På golfbana med vacker utsikt över bergen

Detta 3 sovrum, 3 badrumsenhet ligger på fjärde tee på Skyland golfbana med fantastisk utsikt över bergen från varje fönster. Mt. Whetstone ses från bildfönster på baksidan av denna enhet medan Mt. Crested Butte ses framifrån.

På vintern är det en 5-minuters bilresa till centrum av Crested Butte. Parkera GRATIS vid besökarens centrum, ta GRATIS buss (det går var 15 minut) till Mt. Crested Butte skidområde. Platsen på golfbanan gör det till ett vinterunderland med enkel tillgång till snöskor eller längdskidåkning strax utanför verandan.

För sommarbesökare ligger vi nära vandring och mountainbike, med enkel spåråtkomst från vårt Skyland-community. Fiske och båtliv finns också på Grant Lake, en tio minuters promenad uppför vägen.

Den rymliga entrén på lägre nivå har gott om förvaring för rockar, stövlar och vandringsutrustning plus en bänk intill garderoben. Denna nivå innehåller ett sovrum med anslutande badkar, en jacuzzi-badkar / duschkombo medan det andra sovrummet fungerar som ett håla med en mycket bekväm bäddsoffa, datorskrivbord och TV. Bredvid detta rum finns ett badkar med dusch. Båda sovrummen öppnar mot en bakre veranda med utsikt över den vackra golfbanan. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare, som ligger på denna nivå, är tillgängliga för våra gäster.

Den andra nivån består av master-sviten med anslutande badkar, ett välutformat kök med nya apparater och rymlig bänkyta med en öppen känsla när den smälter in i vardagsrummet och matsalen. Öppen spis och TV ger dig en mysig avkoppling på en snöig vinternatt. Välvda tak och stora bildfönster erbjuder mycket ljus och panoramautsikt över bergen. Njut av solnedgångar över Mt. Emmoner från däck intill vardagsrummet.

upscale condo with beautiful view

Lovely condo with high ceilings and huge windows. Well-decorated. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and seeing the stars at night. Very convenient to town and to nearby hiking trails. Kitchen was well-designed and well-supplied. We hope to come back next year!

Great location, lovely home

Stayed here for a long weekend with a few couples — really enjoyed the stay. The home is in a really nice neighborhood close to the town of crested butte. Living is a comfortable spot to hang out, with beautiful views.

New Year 2025 Family

Our family of 5 enjoyed the townhome very much. The views from the upstairs living area were beautiful and we appreciated the attached garage and space to spread out. A quick drive to town and 12-15 min to the ski area. We would certainly return.

Great Getaway

My wife and I enjoyed 6 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The property was exactly what we were expecting from the description. The property manager Ken was very helpful and went above and beyond when we wanted to extend our stay. We would absolutely rent here again!

Great summer trip

If you love the mountains and golf this is a great place. The townhouse is on the course and has beautiful views of the mountains. The place is not plush, but it is more than adequate and a great value. We will be back.

Spacious, well-appointed, mountain views on both sides

Master has gorgeous view of the Butte, living room has scenic panorama of valley and mountains beyond. Kitchen has everything you would need. Great space for relaxing and having dinner together as a family after a day on the slopes.

Great views, Great location

This condo was very clean, adequately stocked and is well maintained. The upper and lower decks face the golf course and are a great place to relax. The club house is close and there is a bike trail into CB. We will definitely be back sometime in the future! Thanks Ken!

Perfect

We spent a long weekend in Crested Butte to hike and mountain bike ride. This town home was perfect. . Right on the golf course with wonderful views. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Beds are comfortable, good size kitchen and table, 3 bathrooms was great for 3 couples. This home is very clean and close to town and mountain access. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Say

The condo is perfect for a couple and or a family, with the master up and two full bedrooms and baths down. We stayed as a couple and it works perfect for us. It is located right on the golf course and beautiful views. Were able to play golf most days but did travel some. With the location it keeps you just far enough from Crested Butte so that you do not have to deal with the traffic. Our third year and we hope to make more. could not ask for better landlord/owners

Repeat Visit

This was our second stay at this rental and everything was just as nice as we remembered. The townhouse was clean, comfortable and spacious with a fully stocked kitchen and a much appreciated washer/dryer. After enjoying beautiful hikes and scenic drives, it was great to come home and relax on the balcony each evening. We look forward to a return visit next summer.

Comfortable condo, great location for Crested Butte ski resort.

Well appointed condo, especially the kitchen. Clean and spacious, plus having garage parking was very nice. Comfortable living room & den, with reliable cable TV. Bedrooms were comfy, and they, along with the living & dining rooms, had great views. Note that there is no overhead lighting in the bedrooms, but there are table lamps.

Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood

This property is a bit dated and older, but well loved and taken care of. It is further from town and the ski village, but the neighborhood and area is beautiful and worth the drive. It was the perfect location for our summer visit. Great views of the golf course, surrounding houses and mountain. The downstairs beds were not comfortable, but good space overall. We would consider this property for our next visit.

Perfect condo for the weekend.

The 3 bdrm condo was perfect for our group. The layout was great. It was very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. One recommendation would be to swap out the sleeper sofa in the 3rd bedroom for a couple of twin beds. Easier for kids to sleep in and more room. The views out of the condo were simply amazing! 5 stars!
