Ett bekvämt och rymligt duplex beläget bara 50 meter från linbanan i hjärtat av St Jean d'Aulps Station (La Grand Terche), där du kan koppla av och sätta upp dina fötter efter en hel dag i sluttningarna. Lägenheten ligger på byggnadens tredje och översta våning och erbjuder utsikt över byn och sluttningarna.

Loungen / matsalen har direkt tillgång till en stor, privat balkong. I loungen finns det två bekväma soffor att koppla av på medan du tittar på TV, läser en bok eller surfar på internet (WiFi ingår).

Köket har totalrenoverats och inkluderar moderna apparater. Det fullt utrustade köket leder dig in i en stor lounge / matsal som har direkt tillgång till en privat balkong.

Det finns 3 stora sovrum:
* Sovrum (mycket rymligt) - King size-säng plus våningssäng.
* Andra sovrummet (rymligt) - Dubbelsäng plus våningssäng.
* Tredje sovrummet - dubbelsäng och är det minsta av de tre sovrummen.
Alla rum har nattduksbord och byrå.

Huvudbadrum - toalett och bad med dusch:
Det huvudsakliga badrummet har ett stort bad där du kan suga bort de bulor och blåmärken från dagens äventyr! Varmt vatten är obegränsat (vattentrycket är mycket bra), en hårtork tillhandahålls och en uppvärmd handdukskena hjälper till att torka av fuktiga kläder. Det finns också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare tillgängliga för användning.

Bottenvåningen badrum - toalett och dusch:
Detta har nyligen renoverats för att inkludera en dusch samt toalett och handfat.

Vi har en stor, privat 'grotta' / skidskåp i källaren för att lagra skidor, snowboards, stövlar, cyklar etc. Inom flerfamiljshuset har vi utomhusparkering och det finns också ett privat garage som kan användas på begäran.

Ski trip stay St Jean d'Alps

Wonderful stay in this 3 double bedroom apartment. The town is quiet but if that's what you want it's perfect and the accommodation and owners are just fab.

Mum’s Ski Trip

We had a lovely stay at Claire & Tony’s apartment. They were very accommodating to our needs of an early checkin and late checkout. It was in a good location in the centre of the village, with easy access to all amenities. The bed linen and towels were excellent quality. We would recommend the apartment and would stay here again. Many thanks for a pleasurable stay.

Amazing property with everything you could ever need!!

What a fabulous holiday home! You literally couldn’t ask for more. Everything you need is there, including games, wifi, spacious rooms, loads of storage for clothes, Super helpful hosts, great location, kitchen accessories to make picnics and packed lunches easy to take out and about. We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% recommend this apartment. If we come to the area again, we would definitely love to stay here again .

Great apartment and fantastic location. The hosts were immensely responsive and supportive with any queries we had. The only tricky thing was that the car park was busy but there was heaps of easy free parking nearby.

So good!

Spacious apartment with plenty of room to relax after a day of skiing. Lovely big sofa, on which we could lounge comfortably. The kitchen is very well equipped. Super comfortable double beds. Great family bathroom with a decent sized shower and the added bonus of another shower room. If conditions are good you wouldn’t need to leave La Grande Terche but it is a great base to explore what the rest of the Portes Du Soleil has to offer. We loved our stay!

Perfect Skiing Spot for Our Young Family

The perfect family apartment for our 2 young children, aged 4 and 2 and 4 adults! The ideal location in Saint Jean D’aulps at the bottom of the ski lift and next to restaurants, shops and the ski hire. we wanted somewhere convenient, modern, tidy and comfortable to make skiing as easy and enjoyable for our toddlers and the apartment truly delivered. we couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in saint jean d’aulps or just plan to take a family skiing. highly recommend

Beautiful Location and Place

This location was truly beautiful and as advertised. Clean beds AND MATTRESSES with wonderful home feel. 7 of us stayed at location comfortably. The owners were thorough and actively communicated with us during stay. Only recommendation is to get physical address of location before traveling to avoid getting lost and receive direct map to location. Truly wonderful experience and we hope to visit again and stay at the same location.

Perfect place to ski Porte Du Soleil

A great 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Will suit 6 adults or a family with children. Location right by the lift at Grande Terche. We didn’t ski there this time but drove to ardent lift to ski most days and then one day in Les Gets. There are 2-3 great restaurants right next door and a small supermarket. We cooked in most nights. Very well equipped. Even a garage for the car too. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was fantastic. Everything there that you could possibly need for a weeks skiing.

The spacious apartment was ideal for two families of four. Bedrooms were nice and roomy and the convenience of two toilets and a shower as well as a bath made it very easy to accommodate everyone in the morning getting ready before hitting the slopes. We arrived to a very clean and tidy apartment and couldn’t fault the convenice of having the ski hire shop next door and the telecabin a mere two minutes walk away- and that was with tour boots and skis! Would recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a great weeks skiing with a comfortable, homely fully equipet place to stay.

Kids first ski trip!

