Detta Sunriver-hem har en privat utomhusbadtunna, vedspis, gratis SHARC-åtkomst för 10 och gott om plats för den familjesemestern eller centrala Oregon tillflyktsort för några par.

Bara en kilometer från shopping och restauranger i byn vid Sunriver är detta fyra sovrum hem mindre än en mil från Sunriver Nature Center och Oregon Observatory. Och om dess vintersport som tar dig hit, gå nordväst till de världsberömda sluttningarna av Mt. Ungkarl, bara 20 mil från din ytterdörr. Njut också av lite roligt i den centrala Oregon-solen på Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC), mindre än en mil bort.

Den har fyra sovrum och tre badrum med ett kung sovrum i bottenvåningen utanför vardagsrummet. De andra sovrummen är på övervåningen med två kung sovrum som delar en jack och jill badrum och ett annat sovrum med en uppsättning våningssängar och två inbyggda tvillingar.

Det finns en stor Smart HDTV i vardagsrummet och ytterligare två TV-apparater, två videobandspelare, DVD, badtunna och cyklar. Gratis WiFi erbjuds för din bekvämlighet.

Parkeringsanmärkningar: Fordon ska endast parkeras i uppfarten eller garaget. Parkering vid vägen är inte tillåtet när som helst / var som helst i Sunriver utan förhandsgodkännande från Sunriver Police Department. Ring (541) 593-1014 för att begära speciellt tillstånd för överbelastad gatuparkering. Övernattningsförfrågningar kommer inte att beviljas.

Fritidsfordon (båt, husbil, snöskoter, terränghjul, resevagn, etc.) är endast tillåtna i enfamiljshus i uppfarten endast de första 48 timmarna. Efter 48 timmar måste lagringsanläggningarna för Sunriver Owners Associations (SROA) användas. Båda förvaringsområdena är inhägnad, låsta (en nyckelkod krävs) och tillgängliga 24 timmar om dygnet. Bokningar måste göras före ankomst. För att reservera en korttids parkeringsplats för husbilar, vänligen kontakta SROA måndag-fredag, 8:00 till 17:00, på (541) 593-2411, eller avgiftsfritt på (888) 284-6639.

Observera att camping i ett fritidsfordon inte är tillåtet i Sunriver.

Great place with SHARC passes.

We came for grandkids baseball tourney. The games were all over Nend and surrounding area. This was a good location for our stay

Great for large families.

We were a group of 10. Mostly teens. Loved the kids size beds, large dining table and 3 full size bathrooms.

Not fancy, but clean

Dates but nice space. It was clean, plenty of towels, not super comfortable beds, but ok. Game closet was fun. Hot tub was nice.

Had lots of space and the children loved the bedroom/gameroom. The 8.2 rating was clearly a bit bogus. 7 would be more appropriate. Liked the SHARC passes & that some bikes were available. Lack of AC would be a negative

Great host and cool layout

My husband and our 3 kids plus 2 friends stayed for 3 nights. The hot tub, foosball and pool tables were a big hit. The bikes were an added bonus as was the garage to store our golf clubs and extra e-bikes we brought with us. The host was amazing and responded within minutes. Great time had by all!

The house was OK. Circle street was great for the kids to ride their bikes. The biggest complaint - yes 3 king beds but every adult complained of a back ache from the bad mattress. Kid mattress' were better. I slept on the couch one night better than the bed.

A week of fun in the sun.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home has a great layout and is very comfortable for a family. Lots of great windows and we loved that the home provided bird food to enjoy watching them in the mornings. The refrigerator needs to be fixed or replaced as it was difficult to fit out items on the broken units. We were afraid the bottom would collapse.

We love Sunriver.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would only recommend with info about condition and cleanliness-the living room furniture was uncomfortable. We have not had cleanliness issues with any other place we have rented over there. We love to come over and love to deal with the DiscoverSunriver personnel. Basically another batch of wonderful memories with family.

Had a wonderful week

A couple notes; Beware of the toaster!! It sparks, so should be replaced. Well stocked kitchen for dishes, but limited space for food to be put away... but that is not a huge deal! Great place for multiple families with kids. ;)

Really disappointed.

Really disappointed. Don’t know how I missed it but this house does not have air conditioning. There was a couple fans in the house but only two of them worked so we had to go buy our own. The house is very dated like other people mentioned. That wouldn’t of bothered me, the problem was nothing worked properly. The Bathroom fans, dishwasher didn’t work, carpets were terribly dirty stained really bad, no drain plug in the bathtub so the kids couldn’t take a bath, exhaust fan in the kitchen. There was only enough hot water for maybe two showers so it’s really difficult for everybody to manage getting a hot shower. To get in and out of the house you had to use an 11 digit code on a keypad on the back side of the house. So you have to trek through a bunch of brush and dirt to get in the house, when it gets dark it’s a real bummer. It was nice to have shark passes. We paid almost $800 a night we felt a little scammed for sure.

Everything in the home is old. The furniture is so worn we had to put pillows on the bench so we would not sink. Carpet is stained and well worn. Appliances are old and limited kitchen ware. Would not stay there again.

Tired & Dirty Old House

I read the reviews beforehand that said this house needs updating, and wow is that an understatement. Many of the pieces of furniture are literally falling apart. On top of everything being old and poor quality, the house was quite dirty when we arrived. There were clean towels and the beds were made, but that was about as far as the cleaning went. Lots of dust on furniture and blinds, ants crawling on kitchen counter, mystery stains on all the upholstery and carpets, empty (but not rinsed) wine bottle in a dresser drawer, and a very dirty toilet plunger in a plastic bag in the bathroom along with a very gross, dirty rag in there. I called Vacasa the evening we arrived to report the condition of the house, and the person I spoke to said someone would follow up with me the next day, but no one ever did. Disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this house, or Vacasa in handling my complaint.

Weekend of family

Property worked great for our family of 10 I would suggest updating some parts of the home - the carpet is older and has some stains so maybe some laminate would serve a rental better and the entry area could use some love with landscaping. Overall house was great though! Thank you

Lots of room

I loved this house because there was plenty of room for our family of nine. It also had a hot tub and foos ball table. The location is also great just a short walk to the SHARC. The home does need updating but for the price I was happy.

10 Years in A Row at Sunriver

Great! We’ve stayed in Sunriver, snowy winter time, for so many years. This place had a good layout for our family, my wife’s twins family, and our Grammie. It’s a little dated and the kitchen storage is weird. Also, there were holes in the drywall in the kids room. Around the bunk beds, and behind the upstairs door handle and a switch plate was broken. You can tell the kids love that room and have a lot of fun in there!! I just don’t want to be held responsible for the damages. Another good year, bye bye, 2021.

Dirty

The rental description said it had AC but it doesn’t and it was mid 90’s for the weekend. Nights were uncomfortable to sleep. Also, it was really dirty. All bed spreads and sitting surfaces had stains and the bathroom window had about 30 dead beetles on it. Wouldn’t stay at this place again

Spacious, clean, well stocked

More space than we could use for a family of five. Fun spaces in the house for the kids, close to SHARC and the village, and quick walking access to Sunriver walking/biking trails.

Functional but too old with issues

Can fit two small families. It is a cozy cabin. Not enough stocked kitchen. Only bare essentials. Broken door, hard to turn on faucet. No AC big problem for summer. Home early morning was freezing 62 degrees and 80 degrees by late afternoon. Worse internet connection I have ever seen in any rented house.
