Great place for family holiday

Spent 3weeks here and it was fab. House clean and comfortable and amazing pool overlooking the lake. Close to all the parks and outlets. Property management team very efficient and friendly. Would stay again.

Very, very nice and everyone in our group of 11 enjoyed it! Gary Steer was wonderful and quick to answer our questions. The pool, pool area and deck and the view was absolutely beautiful and we all said we would like to stay there again.

Formosa Gardens

The house, pool and location is perfect, providing of plenty of room for our large group of 9. The back patio has an oversized pool, hot tub, outdoor bar and grill surrounded by lake views that provide complete serenity. We were all very happy with our stay and accommodations.

We had one our best family vacations at Gary's home. The home is ideal; House, Lani, Pool, Game Room etc... The home is spacious and well appointed. Amazing lake view and great location

We loved our recent stay at this villa! The pool deck was perfect for enjoying the sun and has lots of seating. The pool is very private thanks to the established shrubs around the property and has an amazing lake view. The villa is also really close to lots of restaurants and a quick drive to the Disney area. Gary was friendly, helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had. This is definitely the best villa we've stayed at in Orlando. Highly recommend it!

Excellent family vacation spot

I would absolutely recommend this location for anyone looking for that ideal family Friendly vacation getaway. The kids and adults all enjoyed the game rooms and the well stocked kitchen made creating meals a breeze. We traveled in December/January so it’s was cooler in the evenings, we took advantage of the hot tub nearly every evening. It’s in a Quiet neighborhood, close to so many activities. Gary is an amazing host and responds quickly to any questions ,or concerns. We hope to make it back next year to spend another week at this house, it exceeded my expectations. Additionally, was just after Christmas when we checked in, the house was tastefully and elegantly decorated. Throughout. It was a beautiful touch.

Our 1st VRBO experience

We stay at Disney each year we come to Florida, but wanted to try something different this year. The home is in an awesome location! It really is a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. The pool and game room were very nice, along with the view over the lake. We were traveling with a one year old, and were a bit nervous to stay somewhere with a pool. So the alarm system on the door was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Tranquil Vacation

The property was everything it was described to be. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need as well as the finest appliances. The furnishings were first rate and the pool area is fabulous with the large pool, lanai and bar area - plenty of furnishings in the pool area! House in Four Corners

Our stay was really nice. We did have to purchase a few things however that were not supplied: toilet paper, paper towels, clothing soap/fabric drier sheets and a pool skimmer because a few of the bird cage screens were missing and there were always bugs in the pool. Other than that....the house was clean and very nicely decorated.

Fantastic home!

We had a wonderful time at this house. Every night was spent in the hot tub after using the outdoor grill/bar area for dinner. We had fun in the game room playing pinball (my future son-in-law made the highest score!), arcade games, pool, and air hockey. The ever attentive Alexa was great to have as we played all sorts of music both in the house and out on the pool deck. Beds were comfy. We had a few minor hiccups, but the owner answered quickly and helped us out. If we are ever in need of a rental home in the Kissimmee, this will be the one we will hope to get again!

Home Away From Home

Our family has been vacationing in Florida at Formosa Gardens for roughly 20 years and have found Lake Star Villa to be one of the premier properties. Gary the owner is more than accommodating to ensure your vacation is everything you expect it to be ..... he is one of the best if not the best vacation property owner determined to provide you with the most enjoyable vacation possible. The home is well appointed and affords vacationers with all the comforts one would expect; Large pool, spa, outdoor bar, outdoor TV, lanai etc.... plenty of room for large families! Property management by Gerhard makes your vacation an absolute pleasure, ensuring you have an enjoyable time! We will be back again in February / March 2021 for sure!

Great Stay, Second Time!

This was our second year coming to the Lakeside Villa, and it was just as wonderful as last year! The weather was iffy, but on those days there was plenty to do inside the house, with the updated game room, multiple TV areas, and a spacious kitchen--so everyone was content! The heated pool and hot tub are the star for our crew...and even in less than sunny weather, we managed to be in the pool numerous times a day! The view out to the lake continues the vista, making this a truly special place. We also loved the updated lighting and the renovated bedrooms! This house is in the perfect location for everything you need--easy access to grocery stores, pharmacies and you can zip over to the Disney parks in less than 15 minutes. The owner and property manager are both easy to communicate with, which makes it perfect! Our 7 year old refers to this as his "Dream House", and it sure is! We will be back next year to enjoy it again!

Formidable villa

Nous y étions toute la famille: grands-parents, enfants et petits-enfants (10 personnes) Tout était parfait. La salle de jeux fut très appréciée de tous.L’emplacement près de Disney, des épiceries,restaurants.Un seul bémol: l’eau ne sent pas bon (soufre?) on doit acheter l’eau embouteillée, ce que nous ne sommes pas habitués au Québec. Je donne 9 sur 10 juste à cause de ça sinon ce serait 10 sur 10
