Beach Haven 7 ligger bara 100 meter från stranden i det lugna LEHYC-området i Beach Haven. Det finns totalt 7 sovrum. Huset är tekniskt en duplex med 4 sovrum och 2 bad på övervåningen och 3 sovrum och 1 bad ner. Båda enheterna har egna fullt utrustade kök. Övervåningen sovrummet ligger på sin egen nivå och har en king size-säng, en 32 "platt-TV och ett riktigt trevligt privat badrum. På varje huvudvåning finns ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och 2 sovrum med två enkelsängar. Övervåningen vardagsrummet har en 55 "HDTV med Blu Ray-spelare och den nedre våningen har en 42" HDTV med Blu Ray DVD-spelare. Bambu trägolv finns i hela hemmet. Det finns ett matsal på vardagsrummet på varje bottenvåning. Det finns en takterrass som går upp från matsalen och erbjuder fantastisk havsutsikt. Det finns två utomhusduschar och en uteplats i trädgården med en stor gasgrill. Hemmet har central luft i den övre enheten, och kanalfria enheter i den nedre enheten. Andra bekvämligheter inkluderar gratis WiFi i hela huset, kabel-TV, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, mikrovågsugn, kastruller, brödrost, kaffebryggare, mixer, glas och disk. 8 strandmärken tillhandahålls.

very comfortable house

everything was clean and neat.the reclining couch was a plus. I love that you can control the heat on the first floor by room for comfort. I wish the second floor and third floor heat was like that.overall it was a great stay. Beautiful house. I would stay here again. Thank You

Excellent place to stay!

We have rented for many years at different beaches along the Jersey shore and all of us agreed that this place was better stocked with utensils, pots, etc. than any place we've ever rented. It is located conveniently and was comfortable and clean. We are already talking about renting for a week next year! In addition, the owner, Tim, is extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. He responded immediately to all questions. Thanks, Tim!

Great spot on Long Beach Island

Rented both units for a wedding weekend with extended family. We had plenty of room and parking. My concern was that we had young children and safety. This rental has a fenced in large back yard perfect for kids. It also has a big eating patio perfect for large family. It’s close to the beach, so getting kids there was easy. The owner is terrific and renting was a breeze. Most of all the owner allowed me to rent for the long labor day weekend, all the other rentals I contacted required I pay for the entire week even though all we would be able to use was the weekend. Great beach rental.

Great home to stay at!!!

Very clean!! This home was beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed. The owners always responded promptly to my emails. My extended family rented both units the same week. It allowed privacy (and some quite ) when we needed it. We were able to relax and visit in either units as both spaces were a nice size. The yard is fully enclosed (definitely a plus if you have small children) & the 2 picnic tables allowed us to eat together. Being so close to the beach is awesome!! I would highly recommend this home to others.

Great house for a large family

The double units are very practical for a large family - two kitchens, three bathrooms and seven bedrooms meet many needs including not having all 12 in the same place very often. Two outdoor, backyard tables made full-family dinners a snap. Add the excellent location - very close to the ocean and about a mile from downtown Beach Haven and Fantasy Island - and it was great for everyone. And the owner was a pleasure to work with - excellent communication before, during and after the stay. Plus the house is in very good condition - good appliances, furnishings (including pots, pans, etc.), multiple decks - and it totally met our needs. We're returning next summer!

Perfect location and beautiful house

My family and I stayed here for a long wedding weekend and utilized both units. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures! The rooftop was wonderful and the backyard was great for cooking out. I will definitely be planning to come back to this house in the future. It was just perfect. Thanks for the great stay!

Ideal for Family Vacation

This is the perfect beach house for a family vacation. Plenty of room for a large group, fully equipped kitchen, great yard for dinners. Just steps to the beach, swimming, boogie boarding and surfing for our older grandchildren, bought a little pool for two yr old, filled with pails of ocean water and it was perfect . Great area for biking and fishing. Quiet area for house but yet with in walking and biking of restaurants, shops and park and entertainment area.

Family Vacation

The house was very clean and close to the beach. Tim was so easy to work with and very quick to respond to my questions. The decks were great and the view from the rooftop was awesome. I would recommend this home for a summer vacation on LBI!

Girls Weekend, Great Stay

We stayed at this house Memorial Day Weekend, it was perfectly clean upon arrival and ready for new guests. The house is right across the street from the beach and has a great rooftop deck to hang out on. Tim was easy to reach and super responsive when we had some questions. Would definitely recommend!!

Great house!

We rented this wonderful home for three young families for our mini reunion. It was perfect! There was enough room for people to spread out and also great gathering spaces. The rooftop deck was a favorite. There are other decks as well on each floor. It's a short walk to the ocean. We would definitely rent this home again. The owner was great to work with - very prompt in returning emails.

Great Family Vacation House

We rented this house as a family if 14. We had upstairs & downstairs. It is a great house. It has lots of room & is updated. There is a washer & dryer upstairs and only a washer downstairs. We shared the dryer. The rooms are spacious and the backyard is nice. There are several roof top decks that we made good use of. Each level also has a front deck. The location to the beach is really convenient as well. We would definite rent this house again!

We live in the suburbs of Philadelphia with our 3 children. I used to visit LBI as a child and my wife and I have been coming to Beach Haven since 2003.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We've had our eyes open for the right place for a few years and when we came upon this one it was perfect. Big, quiet, and close to the beach.... and only a short bike ride to the center of town. We are excited to own a little piece of the beach and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Stay together but have your own space! While we market and rent this house as a single unit, it is technically a duplex with separate entrances and separate fully equipped kitchens. That means that you can vacation together with friends or extended family, but still have time to yourselves. The pressure to eat every meal together or go to bed at the same time is gone. Have younger kids with early bedtimes? Put them to bed in one unit and be able to enjoy time with the adults in the other without worrying about "sleeping babies" or "keeping the kids up." Taking little ones to the beach can be a chore, but by being so close to the beach it is easy to get back and forth for snacks, lunches, sunblock and bathroom breaks.
