La Vista mare da Giulia House. Sea view house for rent in the historic center of Ostuni. It offers four beds, an equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Brindisi airport is 20 km away, the trulli of Alberobello 30 km.

Guest access: apartment on two levels: on the first floor a living room with sofa bed and balcony overlooking the historic center, a built-in kitchen equipped for preparing meals and a service bathroom. On the first floor, a double bedroom with direct access to the terraces and a bathroom with shower.

This house offers two beautiful terraces for eating and sunbathing. The view from the Adriatic Sea and the whitewashed houses. The tv offers Netflix and wifi browsing is fast. The kitchen is well equipped (microwave, electric kettle, three types of coffee machine). The parking in the public street is 100 m away.
The historic center can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

Perfect location, clean and quiet.

The apartment was very clean and situated well. The local grocery store and vegetable stalls were minutes away as well as the city center with all the restaurants. We drove to the coast a lot which was 15-20 mins away. The only issue was parking. We paid to park for most hours the first few days because that’s what we were told to do. We later found free spots, it just took a bit of time to find them. Allesia was great! Very responsive to questions and texts and was very helpful.

Meravigliosa casa moderna con bellissima vista

Proprio quello che mi aspettavo da questa casa: vista mare e zona centrale. La casa si trova in una posizione riservata che mi ha consentito di raggiungere facilmente il centro storico di Ostuni, bar e ristoranti. Le due terrazze, mi permettevano di avere una vista stupenda sul mare. Il wifi era molto veloce. Sicuramente da ritornarci in estate.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben wunderschön, sehr gut gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Vielen Dank an Simona, die uns mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt hat. Die Dachterrasse war ein Traum!

Amazing stay in Puglia!

Our stay in Ostuni was perfect thanks to this typical and wonderful house. It was exactly as presented in the pictures, maybe even better... The bed is confortable and the kitchen + living room are very convenient. It was clean and we were offered wine and a local snack. We were welcomed by a friendly woman who was always available to give addresses and advices if we needed them. The rooftop terrasse is amazing with a great view. We would definitely come back or recommend the house !

Awesome stay in Ostuni!

My wife and I just spent 10 days in Ostuni, Italy (October 5 - 15, 2018). First, the rental is as depicted in the photos--awesome views from the two terraces and a nice balcony on the street side from which to enjoy a morning coffee. Bed was vey comfortable with a door going out to terrace. Rental was very clean and well maintained. We were greeted on our arrival by Simona. Simona was very prompt with communication, with explanations. We had questions throughout our stay and would text Simona regarding recommendations for restaurants, olive oil farms, places to visit and she always responded within minutes and with what turned out to be excellent suggestions. Simona was also very personable and welcoming. We certainly appreciated the welcoming bottle of wine, fruits, coffee... We had rented a car and felt Ostuni to be a perfect base from which to visit Matera, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Polignano a Mare, Brindisi, Lecce... Ostuni is a lovely town, this rental was outstanding and we would gladly return and seek to rent this apartment again.
