Appartement très bien situé dans le quartier historique de Naples.

Excellente situation, accessible en ascenseur. Une des 2 chambres n'est pas climatisée car la 2ème clim est dans la cuisine (contrairement à ce que semblait dire l'annonce), peu lumineux l'après midi, vaisselle juste pour 4 personnes. Le disjoncteur saute lorsqu'on utilise la plaque induction le matin, souci déjà signalé par un vacancier dans le "livre d'or" de la propriétaire. Cependant la beauté de Naples permet de relativiser...

Appartement très bien situé. A 20 mn à pied des embarcadères pour les îles. A 5 mn à pied du métro Toledo qui rejoint directement la gare pour le bus vers l'aéroport et les trains vers Pompei. Quartier très animé de jour comme de nuit. En bordure de la via Toledo avec ses nombreux cafés, restaurants et boutiques. Emplacement idéal aussi pour visiter le centre de Naples à pied Appartement très calme, bonne literie, pression et température douche impeccable. Ancien immeuble avec grande cour intérieure, 3e étage avec petit ascenseur. Pas d'avis sur la cuisine car non testée. Bref je recommande

Apartamento bien situado para una estancia cómoda en Nápoles

El apartamento está bien situado en el centro histórico de Nápoles. Es un dúplex moderno, limpio, con camas cómodas y el entorno es silencioso. Cuenta con lo suficiente para disponer de una estancia agradable aunque falte algo más de menaje como unas copas adecuadas para vino o una sartén adecuada, en general cosas de menor importancia. El trato de Daniela, la propietaria, correcto.

Loud, construction happening and no A/C

No air conditioning, no washing machine - hot humid in apt and in the middle of a construction zone - may be a great stay in the future when the construction is done and air conditioning is added - but not good now

Prima. Zeer goede slaapplek.

Keuken was mooi om te zien maar zeer slecht in gebruik. Koekenpan konden we niet gebruiken op de kookplaat. Hierdoor bakken in steelpan. Alles bakte dus aan. Van de twee beschikbare pitjes kon je maar 1 gebruiken. Geen succes. Verder viel als je de kookplaat gebruikte het stroom uit. Niet 1x maar op een ochtend zelfs 10x. Daar word je gek van. Dus topappartement als je ALLEEN wilt slapen. Koken dat ging waardeloos. We vroegen of we iets later mochten uitchecken. Dat kon absoluut niet. Dus wij zitten precies om 10.00 klaar kwam ze zelf een half uur later aanhobbelen. Dat vonden we ook niet zo vriendelijk. Maar nogmaals het appartement zelf om alleen te slapen is heel fijn. Je zit midden in het centrum en als je het complex inloopt is het muisstil. Je hoort werkelijk niets van de drukte van de stad. Geweldig.

Nice Apartment in Convenient Location

Stayed for 4 nights in this lovely newly renovated apartment with 2 bathrooms. Daniela was easy to work with and met us at the apartment and showed us how everything worked. We used the air conditioners twice during 2 warm sticky October days and they worked well with no problems. However, we never used the stovetop as it blew the electrical breaker during our first attempt to boil water for coffee the first morning. We ended up using the microwave to heat water for coffee which would similarly blow the breaker sometimes - very frustrating ! So don't expect to cook - which would not have been possible with the 7 inch fly pan provided anyway. Also, had to continuously reset the Internet modem. So very nice apartment only about a 5 min walk to the Toledo metro stop. But it was so centrally located that it was easy to just walk to the waterfront or to the National Archeological in the other direction. Just assume that you will only a functioning fridge and microwave in the kitchen,

A lovely apartment in the historical center of Naples

The apartment is in a great location within walking distance to most of the key sights in Naples. It was clean and well-equipped, with a nice layout. Daniela provided us with good recommendations and responded to our need for fresh towels. Communication prior to our stay was timely. It got a little less so shortly before arrival and at the end of our trip. If you plan to cook during your stay, there's an issue with having enough energy to power more than one burner and any other devices in the apartment. Overall, we were pleased with our experience. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Beautiful apartment in Centro Napoli

Great location in the heart of old Napoli. Apartment is modern, the building its in is much more ancient. Daniela, the host, is lovely. Overall, our experience was very pleasant. Couple of things to make you aware of. Its on the third floor. They do have an elevator but during the day, they charge .20 euro to use and sometimes, it was out of order. Be aware that you may have to climb those stairs with your baggage etc. Has A/C but we found it hot still in the bedroom upstairs as the air wasn't really circulating. Could use a fan or a ceiling fan. Finally, the wifi is a little shaky. We had to reset the router numerous time and were unable to use google voice.

Absolutely lovely!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The apt was as the pictures showed - very new and clean. The owner was lovely and extremely helpful with local information. He and his daughter even took us for a day trip to Vesuvius and positano that was a blast - we ran into road blocks trying to get to Positano but he persevered to get us there with at least enough time to enjoy the town! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms nice. We did throw the breaker a few times when we had the cooktop on to boil water, but otherwise everything worked beautifully. We felt very safe in this location and never had any issues while visiting Naples. There were several very good restaurant nearby (they are everywhere in Naples) that the owner shared and he wasn't wrong. Can't say enough nice things about this - I highly recommend!

Cómodo, cuidado y bien comunicado

El apartamento está prácticamente nuevo y tiene todas las comodidades. Es muy silencioso por las noches. Está muy bien comunicado y es muy fácil llegar en trasporte público a los principales sitios de interés en Nápoles. Muy recomendable, si volvemos a Nápoles repetiremos la experiencia. Los propietarios son muy amables y nos ofrecieron toda la información que necesitábamos.

Muy cuidado, tranquilo y bien comunicado

Un apartamento precioso. A nuestra llegada nos esperaba Daniela que, encantadora, nos explicó todo lo que necesitábamos saber sobre el inmueble. El apartamento está muy bien situado y comunicado perfectamente con el transporte público. Desde allí puedes visitar fácilmente los principales lugares de interés de Nápoles. Está muy cuidado, nuevo, es espacioso y con todas las comodidades. Por la noche es muy tranquilo y silencioso. Si volvemos a Nápoles seguro que repetimos!!

Quiet, Comfortable Apartment, Close to Everything.

The host Daniela was waiting for us when we arrived and was very helpful in giving directions on how to reach the apartment from the Metro. The apartment is great, very cosy and comfortable, and very quiet, close enough to walk to the Metro, town centre, and the harbour, and with plenty of shops, markets, and eateries on the doorstep. There are two air conditioners, which came in handy as the apartment gets a little stuffy when it has been closed up all day. The kitchenette had a microwave and hotplate and a few cups and saucers, plates, glasses etc. basically enough to make breakfast and cups of tea / coffee. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows and blankets. This is a great place to stay if you don't need fully self contained accommodation as there were no laundry facilities, not even and iron, and the power can be a little temperamental (we were unable to use a hairdryer without tripping the circuit breakers). Daniela was prompt and helpful on checkout, and I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet comfortable short stay.

Super appartement très bien situé

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable chez Daniela et Leo. L'accueil était chaleureux, et Daniela très disponible. L'appartement est vraiment très bien installé, avec simplicité et beaucoup de goût. De plus, chose inestimable, il est tout près du centre historique, et malgré le tumulte des rues toutes proches, il est vraiment très calme. Une fois que l'on est rentré dans l'appartement, il n'y a plus aucun bruit, c'est merveilleux!... Il est ainsi possible de se ressourcer après des journées fatigantes!... Les chambres sont parfaites, surtout celle d'en haut, très grande. S'il y avait des améliorations à suggérer, je parlerais des ustensiles de cuisine qui sont peut-être un peu justes pour 4: par exemple, (entre autres choses), un couteau à pain serait le bienvenu!.... Ce serait les seules éventuelles critiques à apporter. Pour le reste, c'est idéal, très très propre, l'éclairage est reposant, bref, on s'y sent bien, et on n'a pas envie de partir!.... Merci encore, Daniela, et peut-être à une autre fois?.... Si nous revenons à Naples, aucun doute, nous reviendrons chez vous!

Bel appartement, confortable et très bien situé

Appartement spacieux, moderne, confortable, et bien équipé (attention toutefois : pas de machine à laver contrairement à ce qu'indique le descriptif). Idéalement situé, dans le cœur historique de Naples, près de la place Santa Chiara. Le musée archéologique, les quartiers espagnols, le castel Dell'Ovo et le port sont facilement accessibles à pied aussi. Appartement très calme, dans un bel immeuble ancien. A recommander !

Nuovissimo e centrale

L'appartamento è nuovo ben arredato comodo perché ogni camera ha il proprio bagno, l'unica pecca non andava il wifi e abbiamo pertanto avvisato il nostro contatto.. usciti dalla casa sarete in pieno centro.. vicini sia alle vie dello shopping che ai decumani camminando 10 min.. perfetto!

Meraviglioso....da tornarci assolutamente!!!

Casa stupenda curata in ogni minimo particolare, accogliente,confortevole e ben pulita.Situata in un palazzo antico ma ben ristrutturato!! Il proprietario molto cordiale e disponibile! Zona centralissima è molto tranquilla (anche di notte) a pochi minuti di cammino dalla galleria Umberto I e da Piazza Plebiscito. Noi a piedi siamo arrivati praticamente ovunque anche sul lungomare....c'è sempre gente in giro!!! Il garage per la macchina a 5 minuti a piedi con prezzi non esagerati....!!!La consiglierei davvero ...ottima!!! Lisa,Fernando ,Ines e Maila
