Denna Brite och luftiga 3 sovrum ... 2 bad lägenhet är en END ENHET som ligger i det mest önskvärda området i Rancho Las Palmas Country Club. MYCKET nära Bob Hope Entré av samhället, gångavstånd (över Fairway) till huvudpoolen, tennisbanor och Golf Starter.
Det är tvärs över gatan från '' The River '' med shopping / Multi Plex Bio / High end restaurang komplex och bredvid Omni Resort and Spa. Dessa lägenheter ligger tvärs över fairway och är bara en fem minuters promenad till de viktigaste klubbhuset, Bar & Grill, tennisbanor, gym och Main Pool och jacuzzi. Totalt kan detta tre sovrum, två badrum hem värd upp till sex gäster.

Well maintained, clean, on quiet street, close to pool

My family spent spring break week here and found the property well maintained and clean. We liked the quiet street for our grandchildren so they could ride their bicycles. The property was close to the clubhouse and pool. The owner was very accessible and responsive. We had a wonderful time!

An Enjoyable Month's Stay

Wayne is an excellent host and responded quickly when we had a question. The condo had everything we needed: it is spacious and light, the beds are very comfortable, the location is terrific. There are a few small things that are showing their age here and there (e.g., toaster, toaster oven, a light switch or two), but it all worked as advertised. Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to take too much advantage of the private outdoor space, but we really enjoyed it the few times we could (especially the two times a hummingbird came and fluttered on my shoulder!)

Classic desert property

Stayed for a few days in late March with family. Property was exceptionally clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. We made good use of pool, hot tub and tennis courts on site. Property owner was easy to communicate with. A great stay overall!

Great getaway and location

Loved the property and location. Nicely furnished and well stocked. Very close to downtown Palm Desert and its many restaurants. Will definitely stay there again.

Property was clean and inviting. Everything you need in the kitchen. Great patio on the golf course. Owner was easy to work with and very responsive. Pool close by. Loved the place!

Feels like home!

Nicely located on a fairway of the Las Palmas resort golf course, we really enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit and the many extras and conveniences inside that made it feel lived in and comfortable. Sunrises were spectacular and the patio was our frequent venue for breakfasts and cocktails in the evening. The location of Rancho Las Palmas is very convenient to El Paseo in Palm Desert and to many restaurants and shops in the area. Our entire family really enjoyed the stay!

Relaxed Luxury in Palm Springs

Great stay at this over-the-top VRBO - everything was near-perfect and the area could not have been nicer. House was well-stocked and wanted for nothing. All features of this charming home worked as intended and would not hesitate to rebook or recommend. You will not be disappointed at this very charming luxury retreat.

Updated unit was perfect got thrrr of us staying and 6 for family eventd

We are familiar with Las palmas from when it opened. The orientation of Wayne’s unit kept It out of the wind and direct sun. Patio very welcoming. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful & Spacious

Just spent Thanksgiving weekend here. The property is lovely! Rooms are large and patio is huge! The home is tastefully decorated and well furnished. Gorgeous golf course and mountain views. The family loved it!

My family has owned property in Palm Springs for over 45 years and we have an absolute love affair with the Coachella Valley. I'm an actor and own an Insurance Agency in Marina del Rey, CA. Our family comes to the desert whenever we can for the peaceful vibe of enjoying the lifestyle. We love golf and this Condo has been the perfect match for our passions.

Varför värden valde detta boende

For 45 Years my family has been coming to the Coachella Valley. When I was a teenager there was nothing more cool and special than going to the desert for Easter or other holidays to just relax , swim, play golf, go to the movies and have BBQ's. Even the crazy hot summers were fun. My parents and grandparents instilled a strong work ethic and when it came to relax and kick back, the desert was always the place to be.
This condo's location is simply IDEAL because it's on the golf course and a very short walk to all the pools and Jacuzzi's. Also, The closeness to 'The River".and all the movie theaters, bars and restaurants is a HUGE PLUS.

This home will RELAX YOU! There's a powerful feeling of stress leaving you when you enter the gates of this community. As you drive to the Condo, past the rolling green fairways and golf cart crossings, there a strong sense of MELLOW that overcomes you. My family and I always love that feeling. You will too.
