Modern - Vintage lägenhet vid Akropolis museum

Detta är en fantastisk lägenhet på 125 kvm. Dess dekoration är modern, byggd kring några vintage Art Deco möbler från 30-talet. Det ligger precis vid Akropolis museums bakre ingång, och mindre än 100 meter från Dionysiou Areopagitou-gatan och tunnelbanestationen Acropolis.
Lägenheten ligger på 2: a våningen i en typisk atensk byggnad och kan rymma upp till 8 gäster. Den har tre sovrum: Det gröna rummet med en dubbelsäng och ett eget badrum. Lila rummet med två enkelsängar som lätt kan bli en andra dubbelsäng. Det blå rummet med en enkelsäng som gömmer en annan utdragbar enkelsäng med kvalitetsmadrass. I vardagsrummet finns en soffa med en utdragbar säng som kan vara värd två personer.
Lägenheten har 2 badrum och ett fullt utrustat kök. Du kommer att njuta av att ha din gratis kaffe under din vistelse.
Från det rymliga vardagsrummet, från matsalen och från det gröna rummet, kan du nå framsidan (östra) balkongen med utsikt över Akropolis museum och en delvis utsikt över Akropolisberg. Det finns ytterligare en balkong på andra sidan av lägenheten, framför det blå rummet och det lilla rummet (väst), mot verft av typiska gamla atenska hus.
Du kan också begära tillgång till vår takterrass (18:00 - 20:00) med fantastisk utsikt över Akropolis och Aten. Därifrån kan du få din kaffe eller ett glas vin under den athenska himlen och njuta av Akropolis spektakulära utsikt!Observera dock att du ombeds att strikt följa de tysta siesta-timmarna och reglerna för att hålla taket rent och korrekt.
Lägenheten har en snabb Wi-Fi-anslutning, en 32HD-ledd TV med en webbläsare och luftkonditioneringsenheter i alla rum.
Självklart är sängarna redan färdiga, med färska strykplåt av högsta kvalitet Coco-Mat varumärke. Dessutom finns det rena handdukar för var och en av er.

Apartment was a great place to start our girls (6) trip before taking a cruise. Unit was clean and as described. Location was fantastic! Located only a couple blocks from the Acropolis and great dinning options. There are some steps and a very small elevator to work around but these were not an issue for our group. George and group were great to communicate with and we utilized their services for both airport and cruise port transportation. My only recommendation for an enhancement to our stay would be wash cloths and hand towels but I also know those are both very “American” conveniences. Would definitely stay here again if traveling with a larger group.

Property was just what we needed for our visit to Athens - good bedrooms, and having two bathrooms was key for us and our young adult children. We were centrally located in a safe neighborhood.

Stay was nice, great location. Apartment was nice great communication with Memo properties. Easy check in and check out. Was not expecting a 200 security deposit before checkin but should get it back, hopefully. Roaches were seen but all of Athena has them

Great place perfectly located

The place was perfect for our family of 5. There are 3 bedrooms: a master with bathroom en suite, and two other ones with two single beds in each and a bathroom shared among these rooms. There is a living room where you can sleep on the couch and all doors close so it could be private somewhat. The only complain is that the washing machine did not work. Maybe user error but doubt it. George was super helpful and friendly. He arranged transportation for our family from the airport to the apartment, then from there to the port (took a cruise), and he’ll have a driver for us waiting to take us back to the airport after our cruise.

Stayed for 2 nights and the apartment was comfortable for 8 of us on a family trip. George was very helpful and even arranged for transportation from the airport. Excellent location. The Acropolis is just minutes away. Would definitely stay again.

