Renovated in 2024, the lower floor features a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a welcoming living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area, two bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. The upper floor boasts a generously sized room with another double bed, providing a unique layout with no doors between floors except in the master bedroom.

The apartment includes an iron, free Wi-Fi access, and a hairdryer. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, gas stove, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. The kitchen also has all the necessary crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils.

Access to the upper floor is via narrow stairs, while the entrance to the apartment is through wide stairs with a handrail, ensuring convenience and safety (about 15 steps). Although there is no air conditioning, the wall heating system guarantees a cozy ambiance during the winter months, while portable fans are available. In spring and summer you can enjoy the breeze and the morning light, opening the windows. If you want to refresh the house, use the portable fans in the apartment. Ceiling fans are only decorative, so they should not be used.

The apartment is furnished with essential amenities such as an iron, free Wi-Fi, and a hairdryer, along with a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances.

There is also a supermarket and paid parking in close proximity for added convenience.

On the departure date, please ensure that:
