Brand New Vacation Cabin ligger på ett 5 hektar stort paket som gränsar till Keuka Lake Outlet och Outlet Trail. Outlet Trail är drygt 6 miles lång och går från Keuka Lake (Penn Yan) till Seneca Lake (Dresden). Kabinen är helt isolerad och har en elektrisk spis, luftkonditionering, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp, kaffekanna och USB-laddare för mobiltelefoner / elektronik. Stugan har en queen size-säng som sover 2, futon sover 1, Det finns eldgropar som kan användas för lägereldar. Det finns en modern flush toalett och handfat inrymt i en separat byggnad på fastigheten, Ny dusch byggnad april 2017. Perfekt få ett sätt. Gott om plats för att lägga upp ett tält för mer sovande kapacitet. På plats RV anslutning finns också.

PEN YAN CABIN

The cabin was absolutely perfect! The hosts are very thoughtful, providing coffee, cups, towels and bedding along with other amenities to make you feel at home! Loved the seclusion but also close enough to activities in the area. I would highly recommended this place! I will definitely stay here again when in this area!enough

Perfect getaway

The cabin was perfect for our 25 yr anniversary! We were looking for a nice quiet location where we could enjoy some outdoor time, hiking, enjoying time by a fire and relaxing. The cabin is located within walking distance of the Outlet trail and a short distance from any shopping or restaurant options. It is also very close to many of the wineries if that is what you are looking to do.

Loved our stay

My sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin and property. Like a mini camping adventure. My sisters especially enjoyed the various coffee flavors. We loved hearing the birds, and also the screech owl at night. The outside bathroom and shower was not a challenge, even during the night.

Perfect quiet getaway!

This was the perfect blend of camping and comforts. The cabin was extremely clean and had everything you could need (coffee, refrigerator, bedding, ect). Outside there is a large grass yard where my son and I pitched a tent. Large fire pit with two Adirondack chairs and a picnic table. There was good firewood you could purchase right there, along with fire starting supplies. Was pleased with the bathroom and shower situation- both were clean and easy to use. It was just a short walk down the road to the inlet trail and the kids loved hiking to the falls. This gave me and my sons enough camping experience to have fun and my wife enough creature comforts to enjoy the stay as well!

Our Second Stay

This was our second stay at this vacation rental near the Keuka Outlet Trail. Last time, we biked the trail. This time we hiked the trail. We knew what to expect. There is no kitchen and the bath/shower building is separate from the main cabin. We are veteran campers, and we just brought our camp cook stove to prepare our meals outside, along with the dishes, etc. The cabin is centrally located between Keuka Lake and Seneca Lake. We had a short drive to breweries and wineries in the area.

I could not have been happier. Check In and Check Out were best I've ever experience. The amenities were idealistic for a genuine Cabin Camping Experience. The Location was outstanding and had it's own private stream. A great place to go if your looking to Check Out from the world and Check in to Nature and yourself. It's very safe, centrally located for regional excursion, with too many waterfalls and wineries to count, so pace yourself and make sure to include a peaceful night In...it's absolute perfection!

Serene Getaway

We stayed one night at this cabin, and it was lovely. Contactless check in and check out was like a breeze. Very quaint little cabin for a perfect relaxing getaway. Host also prepared a list of nearby places to see like vinyards, restaurants, hiking spots and other cool information! Host is also very quick to respond to messages. Overall, wonderful little vacation! Will definitely come back!

Todd the owner is super nice and helpful to find nearby attractions. We checked in little early as well checked our early. Had a nice time relax and it was a kind of get away from the crowded and bustling city life.

Quaint cabin

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint cabin. The weather was not ideal but the heater in the cabin did a great job! We used the kuerig and the owners had water and coffee ready to go! The cabin was very clean and in an ideal location. We did not find that it was a big deal for the bathroom to be a few steps away from the cabin.

A perfect place to get away

We just wanted to get away...celebrate our 1 year anniversary. We couldn't have found a more perfect place for our get-a-way. The cabin was wonderful and it was obvious that the owners put a lot of thought and effort in creating an exceptional experience for their guests. We would love to go back there, again someday.

Cozy couple getaway

Clean and comfortable one room cabin on a large clearing in the woods overlooking the Keuka Outlet. Saw a bald eagle flying along the stream. feels very private yet is close to many local attractions including Penn Yan restaurants etc. Down in a hollow so cell service can be spotty and no internet. “Kitchenette” is a microwave and mini fridge; no water in the cabin itself. Shower (clean and new) and toilet are in a separate small structure a short walk away across the lawn. Host was very responsive. Great getaway location!

Private Cabin - Great Location

Visited the Finger Lakes for a few days. Location in Penn Yan was perfect; not too far from Keuka and Seneca Lakes. Nearby towns offered plenty of options for restaurants & stores. Relatively quick, scenic drives to and around the lakes. The cabin was as advertised. It is small with few amenities but clean and in a great location. We enjoyed being able to walk right to the outlet rail trail each morning to get a few miles in before we hit the wineries. We did not spend much time at the property itself, but the grounds were taken care of and the owners provided lawn activities & a nice fire pit. While the bathroom & shower are outside of the cabin, they are clean and were not an inconvenience to us. The cabin is near a “main road” but we barely heard/saw any traffic. It was very quiet. The listing’s pictures and descriptions are very accurate…what you see is what you get. The owner was very responsive & made sure we had everything we needed.

Extremely Satisfied

My husband and i booked this place to celebrate our 10yr anniversary and we couldnt have been more satisfied. It was perfect. The property is very well kept, all sorts of little cozy touches to it and we had fun with the 4 legged visitors while there. They kept us entertained. The trails that run along the outlet were so nice and the wayerfalls as well. If u want a simple, relaxing cabin this is it. Todd was very good about letting us know that we could check in earlier than what is stated on the listing and check in/out was a breeze. Its worth the stay.

It's a beautiful, well kept 5 acre parcel in a prime location bordering the Keuka Lake Outlet and the Outlet Trail. Two lakes (Keuka and Seneca) both within 4 miles. The Cabin is brand new (Spring 2016) New Shower building added April of 2017. We offer an incredible value for those traveling on a budget.

The property borders the Keuka Lake Outlet and the Outlet Trail which creates plenty of no cost, fun things to do for our guests. The Keuka Lake Outlet is the waterway that connects Keuka Lake to Seneca Lake. Guests can fish the Outlet or take a short drive to Keuka or Seneca Lake, both are less than 4 miles away. Quite peaceful and private setting, close to nature. Guests can enjoy the beauty of the Outlet Trail which is 6+ mile walking/biking/horseback trail. The Cabin has a tiny house feel with most of the comforts of home. More than a dozen wineries within minutes of this location and the Windmill Farm and Craft Market which is open on Saturdays has been a big hit with our guests.
