Modernt, nyrenoverat välutrustat hus i en lugn återvändsgränd i centrum av Swanage. Huset har nyligen renoverats till en hög standard och erbjuder 3 sovrum, 1 king size, 1 dubbelsäng och två enkelsängar (resesäng finns också). Badrummet har separat dusch och hörnbadkar. Det nybyggda köket innehåller en diskmaskin och tvättmaskin / torktumlare, dubbel ugn, mikrovågsugn och kaffebryggare. Lounge / Diner har en ny stor soffa och två bekväma stolar med en modern WIfi-aktiverad TV och DVD-spelare med massor av DVD-skivor. Det finns gott om barnspel, leksaker och böcker och utrustning för stranden. WIFI ingår. Det finns en liten innergård med bord och stolar.
Huset ligger bara några minuters promenad från den långa sandstranden, affärer, kaféer och restauranger, viktorianska piren och ångbana. Corfe Castle, Durlston Country Park, Studland Bay, Poole Harbor, Brownsea Island, The Blue Pool, Durdle Door & Lulworth Cove ligger bara korta avstånd. Barn är mycket välkomna men ledsen inga husdjur.
Parkering är på vägen och är obegränsad men har begränsade utrymmen. Det finns andra obegränsade vägar i närheten eller en parkeringsplats. Vi brukar inte behöva bilen en gång i Swanage.

Perfect break

We had a lovely week at the property. The location was perfect - so great to be so close to the beach and the town. Although we couldn’t park near the house, we found a spot up by the station just a few mins walk away. We would love to return!

Amazing stay

Cosy cottage and central

We stayed over the New Year and would recommend, as Swanage stayed open and there was lots to see and do. The accommodation was perfect, being in the heart of town but still peaceful and close to beach. We found on street parking easy.

Great house in fantastic location for everything.

The house is on a quiet street, perfectly located for shops, beach, restaurants etc. We were fortunate to be able to park close to the property.The house is very comfortable, and well equipped with everything we required. It is just around the corner from all the shops, restaurants and close to the beach.It has a small courtyard garden, which we used briefly during our stay. The garden furniture could probably do with replacing, but was absolutely fine for the short time we used it.Katie communicated well, and supplied useful information and advice .We would happily stay here again in the future.

Great holiday home in perfect location

This is now the second time we have stayed at this property and we find this house a perfect base for our holiday in Swanage. The house is in a fantastic quiet spot and very close to everything. No need for a car unless you wanted to travel out of the area however the bus stop and train line are a very short walk (5 mins max) from the house. We had another very comfortable stay here and there are so many extras, like toys, dvd’s and beach items that can be used along with a fully equipped kitchen. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Swanage break

Booking, checking in/out and overall communication with Katie the owner was smooth and efficient.We were walking the Coast Path and Katie kindly allowed us to check in early to drop of some essentials. The property was clean tidy and comfortable. The shower was great. The beds comfy and for 4 men the property was large enough to accommodate us comfortably. We had a great time.

Weekend visit to attend Folk Festival

Comfortable and well equipped holiday house in a great central location in Swanage! Although the weather wasn’t the best we enjoyed a few days away including a trip on the Waverley paddle steamer along the Jurassic coast.

Well-equipped house in great location

The house offers everything needed for a party of 6. It was very clean and the host was very attentive . The location is perfect, beach and local shops are right around the corner. Parking can be difficult at busy times, but is manageable. We would love to come back.

Lovely house

Just a 5 min. walk from the Sea Front, Heritage Railway, and other amenities. The house is clean and equipped with everything you could need. I would thoroughly recommend this property for a break/holiday in Swanage.

We have been coming on holiday to Swanage for the last 8 years and this is our holiday home from home. As a result the house is very well furnished for a holiday house. We love visiting Swanage as the area is so beautiful and there is so much to do whatever you are interested in.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Our house is very much a home from home. We have furnished it in a way we hope guests find comfortable and after staying in many holiday homes we hope we have provided what people expect when they come away from home. There are black out blinds and curtains in every room so you are not woken early. The beds are all comfy with good quality bed linen. The towels are large, soft and fluffy. The shower is powerful with instant hot water. The kitchen is very well stocked. We can cook a roast dinner or bake cup cakes. There is plenty of cutlery and crockery so you do not need to be washing dishes after every meal. We provide dishwasher liquid, cloths, washing up liquid, soap and a couple of toilet rolls to get you started. If you happen to have a rainy day or just want to take it easy there are lots of games in the house or DVDs to enjoy. There is DAB radio in the kitchen.

The house is very central but still in a very quiet road. You really don't need your car when you visit. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk. If you forget something when you visit the beach it is easy to pop home. You are close to all the shops and restaurants and amenities that Swanage has to offer. It is a great base for all the festivals that Swanage has throughout the year.
