Du kommer att vilja boka årligen när du är första gången. 5 sovrum, 3 badrum, 2 våningar hem med expansiv marsh utsikt, ett bordtennisbord, fotboll och uppdaterat kök och badrum. TV i varje sovrum! 6 minuter till stranden. Du kan se Salty Dog Marina från ryggen däck och njuta av den öppna känslan sällsynt i Sea Pines. 12 sovplatser till 14

Husets inredning har blivit nymålad och "uppdaterad". Ny färgad betong ner, ny matta på övervåningen, nya sängkläder, sängar och massor av bekvämligheter.

Vi har kommit till Sea Pines i flera år ... det här hemmet känns som Sea Pines ... mycket bekvämt men erbjuder också vidsträckt utsikt över myren, vackra fåglar att titta på och solnedgångar över vattnet gör detta hem så mycket mer än många av "Pine Tree" vyer mest Sea Pines hem erbjudande.

5 - 7 minuters promenad till stranden är fantastiskt ... Så trevligt att vara så nära havet! Utrymme för att sprida ut, koppla av och njut av alla Sea Pines har att erbjuda!

We had the best time staying at the Reunion House with friends over new years! The house is very spacious, clean, and updated, and the location is wonderful. The marsh views can’t be beat. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Great last minute stay!

We had to pivot last minute due to hurricane Milton and had a great stay in Hilton head. Location was fabulous and house was perfect for three families. Tim was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in sea pines community!

Wonderful Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay at the reunion house! The house is exactly as pictured in the listing with plenty of room for everyone. We love the location and it is an easy walk to the beach with beautiful views of the marsh out back. We would stay here again - thank you!

Family Reunion

We had a lovely stay at the Reunion House and really enjoyed the amenities of the house as well as the Sea Pines area. The pool and ping pong table were a huge hit, and the walk to the beach was easy and enjoyable. We would stay again

Serenity on the marsh

You cannot find a better home close to the beach, on the marsh, with a pool, and able to absorb the entire family. Great house. Great location. Great host. We will definitely be back.

Excellent weekend getaway

The house was beautiful with some new renovations. Close enough for a short walk to the Salty Dog Cafe and even shorter to the beach. Host was very communicative and helpful for all of our needs. 10/10 would recommend

Great accomadations

Great location, beautiful marsh view, nice pool, rec room with ping pong and football table made for some evening competitions, two large living areas. Couldn’t ask for much more!

Great House and Location!

We had a great stay. Tim was very responsive and accommodating. House was very spacious with a great game area downstairs, living area and porch overlooking the beautiful marsh views. Heated pool was also a great amenity to relax in after a long day. Overall, it was a great experience and we hope to return soon!

Great Experience

Couldn't ask for a better location. Easy walk to beach - pool at the house was great. Tim was great to work with - whole family enjoyed the trip and the access to great restaurants including the Salty Dog made for a great time.

Great location and feeling!

Two families with lots of little kids stayed at the property. The main floor is wide open with great views and spacious rooms. The Kitchen has everything you need. The kids loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. When we arrived there were a few issues and Tim was responsive and tried his best to help resolve. A really bad storm came through Thursday when we arrived and it was hard to fix certain of the issues while we were there.

Amazing Spring Break Getaway

This stay was a FANTASTIC experience. The location couldn't have been better and accessibility to everything via bikes and walking paths was phenomenal. This house had everything that we could have possibly wanted - spacious accomodations, TVs, table tennis, heated pool and a very inviting "home" feel. Tim was an incredibly wonderful communicator and responsive at all times. 5 Star+ experience.

Cousins reunion

Great location in sea pines a with a million dollar view . We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the pool. We cooked and used the nice grill. The property could use some power washing and updating but we had a wonderful vacation. .

Great location! Great house!

This property was perfect for our group. There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. The view from the porch was spectacular especially with the Christmas lights in South Beach. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We loved our stay! Thanks!