You will not be disappointed

We had 2 days in Athens before our cruise. The apartment is conveniently located near the Acropolis Museum. The apartment was clean and had a great floor plan with all the amenities. The host arranged transfers from airport and to cruise terminal, which was wonderful. The only hiccup was the VRBO listing said the deposit was due at arrival While at the airport I received message stating that the arrival instructions would not be provided until i paid the deposit through a link that i did not receive and a company we had never heard of. received or heard of. deposionhicvup Vz

Almost perfect

This property is well set-up with everything needed, and the location could not be better. It is spacious with a charming balcony. Please note that that there are steps to climb before you get to the elevator. I submitted some problems to be fixed to the property manager, and if he fixes them, I could give this property a 5-star review.

Nice place that could use a little care

Great location, 5 minute walk to the metro and the Acropolis. Stores and restaurants are nearby although it's not a popular going-out destination area. Management company was responsive. It is a high quality apartment with nice wood floors, suberb shades on the windows, some good pots, and an elevator in the building. But I almost gave it 4 stars because it could use some care:1) the doors creak loudly - a little grease for the hinges would take only 5 minutes to apply 2) two of the beds (the twin bed with trundle) had no mattress pads on the bed under the sheets. This is unsanitary. I put some old small extra comforters under the sheets; even when I asked for mattress pads they didn't come (they did bring new sheets and towels though).3) The trundle bed in the single twin bedroom has a bend in the frame which means the mattress is quite slanted.4) There were barely enough covers. The bed covers were nice but not that thick, and they needed some nice extra ones.5) The living room has doors that enclose it which was great, but the one couch in there is the size of a twin bed with a trundle smaller than a twin. The trundle pops up to connect with the couch part. The listing says "2 double sofa beds" which is totally false. 1 sofa bed only. There were no sheets provided for this sofa bed.6) 4 for cleanliness b/c the floors were dusty7) dishwasher doesn't work; there are no kitchen towels or hot pads.8) The towels are very thin; they provided only 1 per person for 8 days.

Sooooo goood

Location is amazing. Apartment was super charming and exactly what we wanted. Coffee, bakery, grocery, UNESCO world heritage site all in the neighborhood. Couldn’t have been better!

Very spacious accommodation!

The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood with lots of amenities nearby such as coffee places, convenient stores, bakeries, restaurants to name a few. You are among local residents and live their life! Nothing that comes to mind.

Athens getaway

A fabulous 6 nights in Athens and the location of our apartment was outstanding. It was a great size for us 4 single ladies with plenty of room for more. We thoroughly enjoyed the use of the rooftop balcony however having access to the balcony without having to book would have been preferred. The communication was excellent from start to finish.

Apartment in best location in the city !

This apartment is a located by the Acropolis, restaurants, marketplace, stores and metro station. You couldn’t ask for a better location to explore Athens. The apartment has air conditioning in every room. It is in a quiet neighborhood so very little outside noise. The apartment is very nicely decorated and very clean. We would stay here again.

Great Location near Acropolis Museum

The arrival and checkin went okay. The location is just minutes from the Acropolis Museum and entrance area to the Acropolis and the Metro station. There are a ton of restaurants near the Acropolis Museum but I recommend venturing a little further away to get better prices and better food. The apartment was not cleaned as thoroughly as we would have expected if a guest was coming to my home but was acceptable. The dishwasher control panel was missing so it didn’t work. There’s an upstairs terrace for viewing the Acropolis but it was locked except for a short time from 6-8pm so we didn’t get to check it out. The beds in Greece are extremely firm. This was true of another location we were at earlier in the month. It claims four bedrooms but it’s three bedrooms with sleeper sofa in the living room. Overall, it worked for our needs and I’d stay there again.

Fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment for a family of 6. The apartment is conveniently located at the central of all attractions and there are many restaurants near by. George and his team are super responsive and helped arranging rides from airport to the apartment. The apartment is also spacious and clean and well equipped with comfortable beds. Elevator was a great plus for getting luggage up the stair. We had a great time. Thank you for hosting us!

Family vacation

George and the location were fabulous. The rooftop has the best view of the Acropolis around. Only room for improvement would be to have more keys for large groups.