Amazing place, so close to the ski lift - this made it so easy with two 9/10 year olds to get to ski school on time etc. Hired our ski's etc from Muffat Sports which also allowed us to leave them there after each day on the slopes, so easy and time saving. The apartment has a lovely mountain view, so cosy and comfortable - beds/sofa and gorgeous bathroom/shower upstairs. Just the right items in the kitchen and appliances, useful pointers found in a black folder for using the cooker etc. We loved it and will be back in the future. Many thanks for all the communications with the owners - very easy to communicate with. 10/10 holiday... thank you!

Ski village in summer

Top flat in a block in a ski station 8 mins drive above a village. Well equipped kitchen, lovely view of mountains from balcony. We brought blackout blinds to block sunlight in early mornings, and needed them. Hot water takes 10 mins to come on in summer as the block of flats (and the ski station) is deserted outside ski season. Owners helpful, but live outside UK, so all communications are with local rental agency.

Excellent skiing holiday

We stayed for the first time at this resort as it was recommend by friends. The resort is ideal for a family and especially one like ours with 2 young beginners. The resort is quite but has excellent ski facilities. We all had lessons at ESF which were excellent and the slopes were great. It snowed everyday we stayed and we had fantastic on and off piste conditions. Skiing was really a pleasure. The apartment is excellently positioned and only a small walk to everything. The place really is a home from home with everything you could need in a week. All the rooms are spacious and well equipped, and the rooms are all nicely decorated with all mod cons including an excellent wifi network. Everything is clean and well maintained. The only thing we would change is the length of time we stayed and we will will be back next year!

Comfortable

Tony and Claire are great hosts - communicative, flexible and helpful. The apartment is well appointed, close to ski lifts and a couple of bars/restaurants and a small supermarket. Difficult to find initially (particularly in the dark late at night) but once you know your way it is straightforward. The apartment is spacious and can sleep a large number of people, but is slightly tired now (bathrooms and decor need updating but everything is in working order). WiFi doesn’t seem to work, but mobile reception was fine. A comfortable place to spend a few nights.

Winter break in the Porte de Soleil

We were a party of 6 on a long ski weekend. As the property is less than 1.5 hours drive from Geneva airport we were able to ski for a couple of hours in La Grande Terche on Thursday afternoon whilst on the other 4 days we were able to ski different parts of Porte de Soleil. The property was excellent with plenty of room for the 6 of us, with good WiFi and TV system. The location in the centre of the resort is a couple of minutes walk to the two restaurants, two bars, mini market and ski hire shop. The only negative was the bad weather from Saturday afternoon until Sunday night when it rained heavily to such an extent that we didn’t venture out on Sunday except when we went to one of the bars to watch the rugby and to add to our woes England lost to France!

We love this place

It was our second visit to Tony and Claire's apartment and it won't be our last. It is cosy, comfortable, very well equipped and less than a minute's walk to the Gondola which is great for the kids and my arthritic knees! The apartment has been nicely upgraded since our first visit in 2018 the sleeping arrangements were improved and there's a nice big TV with Netflix to keep the children entertained. There were 10 of us - seven adults and three children - and although Tony said it would be a full house we actually found it very roomy. The L'Efanle restaurant across the road is excellent, the staff can't do enough for you. We didn't eat at Chez Bill's this time but did grab takeaway pizzas one night which we ate back at the apartment. The village is quiet which suited us just fine, We ate in four nights which keeps the costs down. The apartment is so well equipped, there is everything you need to make a meal for 10. We've stayed in apartments in eight different French ski resorts and this place is by far the best.

Hat voll unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Viel Platz, sauber, mit allem ausgestattet.10 Punkte von 10.Da das Haus 2 Eingänge hat haben wir länger gesucht um es zu finden. Die dazu gehörige Garage haben wir dann nicht mehr gesucht, sondern auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen geparkt. Das Internet war je nach Lage in der Wohnung etwas instabil.Der Kühlschrank war etwas klein.Alles in allem jederzeit wieder, super britische Gastfreundschaft, mit umfassenden Service, Bezogene Betten, Handtücher, Küchenutensilien, kein Wunsch blieb offen.

Vacances de ski

Superbe appartement, très propre, fonctionnel et agréablement aménagé, à 2 pas des pistes de ski (et d'une petite patinoire de plein air). Nous y étions la toute 1ère semaine des vacances scolaires et n'avons presque pas fait la queue aux différentes remontées mécaniques.

Since the birth of our daughter and son, we decided to find ourselves a home - somewhere that they know is theirs. What better than to combine the things we love!

We have being skiing in La Grande Terche since 2004 and when it came to buying a home this was our first choice, nowhere else could offer us the same possibilities as here.

We finally found the perfect apartment for us; light, airy and plenty of space. They say you know you have found the perfect home when you first walk in and this was definitely true for us.

And instead of the apartment sitting empty throughout the ski year, we have decided to rent it out so others can experience some of the same magic and joy!
