Great apartment with a perfect location

This apartment was perfect for our family. Great location-15 -25 minutes from most of the major tourist points. 5 minutes from Campo de Fiori and the wonderful market there. Fabio was wonderful and very accommodating greeting us with a bottle of wine and some water to get our stay started properly. Plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The only negative was the ad said there was a washing maching and there wasn't one on site, though Fabio said that he would do our laundry.

AC Close to Everything

This space was perfect for us traveling with little kids because it’s close to everything but also easy to head a different direction to escape the crowds. It’s in an extremely quiet building and the ac in each bedroom was a nice relief for traveling in July

Terrible

Wish I could tell you about the property I rented. When we showed up we were told there was a water leak in the unit that we rented and we were lucky another unit cancelled that we could stay in and that he was working on getting the water leak fixed the next day. Short story the water leak didn’t get fixed and we had to find another place to stay. Really hard to ask your family to stay in a place with only two bedrooms, and a kitchen without air in close to 100 degree temperature. The communication was terrible. We weren’t told there was an issue until we showed up at the unit and it was too late to find another place for the night. . Even though I had been asking for a couple of days what the check-in process was. Was told we were going to get a full refund, but in the end I only got a 70% refund for a place we never got to stay in. Tried to work with the owner and VRBO and kept getting told that I had to work with the other. Terrible customer service by both.

6 stars! Favoloso Fabio!!

March 2022. Stayed 6 days. Family of 4 from USA. Kids 12 & 18. Walked to everything. Central location but also Unusually Quiet city apartment. Slept great. Fabio's communication was fantastico! Email pre-trip, WhatsApp during stay, and he even shuttled us back to the airport at check-out for less than a taxi. Nice personal touch! You can trust Fabio folks. His VRBO feedback goes back 10 years and that means a lot. We'll be back!

Fantastic location!

Property was clean and well-equipped. Excellent communication with the owner so check in was super easy. He even arranged a ride from the airport for us so it was truly hassle free! The owner also left a few holiday goodies for us in the kitchen which was an unexpected and super nice surprise! The only negative was that the bathroom was truly too small for two of us to be in at one time, and with 3 teenagers and 2 adults, this proved to be inconvenient. The positives far outweighed the negative tough as we could walk to all the major sites and there was great shopping and excellent restaurants close by.

Great location!

My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rome! The location of the apartment was fantastic and we were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. The choice of restaurants near the apartments was excellent and the neighborhood was quiet and not too busy. Check in/out was easy! Apartment was very clean!

perfect loction , clean , a welcoming owner

We lived for 3 nights with a family of five, an excellent location, walking distance to all the important sites, a supermarket around the corner. The welcoming landlord organized a taxi to the airport. Close to the restaurant area is actually adjacent to the Jewish Quarter. Perfect apartment for a family. fair and reasonable price. highly recommend!!! buki

Tutto perfetto!

Mi sono recata a Roma per un breve soggiorno di due giorni. L'appartamento è molto comodo: a pochi passi da Via Argentina, silenzioso, funzionale, confortevole, con tutte le minime dotazioni previste. Il sig. Fabio è una persona davvero disponibile e attento alle necessità del cliente. Grazie mille!

Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig gut zu erreichen

absolut zu empfehlen, vom hilfsbereiten, entgegenkommenden Vermieter über die Wohnung, - alles Essentielle ist vorhanden- bis zur traumhaften zentralen Lage. Alles was man als Tourist so sehen will, ist innerhalb 10 - 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (Drei Tage, fünf Personen) Nicht ganz so touristisch ist das Viertel Trastevere, ebenfalls nah, wo wir auch zum Essen waren.

Très bien!

Appartement idéalement situé pour les visites , propre et calme. Le propriétaire F Salmoni nous a accueilli à notre arrivée et nous a donné toutes les indications necessaires pour notre séjour. Adresse à recommander.

Fabio's apartment is in a great location for anyone who wants to hit Rome's biggest tourist spots in a short visit. Fabio was a very welcoming and helpful host. The apartment is well equipped. All in all a very positive experience!

Fantastic location, easy to access all sites and transportation. Fabio was very accommodating.

Great location and great host. Bathroom was a little tight for 5 people, but certainly not a deal breaker. A welcome gift was a nice surprise

Alles Gut

Unser Rom Aufenthalt war seht gut. Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt. Sie liegt sehr zentral und man kann eigentlich alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Schlüsselübergabe lief alles ohne Probleme ab. Immer wieder gerne. Vermieter war sehr nett und hat E-mails immer sehr schnell beantwortet.

Appartement très agréable, excellente situation pour visiter Rome.

Très bon accueil de Fabio Salmoni. L'appartement est vraiment situé idéalement à 5 min à pieds du Panthéon, du Campo dei Fiori... les stations de tram et de bus sont toutes proches... Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour (4 jours) avec nos petits enfants (9 et 13 ans).

Schöne Wohnung in Top-Lage

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, so dass die meisten Attraktionen fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Trastevere hat besonders abends sehr viel zu bieten, so dass auch die Kinder absolut begeistert waren. Super Lage

Wir haben drei Tage in dieser süßen Wohnung Benedetta verbracht. Die Lage ist Top, die Wohnung gut ausgestattet, Bett und Schlafsofa waren auch gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war äußerst angenehm und schnell. Wir waren mit zwei größeren Kindern dort und würden die Wohnung immer wieder buchen. Großer Dank an Fabio für die Flexibilität am Abreisetag. Anja

appartamento perfetto per una famiglia di cinque

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi tutti i siti di Roma . L'appartamento è grande e pulita , con due camere da letto e un divano letto . Perfect location!

A well stocked and clean apartment in a perfect location. Walking distance from many attractions. The owner was very nice and flexible with our check in time. It was perfect for 4 adults and has my recommendation.

Wohnung Casa Monticelli Nähe Campo di Fiori

Wir haben uns in Rom sehr wohl gefühlt, was auch in besonderem Maße an der großartigen Lage der Wohnung lag. Die meisten Attraktionen in Rom waren fußläufig zu erreichen, auch Geschäfte und gute Restaurants gab es in der Nähe, insbesondere das unscheinbare, sehr günstige italienische Restaurant schräg gegenüber möchte ich besonders loben. Die Wohnung ist exakt beschrieben, und es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben uns sicher und wohl gefühlt.

great vacations

We spent a great week of vacations. The apartment is perfectly located, within walking distance of main interest points in Roma. The flat was very convenient for us (a family of 5), and Fabio is very helpful ! Definitely, a rental that we recommend.

PARFAIT

Nous sommes restés 4 jours à 4 adultes dans cette appartement situé en plein cœur de Rome, à proximité de tous les monuments. Appartement bien pensé. Deux chambres, une petit salle de bain et une pièce à vivre cuisine intégrée équipée. Tout était parfait. Fabio le propriétaire nous a bien arrangé pour le départ, puisqu'on a pu laissé nos bagages en attendant de partir à l'aéroport. Je vous le recommande.
