Vackert gated home med mycket privat pool och uteplatser omgiven av frodig landskapsarkitektur på alla sidor, och gipsstol integritetsvägg. Vårt hem är en 3 sovrum, 3 badstrand hem med nyligen återuppbyggd sten-tec pool. 2 cyklar ingår för oändlig cykling och turnerar på ön. Njut av en lugn kväll runt en mysig gaseldring tillsammans med bad i din mycket privata pool omgiven av tropiska palmer. Börja dagen med en ny kopp kaffe och morgonpapper i handen på en avkopplande verandegång i det främre trädgårdsområdet och njuta av morgonsolens värme, söta dofter av apelsinblommor och mjuka ljud från ett vattenfall som surrar i koi-dammet omgiven med handflator och frodiga tropiska växter. Om du är hungrig kan du njuta av att grilla din favoritmåltid på en annan uteplats med bord och massor av stolar för att underhålla. Stig utanför sekretessgrinden och ta en kort promenad till den vackra St. Armands Circle där du kan njuta av byns butiker, restauranger, kaffe och glassbutiker ... alternativen är oändliga! Vårt hem ligger inbäddat i frodig landskap, bara några steg från Circle och Lido Beach och erbjuder ett komplett paket med sol, kul, vila och avkoppling.

Family Sarasota Trip

Perfect St Armands getaway

We were two couples staying in the house which was perfect for our needs. The owner/manager did a fantastic job rehabbing the house post-hurricane so we were able to keep our reservation. There were a few minor issues when we checked in and within an hour or two everything was solved. The combination of a great, well-equipped house, lovely heated pool, location and responsive management made for a perfect vacation. We hope to stay in this home again next year.

Would definitely recommend

Great location, right by the circle and all the things we wanted to do daily. Only negative was pool is not screened in so there was stuff in it daily making it hard to enjoy. Would for sure stay here again for future trips.

Perfect Location

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely home . Perfectly located in a nice neighborhood , to St.Armands Circle .Communication to manager was also easy although , we had no issues . Hope to stay here again in the future .

Excellent vacation home for a week at the beach.

A nice, well appointed house that quickly feels like home. It is, as stated, located within easy walking distance of the beach and numerous restaurants. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great repeat stay - home is great and location is perfect!

This was our second stay at this property and was again a great experience. The property is a 5 min walk to the St Armands Circle shops and restaurants and the home has a great layout. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for a family with teens is perfect!

Perfect

We had 6 adults, 2 toddlers, and dogs and the whole arrangement couldn’t have been better. Amenities were great, refreshing pool and enough secure outdoor space for the dogs. Location is steps from the circle. Just perfect. Will definitely stay again.

GREAT LOCATION

Walkable to the beach and shopping at St. Armands. The heated pool was wonderful in January. The house was clean and updated, very comfortable. Dog friendly with 3 separate fenced in areas.

Second time here and love the place

The houe works out perfectly for the 4 of us. Bedrooms are good size. 3 bathrooms is a plus. Plenty of space for eating, lounging, and the backyard and the pool are perfect. You can have shade or sunshine in the backyard. The pool is very clean and refreshing.

Amazing

Amazing home, amazing location. We walked to Saint Armand's to eat and shop. Just a quick drive to Lido Beach, or downtown Sarasota. The pool is clean and refreshing.The home is lovely, well appointed and gated. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us. All you need to do is pack your bags. We hope to stay here next year :)

Perfect Location

The house was very clean! Couldn't ask for a better location, a couple minute walk to shopping, restaurants, and beach. We made the change to Lido Key this year from Siesta Key, and we will never go back! Definitely will book this again for next year.

Nice place - great location

Nice sized home, inside and out. Really like the private fenced pool and fire pit in back. Very responsive ownership for any issue. So close to both longboat key for tennis and lido key for the beach.

Great property and location

A nice house in a great location. Pool was very nice and relaxing had plenty of outdoor seating. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The house was great to walk to the circle, restaraunts and the beach. Property manager and maitenence were very prompt to address any questions or problem we had during our stay.

Great Location. Loved the house.

3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms is a great combo. The backyard with nice lounge chairs and a grill and a private pool. The backyard is perfect if you want the option of sun or shade. Kitchen is very adequate with a nice larfw dining table. TV’s were large and internet connection is very good. The hosts are very attentive to any specific requests.

Sarasota Thanksgiving

The house was great! As advertised. 2 minute walk to St Armands circle and 10 minute walk to the beach. Incredible location. Plenty of space outside to host Thanksgiving dinner. Courtney was responsive and a great host. Would definitely book here again.

The Perfect Place with family

I have been coming to the Sarasota/Lido Beach are for 45 years and it seems to get better every time. Our stay this time was perfect! It was very clean and comfortable and the house had everything we could have wanted. The location was absolutely perfect and a very short walk to St. Armand's and the beach. The grill, pool, tv's.....everything was great! Thank you again for offering your home and providing a great experience.
