Nice location right on the beach with a BBQ grill and shared outdoor space. Also came with a parking spot, very helpful for this busy area. Everything you need for 2 people to be comfortable, would highly recommend.

Relaxing and perfect

This studio was perfect for me and my daughter. You are right on the boardwalk and you can see the ocean laying in the bed. Will was available and I responded to all our questions. Would love to come back here again!

This location was absolutely ideal! It's situated right by the beach and conveniently close to all the activities we had planned. Will is an excellent host who has considered every detail. I highly recommend staying here when visiting San Diego.

Amazing place to stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one week and it was perfect for two people. Really clean, updated, and amazing location on the water. It also had a close walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and Belmont Park as well. Will was very nice and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend to stay here to anyone!

Amazing View - Close to Everything

We absolutely loved this property. The view from the room was amazing and being able to open up the windows and hear the ocean was incredibly relaxing. We also weren’t aware how incredibly close things were. From being able to walk down to Belmont Park, up to Pacific Beach, and even riding bikes to La Jolla, we had an incredible time here and look forward to coming back soon.

The Perfect Place

My husband & I have 1 daughter. We’re SD natives who had to move to TX for my husbands job, our daughter stayed in SD. We stayed here for 4 nights in Aug. & it was the prefect get away for the 3 of us!! The size was perfect! We love the layout, the patio, & BBQ. Very clean & just like it looks in the pictures!

Beachfront studio

This property is in a great location, it’s clean, and well stocked! Outdoor patio area was fantastic to BBQ, lounge, and eat. Be aware the parking spot is down the block. Also neighboring properties are under construction which starts getting noisy at 7:30am. Not an issue if you’re able to keep doors closed, but AC unit requires door to be open wide enough for hose to fit through
 The only thing we were missing is a place to hang beach towels & swimsuits to dry.

Great Location and Cute Studio

Finding this gem made our Mission Beach trip so easy! My husband and two teenage sons were surprised by how well we managed the studio space. The leather futon was comfortable enough for the teenagers, and the queen bed was the perfect place for my husband and I to recharge after a busy day. I felt that the location of this gem was perfect too. Far enough away from Belmont Park to not hear it, but close enough to walk to enjoy it. Plus lots of great restaurants are in walking distance too! The host, William, was always available to answer any questions, no matter how silly. He was always kind and helpful. Having a great host and beautiful place made our first trip to San Diego a 10! I would definitely rent this place again.

No privacy

Door lock broken upon check in. Took several hours to get fixed therefore couldn’t leave to get dinner. Table and lounge chair area shared with other units. Not really a big problem but don’t expect exclusive use. No privacy with slider open. Lots of traffic from other units right outside. Window shades offer no privacy at night. You can see directly into condo when inside lights are on. Hot water system is totally weird. Fan/light doesn’t work properly. Only 2 towels and washcloths for a 6 night stay. First VRBO experience so maybe expected too much. Location was great but wouldn’t rent this unit again.

Was wonderful on mission Beach. Had a nice outdoor space with tables you could sit and play cards, lounge chair, and barbecue grills to cook with if so desired. Everything was clean and supplied for you. Also everything was within walking distance or close. Loved the Sandbar. Will answered me very quickly when I had questions. A great stay!

The location was beyond perfect! It is literally right on the beach. We walked over to the beach everyday with just our bare feet! The condo is small. There was four of us and once my sons get a bit bigger it will be too small for us but it was perfect at this point. The condo is stocked with everything you need. We cooked breakfast and lunch there and had everything we needed. The beach chairs, boogie board and sand toys we awesome so we didn’t have to rent anything. Would absolutely book this place again.

Not my kind of neighborhood

The property is pretty much as listed on the vrbo site. However you are in the middle of everything. I didn't realize how exposed you are with the shades open and people are everywhere. It seemed like one big party every place you looked. My wife and I are older and we definitely did not fit in. We were at least 20 years older than everyone else. After 5 minutes we decided that the place was not for us and started looking for alternate accommodations. I contacted Will, the host, to let him know our dilemma and to see if he could refund at least part of our rent. He asked if he could think on it, but then never got back with us, so we were out the entire 4 nights rent. It looks like a fun spot if you are 25 years old and want to party on the beach all night long.
