Lagunhus med privat pool i hjärtat av byn Maharepa: stormarknad (framför huset), snacks (framför och bredvid huset) och restauranger (intill huset med möjlighet till takeaway) ), banker, postkontor, medicinska centra, olika företag bara några meter bort.
Huset har 4 sovrum, 1 mezzanin med sovplats, 2 badrum, kök, vardagsrum med panoramautsikt över lagunen, biljard, täckt terrass (med matplats och sittgrupp) runt poolen mot lagunen, ponton från vilken du kan beundra soluppgången och solnedgången, korallrevet, färgförändringen i lagunen och naturligtvis fisken!
Till ditt förfogande: 2 enstols kajaker, ping-pong, bordsfotboll, minifotboll, biljard och pedalbåt 4 personer.
Många vatten och markverksamhet föreslås Moorea vi kommer gärna hjälpa dig!

This is an amazing house in heaven.

This property is a pleasure to stay at. It’s very well maintained and taken care of, and has lots of charm and personality. It has everything in it you would need and has more than that outside. The pool overlooks the ocean which gives amazing views 24 hours a day. It’s located perfectly between a market and several restaurants. If you’re having reservations about this property, don’t. Just book it.

Great Location & Amenities!

We loved staying here! The longer we stayed here, the more we loved it! As others have mentioned, the house is a bit "quirky," with different flooring & levels within the house. But it begins to feel more "authentic Polynesian" and the owners have obviously invested a lot into this property over the years. The location is fantastic - right on the water with beautiful fish & coral right past the dock. Having a private pool and large patio is rare & very enjoyable! We also enjoyed watching the stars at night from the seaside lounge chairs. The owners were very quick to respond to a few questions. We wish we had booked a longer stay. As we saw in many other reviews, it is so convenient to walk to the grocery store, the bakery, shops & restaurants from here! We liked the secure gate and bridge leading to this property - we felt very safe & private the way it was set up. The house is very spacious & well-equipped. The only people that may not be a good match for this property is those with mobility issues (with steps) or for those that need everything to be "fancy." We are so happy with our stay here in Moorea & highly recommend it!

Villa calme située au bord du lagon , du village avec proximité des commerces .Aucun accueil et instructions à notre arrivée ( interrupteur pour éclairage, situation machine à laver, …). Dysfonctionnement éclairage couloir des chambres, éclairage piscine, une douche avec un filet d’eau avec écoulement d’eau usée trop faible, installation électrique générale à revoir. Villa qui mériterait une réfection globale intérieure. Points positifs,la grande terrasse avec sa vue, canoés, piscine.

Bon emplacement, propre et les hôtes sont réceptifs et à l’écoute.Point à améliorer : les Clim qui ne fonctionnent pas correctement dans toutes les chambres et la pièce de vie et très chaude, impossible de rester à l’intérieur sans laisser les ventilateurs à fond et tout ouvert. En revanche, le reste de la description est conforme à l’annonce

Our stay here was amazing! The neighborhood is great, dont miss Moorea Treasure gift shop just a few doors down and Caramel'in cafe across the street is unforgettable and may be the saddest part of going home as their pastries are beyond delicious! The ability to snorkle right off the dock and the stargazing from the pool was truly an unforgettable experience.

Awesome view and location

Lovely home with pool. On ocean. Great snorkeling. Covered patio with comfy furniture. Great a/c in the bedrooms. Owners were amazing and very quick to resolve a few issues we had. Would rent from them again. Location is close to shopping, groceries and restaurants.

What an amazing place and Location

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house in Moorea! The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking—waking up to that scenery every morning was a dream. The snorkeling right outside the front door was perfect, offering an incredible opportunity to explore the vibrant underwater world. The private pool was a wonderful touch, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure.The house itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. Our host was super friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the middle of town with charming shops, delicious restaurants, and a convenient store just a short walk away. This stay truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return

Quirky, spacious, great for families

Plenty of rooms, great size pool, stones step to amenities. Albeit a bit quirky (lots of add Ons to the home and a little old) makes for great hid and seek for the kids. Pool was fabulous to cool off, with so much covered space to dry & clean gear after a day out snorkeling. Aircon was great in all the rooms could be more comfortable with one in the lounge instead of the "air cooler" Did get bitten by mozzies if we needed to open the windows for a breeze (as expected) would have been nice to have insect screens. Was so convenient to have shops just a walk away. Fab bakery/cafe "Caramel" clothes shops, Pearls and a supermarket that got daily fresh pastries and hot food and Albert tours down the road. We did have a bit of a storm come through which pulled some guttering off and power outage. These were resolved so fast. Was a little hard finding the right driveway to the home as there are so many indiscriminate ones, possibly use Snack Dider as a landmark for entry point. The home has lots of pots and pans, rice cooker, coffee pod machine, utensils. Maybe more towels as only one thin beach towel and shower towel each. But a washing machine & powder is there to use. This place was great, a little old and quirky but gave us all that we needed and some xtras. We used the paddle boat which the kids loved but kept close to inshore as i think the winds may blow it far. Snorkeling was ok past the reef which drops off to 15mtrs. Had a reef shark swim by one evening, that was fun.

A slice of paradise

This is an amazing place to stay in a stunning lagoon, its a very comfortable house, generous outside area with dining and lounge area. The pool was fantastic and so were the kayaks provided. Robert is a fantastic host.

Didn't stay at property due to condition and communication with host

The link for directions is very off by over a mile. Wasn't able to call host and responses were very delayed. Ended up booking a hotel and later found the property after translating a section found within the property. Inside was hot and had many mosquitoes. The bedrooms were all small, unlevel, and low ceilings, the bathrooms weren't nice, so we stayed at the hotel we booked due to location details not matching and glad we had another option. Looking for a refund, but host wasn't willing to do anything.

Return Stay

We returned as a memorial trip for my husband who passed away 16 months ago. We loved it when we stayed in 2019 so booked again when we returned with some of his ashes. The house was the same as I remembered with the addition of some new appliances. The spit could not be more idyllic and convenient to everything. Karine and Robert are fantastic hosts who respond promptly to messages and even popped their heads in to say hi once! The only improvements I would make would be new sun loungers as the ones there now are far too low to get in and out of and you cannot lay on your stomach if you managed to get in one. Also the steps from the dock into the water need replacing. Would be nice if there was an easier entrance to the water for us older folks (rock steps to sand are very slippery so take care when using them. Thoroughly wonderful 2 weeks!

Deux fois que nous louons la maison, toujours aussi ravis par la qualité du logement : la piscine, l'accès à la mer pour le snorkeling, la propreté. La table de ping pong et les kayaks font le bonheur des enfants.

Sweet House with even Sweeter Owners

We had some beautiful snorkels right off the dock when we weren't out with the whales. We loved the walkable location and the views right from the property. Robert and Karine are super responsive and kind. It's great to have so many places to hang wetsuits and other bathing attire to dry. The kitchen and outdoor eating spaces added to our magical experience. This house is full of character and quirky features that make it unique. The view is almost like being on a boat.

Fabuleux

Nous avons passé cinq jours fantastiques au Fare Moorea. La maison est très bien équipée, propre et fonctionnelle. L'extérieur est abrité, très bien équipé. Nous avons profité des kayaks et pédalos mis à disposition. Le ponton permet des escapades en snorkeling : poissons multicolores, tortue et murène... Nous recommandons vivement.

Loved our stay here. The pool was great to come home to after a day out exploring Moorea, and we appreciated the outdoor furniture under the covered outdoor area. Wonderful outlook right on the water. The host was super responsive and when we had a question.
