Kom och njut av vår rymliga 2BR / 2BA 1151 kvadratmeter lägenhet på 12: e våningen i vackra Surfside Resort ligger i den lugnare, mindre överbelastade Miramar Beach delen av Destin, FL. Vår sydöstra havsutsikt från vår 8 'x 28' privata balkong är obebyggd av byggnader och SPECTACULAR!

Vi får morgonsolen och eftermiddagsskuggan så njut av ditt morgonkaffe ute på balkongen och återvända senare för att koppla av i eftermiddagsskuggan. Njut av de underbara sevärdheterna och ljuden i havet och blick längs den sydöstra Gulf Coast-kusten hela vägen till Panama City! Alla rum har tillgång till balkong på grund av denna enhetens unika planlösning. Vårt interiör är alla kakelgolv med nya bekväma och familjevänliga möbler och inredning.

Det stora sovrummet innehåller en king size-säng, 32 "platt-skärm SMART TV / DVD combo, inklädnad upplyst garderob, omklädningsrum, fåfänga bord och stora mästare bad med kaklat duschkabin. En full storlek tvättmaskin / torktumlare är i master bad. Det andra sovrummet har två dubbelsängar med stor garderob och badrum med badkar / dusch combo. Det har också en 36 "platt-TV och DVD-spelare. Det andra sovrummet kan låsas ut och har egen ingång.

Vår nya AMERICAN LEATHER COMFORT SLEEPER soffa i vardagsrummet öppnar in i en extremt bekväm queen size-säng. En fantastisk 55-tums bukad ultra HD 4K high def SMART TV (Netflix Hulu, Spotify, YouTube), Blu Ray DVD-spelare, spel och pussel i vardagsrummet för underhållning.

Matsalen har speglade väggar som ger en fantastisk utsikt från alla platser. Det fullt utrustade köket har helt nya high end apparater och allt du behöver för matlagning och / eller underhållande inklusive en KEURIG kaffebryggare!

SURFSIDE RESORT är en allomfattande fastighet inklusive ett FITNESS-rum med gymutrustning, SPORTS-däck (tennis under ljuset, shuffleboard, basket) ovanför ett täckt och säkert parkeringsdäcket, stor uppvärmd pool och däckområde, två varma badkar, en KIDDIE pool, TIKI HUT mat och dryck service och ett poolhus med duschar och bastu. Delightful !
Absolutely perfect! The location is par excellence and is truly steps from the beach. The home itself is exactly as described - clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We travelled with family and cooked multiple meals in the house. The host was quick to respond, exceptionally easy to work with and truly went the extra mile with helping list out some great neighborhood restaurants and things to do! Will definitely stay here again.

Fall Break at the Beach
I reserved this property one year in advance specifically for the handicap accommodations available. My husband is confined to a wheelchair and he was able to move from room to room without any issues. The roll in shower and bathroom sink made our stay so comfortable. There were even portable ramps to the balcony that enabled him to easly access the views of the beach with the family. We will rent this condo again!

Absolutely wonderful!!
We could not have asked for a better rental. I always bring cleaning supplies with me because we have rented some not-so-clean units. I didn’t even have to wipe a counter down!! It was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable. All new appliances. The view from the unit is STUNNING! I couldn’t get over it. Every day it looked like you were looking out to paradise with the sparkling water and dolphins! Would absolutely recommend this unit. John and Patti communicated the entire time and made the whole vacation a breeze.

FANTASTIC!!! 5 🌟 and then some!!!!
We have stayed at the Surfside for many years. I was extremely impressed with this condo. It is very modern with all new high-end appliances. Communication was excellent with responses from the owners John and Patti within minutes of my questions. They are truly committed to making sure that your vacation is everything you want and more. Very relaxing and just overall amazing. I will definitely be booking this condo for all of our upcoming vacations.

Beautiful condo overlooking Miramar Beach. Kitchen and Bathrooms have been updated. Nice amenities at the complex. Owners were proactive in providing information on local activities taking place during our stay. They responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely recommend renting this unit. Perfect "home away from home" for vacation!
Hosts were most attentive and responsive. This condo is beautifully furnished. The view of the water was best way to begin and end our days. Beds were awesome for great sleep!

I really like staying at the Surf Side, this last condo we stay in was one of the best ones.
Great communication with Owners, easy check in and out. Condo was very clean, and has all updated appliances, flooring, counter tops and cabinets. Had an awesome time.

Chris quickly responded prior to our trip and throughout the trip if we had any questions - which I really appreciated. The location of the stay was perfect. A quick walk across the skywalk to a beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Getaway!
Easy rental! I had 3 other properties starred and decided to look one last time, and this one popped up and exceeded my expectations. The 2 bedroom was immaculate with an INCREDIBLE view of the gulf directly across the street with easy beach access. There is a large binder that tells you everything you need to know about the property. I felt safe and secure and parking was easy. There were incredible shops and restaurants down the road! I would stay here again and again. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed to cook every night. TV came with Netflix and all other streaming services. Perfect location on the 12th floor!!

First family vaycay
We originally wanted to book the st pete Clearwater area for our first family vacation and after a slight mix up (because it was my first time using the vrbo app) we definitely want to come back! We had the most amazing week and having a comfortable place to stay played such a huge factor! Chris is a very nice guy! The unit has a beautiful view its very clean and while it was a mistake to book the wrong area it was not a mistake to stay here! Great place to stay thanks so much chris!!

We enjoyed our stay at Surfside 1207. The condo was nice and so was the view. Unit was clean and updated and Chris was great to work with. Week started with rain due to Hurricane Delta, but ended up clearing and the last 3 days were beautiful. My husband and I relaxed and our daughter and her friends enjoyed the beach and shopping and being on the go. Thank you, Chris!

Absolutely beautiful
This is one of the more accurate rentals that I have rented through VRBO recently. First of all it was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked compared to other places that I have rented from in the past. There was plenty of room for my family. Chris was wonderful with communicating with me. We were able to check in early which was really nice. Looking forward to returning again. Thank you Chris!

Fantastic Condo!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at this property. The unit is comfortable and beautifully decorated with a stunning view of the gulf. We loved the location, with the beach just across the street and many restaurants and activities only minutes away. We also took advantage of the restaurant located on site. The sushi bar was great. The unit is well equipped and provided us with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella provided daily by the property. Also, Chris, the property owner was very nice and helpful when we contacted him with a general question. We travel to the gulf every summer and look forward to staying here again when we come back.

Great location, beautiful views and updated interior, great communication
We are wrapping up our stay at 1207 Surfside. Overall it was a great experience. The unit is just as beautiful as the pictures make it look. It’s a great beach view off the balcony. And the location is very central to tons of restaurants and other activities, meanwhile being a mere crosswalk away from the beach itself. To top it off, Chris was great in any type of communication we needed. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone interested!

Beautiful Condo with a Great View!
This condo was beautiful, modern, and spacious with a killer view. Everything was clean and well maintained, and we had everything we needed. Suzanne was great to deal with! Would definitely recommend this condo.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Miramar Beach section is less congested, great views of the ocean, Surfside building is rock solid and built to Category 5 Hurricane standards. Unique layout of floor plan has sliding doors from all rooms out to the balcony with views from all rooms to the Gulf of Mexico.

Skybridge from pool deck to the beach, fantastic restaurant in the building, (enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the beautiful new dining deck) awesome view, all rooms open out to private balcony.
