The condo was perfect for my family. The decor was somewhat dated but it was clean and we had more than enough room. The pool, water slide and lazy river were hits for my family. We will definitely try and stay here again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very nice, comfortable, and located in a very kid-friendly complex, which was perfect for our family. Overall, it was clean, though it could benefit from a deeper cleaning of the ceiling fans and baseboards. We also would have appreciated a few more bath towels, washcloths, and dishcloths, as we had to do laundry daily to keep up. Aside from those minor issues, we had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this condo to others.

Family vacation

Very nice accommodations. Plenty of space for our family to enjoy each other’s company and have our own space too. Could use a deep cleaning of the floors and newer linens for the beds, other than that, our stay was great!

Nice place

Nice place, lots of room for our family. We liked the short walk to the beach and the pool/lazy river/slide for afternoons after being on the beach.

Great condo and great pool

This condo was perfect for us. The pool was amazing. We would definitely rent here again. Orange Beach was ok, we like Gulf Shores better for dinner and activities, but it’s only minutes away.

Great stay in Orange Beach!

Overall a great stay!! Only downsides were dirty floors (which only bothered us because we had a little one crawling around) and pillows were not comfortable. Totally worth it for the space, amenities, and view!

Amazing week!

It was big enough for all of us to have our own spaces! The balcony view was amazing. Recommend staying here and we would stay again!

They took care of us. We had a few issues with some of the appliances and a few days later we had a new refrigerator and a new washer. Other minor issues were taken care of as well.

Perfect Family Condo

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The accommodations were wonderful. We had an amazing view from our balcony. It was a short walk to the beach. The lazy river and indoor/outdoor swimming pools were nice. The location was close to restaurants and stores. We will definitely be back!!

Great Stay

There were thing in the room that needed fixed but it was just typical things that might get over used from a rental nothing major. Overall the condo was very nice and great location right off the elevator which allowed more space to leave beach chairs.

The check in process was difficult, I was not sent the unit number, so I could not get my parking pass right away and I spent 19 mins or so trying to get a hold of someone to get it to me, a phone number on the e mails would be very helpful, stay was great though

Family vacation

Condo was perfect size for our family of 6. The master bedroom bed was terribly uncomfortable. There were not very many towels or hangers for closets. Pillows were very old. Great location and liked the Phoenix and the view. The condo needs some updating.
