Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the unpleasant experience you encountered. Regarding the pool, we would like to clarify that pool cleaning and maintenance are handled according to the property's service schedule, and we encourage guests to notify us of any concerns so we can coordinate the appropriate assistance. Regarding the deceased animal, we understand how unpleasant this situation must have been. This was an unexpected incident, and once brought to our attention, the property owner promptly arranged for its removal. Unfortunately, situations involving wildlife and outdoor areas are not always within our control, and lingering odors may take some time to dissipate. We take guest concerns seriously and always do our best to address unexpected situations as quickly as possible. We regret that this affected your experience and appreciate your understanding.

Thank you so much for your kind review and for staying with us. It was a pleasure hosting you. Hope to receive you and your family again really soon.
