Bedövning 2 sovrum ligger bara 150 meter från hamnen i Estepona. Denna vackra lägenhet innehåller 2 sovrum, ett med dubbelsäng och inbyggda garderober och den andra med 2 enkelsängar, båda sovrummen har direkt tillgång till en liten terrass och gemenskapens trädgårdar. Du hittar också 2 moderna duschrum (1 badrum), vardagsrum / matsal, kök och stor terrass utanför vardagsrummet och gratis wifi. Resesäng på begäran. Gated community har en bra storlek pool med funktionshindrade tillgång, och en separat barnpool, säker gemenskap parkering (på 1: a 1: a tjänsten grund med fri parkering ligger strax utanför samhället om det inte finns något inuti). Lägenheten ligger inom gångavstånd till alla bekvämligheter, från stormarknader till många barer och restauranger i hamnen och bara 20 minuters promenad från centrum av staden.

Bara en 25 minuters bilresa från Marbella, Estepona är en vacker stad med traditionella kullerstensgator, kyrkor, stränder och strandbarer / chiriguitos samt många andra restauranger och tapasbarer för en bra kväll ute. Estepona har sin veckovisa marknad varje onsdag nära hamnen med allt från lokalprodukt till babykläder. Estepona hamn erbjuder ett brett utbud av barer och restauranger samt söndag morgon marknaden.

För de gäster som känner sig lite mer äventyrliga finns det gott om ordnade dagsutflykter som kan tas i området, från att besöka Ronda med tåg för att korsa Gibraltars sträckor till Tanger. För dem som anställer en bil är Estepona en perfekt utgångspunkt för ett antal dagsturer. Malaga (ca 1 timme), Sevilla (ca 2,5 timmar), Gibraltar (45 min), Tarifa (1,5 timmar), Granada (2 timmar) och många fler alternativ.

För golfare finns det ett stort antal golfbanor i området med närmaste att vara Valle Romano bara 15 minuters bilresa till kanten av Estepona från lägenheten och Estepona Golf 20 minuter i väster.

Excellent, convenient, and a little gem in Estapona

We have stayed in many and varied apartments around the “ port”,l have to say this was the best ! Clean, well furnished, and with front and rear terraces, the sun or shade were available all day. The car parking was a bonus . Hopefully we will be booking again soon.

Location, location, location

You can't beat the location of this lovely little apartment. It was clean, modern and fit our needs perfectly. It's a stones throw from the port and a short walk into the town. It has 2 private patio areas, one in the front and one at the back. Perfect !

winter break

Location very good, manager very helpful. Property tired,kitchen ceiling damp and plaster missing, en-suite shower slow to drain and flooded bathroom floor, en-suite sink very slow to drain. Hot water switch connection loose, hot water kept going off. Overpriced for the quality offered.

Lovely Apartment

This property is in a great location with the marina a 5 minute walk away and the old town of Estepona just 20 minutes along the pedestrian sea front. The living area of the apartment is fairly compact but that didn't bother us as we spent most of our time outside or on the two patios. The bedrooms were both large with plenty of storage space and having 2 shower rooms is always a bonus! The swimming pool was 30 seconds away! I would definitely recommend this apartment and will definitely stay again if I return to Estepona.

Comfy and convenient

We really enjoyed our stay in Andy’s apartment. It’s really comfortable and convenient for everything Estepona has to offer. Great to have parking on site, the car park was only full once and there was plenty of parking just outside the gate. With two terraces you can either chase sun or shade depending on your wishes. The communal pool is close by and was a welcome relief from the heat. Andy was a great host, communication was excellent and he made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Overall I’d recommend this two bed apartment.

Home from home

The whole process from start to finish was excellent. Any questions were answered by Andrew within minutes on the app. Nice place and very clean. Had a wee problem of the sink in a bathroom running away slowly. Andrew was there within half an hour to get it sorted. Well worth booking. Finlay

Very happy

Have visited Estepona before but never the port area. Although about 1km from the town, the port area was very nice with plenty of friendly bars and restaurants. The walk into Estepona was also straightforward. The local buses don't seem to come to the port area any more. Maybe because of the re-development in progress along the sea front. But this was not a problem for us, we didn't mind the walk. The apartment was perfect for us, a good location for the port area and also near to supermarkets and taxis. We enjoyed our stay for the week and would certainly consider a return in the future.

A cute apartment near the Port

Andrew’s apartment is just as advertised. It’s very clean and well stocked. There is a welcome packet that tells you everything you need to know which I found very handy. Having two outside spaces is great, you can sit in the sun pretty much anytime of day. It is very close to restaurants, grocery stores and the Marina. One word of caution….as the building is located on a major street the traffic noise is loud and constant. It does take away from the ability to enjoy the outside spaces. The walls are also quite thin and the sounds from next door and above carry.

Muy recomendable

El apartamento está muy bien situado, cerca de supermercados y la playa. La piscina es suficiente. Un lugar tranquilo y muy agradable. Dispone de todo lo que se pueda necesitar. La cocina está muy bien surtida y el apartamento es muy cómodo y el trato con Andy, nuestra persona de contacto ha sido muy bueno.

Good location

The apartment is close to everthing you need. The port is 3 minutes walk and the beach is like 5-10 minutes. The cleaning equipment is very poor but the apartment had everything you need.

Cómodo y bien ubicado.

Es la segunda vez que vamos. Es un apartamento pequeño pero con todo lo necesario. Muy como y cerca de la piscina. La terraza es ideal para desayunar y cenar.

Great location ,near the port.

Great ground floor apartment ,with nice swimming pool and gardens. 3 min walk into the port, and 10 min walk into the old town. Ideal location for us, highley recommend.

Short break

My teenage daughter and one of her friends stayed for 5 nights in this fabulous apartment. The apartment is easily the best I’ve stayed in in Spain and is located a 5 minute walk from Estepona Port with it’s restaurants and shops. The owner Andrew could not have been more helpful, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our all to short stay.

Well worth visiting

Great location. Lovely apartment. Lived up to it's description. Pool and surroundings were excellent. 1 small gripe. Did not get the full apartment address and had some trouble locating it at 12 o'clock midnight. Would definitely consider re-visiting.

Good location and nice pool......

A very comfortable and clean apartment in a very good location to the Marina. However, only 5 euros in a taxi to the Old Town. Andrew very kindly agreed to meet us at the apartment after a disappointment with our previous accommodation which was double booked. Pool area is very clean and quiet, you need your own towels for the pool area / beach.
