My family loved this house. Everything was as listed. We totally enjoyed our stay and this will be a place that we go back to on our next trip to Florida. We had a small problem with the pool heating up, we reached out to the management company and they were on top of it. There was a part that gave wore out. We were up and running within 24 hours. This place is great!!!!!!

The house was fully stocked with towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils, pots, and pans. Overall the kitches was well stocked ans easy to use.Host was friendly. The 2 fridges were a nice touch for storing all our food and drinks. The poolside lounges and chairs were very uncomfortable to sit in and could use some cushions. Rooms were comfortable and fully furnished. Bathrooms had soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

Thank you for the kind review. You stayed in the house while it was under prior ownership, but I aim to maintain the same high quality nature of this property and continue to utilize the same management company for consistency of care. We would love to have you back again in the future!

HUGE house, amazing pool/hot tub, very clean

We stayed 4 adults and 3 kids and we could have added 2 or 3 more families, the place was HUGE. The kids loved the pool area, as well as the movie area. We had tons of space to spread out after being in the crowded parks all day.

Hello Jeffery, it was great having you as a guest. I am pleased that you and your family had no issues during your stay other than the weather. My property manager told me that they were working on that too. By the way, the separate text you sent me complimenting the cleaning and support staff was forwarded to them. It was very kind of you to recognize there service with your compliments. They really are the unsung heroes behind the scenes. Thanks again for the review and text(s) and hopefully you will be able to stay longer the next time! Nancie and Jim

We had a wonderful time , the home has everything you need & more !!

The home exceeded my expectations The only thing I wish was different it’s the thermostat to be set at 73 to be comfortable . We like it Crisp . But other than that Our family enjoyed our stay

Thanks for the review Wendy. Pretty amazing you wrote the review about 30 minutes after you left our place. I reviewed the A./C settings remotely. I noticed that the thermostat downstairs was always on 73F for the duration and your stay and it was never changed. The upstairs thermostat was changed several times down to 68F with no issues. I wasn't too sure if you knew that the house had 2 thermostats one for upstairs and one down. Anyways we hope to hear from you again. Regards Nancie and JIm

Family Trip

The house was great!! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The only issue was the door code. When we arrived late that evening the door code did not work but it was fixed quickly and everything was good. They owner was very responsive through out the booking process and through out our stay. I would highly recommend this house for families looking for a great retreat! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
