Villa Mars is a smart four bedroom holiday villa with golf views located in the Atlantico Norte area of Quinta do Lago. The beach and Quinta do Lago Plaza are just a short drive away. This property features private heated swimming pool, air-conditioning, internet access and landscaped garden. Accommodation comprises of entrance hall leading to the open plan living room with plenty of light, fire place, dining area and comfortable seating. Doors lead to the pool terraces. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and juicer. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. Bedroom one has twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has twin beds and is serviced by an adjacent bathroom. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace overlooking the pool area. Bedroom four has a double bed, safe and access to a terrace.  There is also a TV lounge on this floor with flatscreen TV and DVD. Outside the large private swimming pool measures 12 x 5 metres and can be heated against an extra charge. Surrounding the pool is a landscaped garden with plenty of mature shrubs and plants.
