What an amazing home away from home! There are amazing views, plenty of beds, and best of all, there’s nothing between you and the Gulf. Great way to end the summer before school starts back this week!

The location of my home with the panoramic views r hard to beat. Sitting on my deck with water all around u can make the biggest of problems evaporate. So glad u enjoyed my house.

Host was very friendly and available when questions came up. Place was comfortable and perfect for our size of family (4 kids, grandpa and the two of us). Great view and easy access to the beach.

Our 2nd time staying and it’s like coming home! Clean, everything you need and the view doesn’t get any better! It was quiet and no traffic. You are just a few steps away from the beach . As I sit here writing this… I’m wishing I was looking out those windows! Carol is the perfect host! You literally don’t need to bring beach toys, chairs, boogie boards. You will need a canopy/umbrella but that’s it! The “toy closet “ in the twin bed room was a life saver and kept our grandson busy! It’s the perfect place!

Thank you, my house does have that perfect location. The beach does seem like ur private beach being so close to the water & far from the public beaches. Sitting on the deck & having that panoramic view is great! I am so glad u enjoy it as much as I do. See u next summer.

Great stay as always! Despite some major mistakes I made regarding booking and dates, the host was wonderful and accommodating. My 3rd or 4th time to stay here and hopefully not my last! The views and generous space for our group were amazing. Galveston in the fall is my favorite time of year

We stayed at this beautiful beach house in Galveston from Wednesday through Sunday, we truly enjoyed every minute of our getaway. The home was absolutely beautiful, the accommodations were very comfortable, and the view is worth a million dollars. Waking up to the sound and sight of the ocean each day was so relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind and spend quality time together. I joked with Carol about needing a rain check because of the cloudy skies but we secretly we loved the overcast and it even sprinkled one day the world just looks different when your near the ocean. We enjoyed long walks on the beach. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us — we would definitely love to come back!

the location is great, close to town, lots of shops close for your convenience, the house is in great shape and they have toys for the kids. We would stayhere again.

Perfect beachfront gem. Clean and well maintained house that sits right on the water. There is an added bonus in that it is a fair hike to the public parking for the beach. So you don't get many people trying to crowd the beach right in front of the property. Overall, an excellent stay that I would repeat.

Relaxing Beachside Stay

The location of the property is wonderful, windows and patio with amazing views / breeze and quick beach access. The bedrooms were spacious, kitchen perfect for family conversation while cooking. We enjoyed our post Christmas getaway at thsi well maintained property.

Family Vaca

We booked for our daughter’s dance competition family vaca. It was clean, awesome location, and the owner communicated well with us! It was nice to be right on the beach as there was always something to do for the family even during busy dance days. We would definitely stay again!

Family vacay

The property was wonderful for our stay. It was a multi-generational group and we were able to spend a relaxing few days enjoying each other’s company. The beach setting was amazing for maternity pictures as well.
