friendly and always up to be petted. Lots of room for family. Master suite is separate, just wish there was a shower to accompany the toilet. Kitchen had literally everything needed without requiring purchasing anything other than main ingredients (bread, meat, juices, etc.).

Beautiful, Peaceful and Private

Our family had a wonderful time spending quality time together both indoors and outdoors. Lots of nature and wildlife to explore as well as visiting the horses and feeding them apples and carrots. Angie was very friendly and helpful in making our stay a good one.

Had a wonderful stay in TN! This home is beautiful with gorgeous views and plenty of room. Relaxing time just walking down to feed the horses each day and very attentive hosts! Well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Thank you for a great get away!

Uninterrupted Family Time

We were looking for a place away from everything... this was perfect! We are a family of 4 + a fur baby... who was able to go with us! We ate dinner out on the deck (that was all fenced in so our puppy could just roam around), took several walks down to feed the sweet horses apples and carrots, made smores out by the fire... We wanted to do more hiking, but the trails were still pretty muddy from the previous heavy rains. We did take the kids' video game and had tons of belly laughs as we held our own family Mario Cart tournaments! It was a great weekend!

Great place, but...

Could have a better driveway! The gravel is what it is... except by the house itself. Pretty big slope. The concrete pad is at the top of the though, nothing near the main entry/stairs. So me and my buddies had to figure out how to park our motorcycles in the muddy gravel area and the nice concrete pad never got used because our motorcycles couldn't get up the gravel hill. Very tough. I wish I would have known this ahead of time as we were paying for the Tail of the Dragon as I imagine lots of other Bikers too. Wouldn't be a problem if you have a four-by-four vehicle. The place was clean, cozy and very comfortable. Angie was great and communicated with us. Though there was a booking issue, but ended up not effecting us. I would gladly stay here again if the main parking area was more motorcycle friendly or if I brought my truck.

Family Vacation

We loved the peace and quite at the Cabin. Watching the Hummingbirds were a great way to relax. The horses were so sweet. Angie was always prompt with answering questions. We also visited nearby historical sights. It was a great family vacation.

Nice cabin

I loved watching the hummingbirds feed while swinging on the porch swing. Nice cabin. 2 adults 1 kid and a teen made up our party and we never felt cramped. Bought groceries at the local Walmart, the kitchen was stocked with the spices and pots/pans we needed. Angie was easy to get ahold of as were the property owners. Peaceful place. Would stay here again.

When we visited some of the local towns of Southeast Tennessee, we were directed to Tellico Plains, where we stumbled on to this property. Once we drove through the gates, all we needed was a pen. There was no doubt that this is where we wanted to visit and share with others for many years to come.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

While staying at T Lea farm, you will hear practically nothing, just some beautiful wildlife and great views. It is so serene and romantic. There are lots of mountains and trails to explore. There are streams around the property and fun to watch them flow. While sitting on the deck of the cabin, the horses will roam the pastures in front of you, watching them run is a special treat when they feel the need. There is also a cemetery from the 1800's where some of the first settlers lived.
