Waterfront och Waterviews, härlig fritidsstuga i Vesuv

Tantramar är en 3 sovrum vid vattnet med arv som har omsorgsfullt återställts tillbaka till den ursprungliga karaktären med en täckt veranda, stort däck, franska dörrar från sovrummet med en queen size-säng och härlig utsikt mot vattnet. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar, det tredje lilla sovrummet har en dubbelsäng.

Tantramar är en fem minuters promenad till Vesuvius Bay Store, färja, Seaside Restaurant och offentlig båtbrygga. Bekvämligheterna inkluderar duntäcken / kuddar, fullt utrustat kök, dubbelsidig vedeldad spis, badkar och dusch, trådlöst internet och ett litet ljudsystem med en IPOD-docka. Det finns (fortfarande) ingen TV "och våra sängar består av" europeisk "stil med rena, skarpa täcken. Det finns toppark i skåpet för dem som föredrar dem.

Familjer och husdjur (med vakuumvänliga ägare) är välkomna på Tantramar även om husdjur inte är tillåtna på stranden från den 15 juni till och med 15 september på grund av en verkställt stadgar. Endast noggrann rökning på verandorna.

Amazing cottage by the Sea!!!

We rented the cottage for a week and it wasn’t long enough! The location was fantastic and the sunsets were incredible. We loved all the seating areas and the luxurious sheets on the beds and fluffy white towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed. We cooked six out of our seven days. Great barbecue with extra propane tank if needed….. thx so much for making our family vacation something we will never forget.

Great little cottage on the sea

The place had an amazing charm, fantastic deck and beautiful views to go along with the beach access. Close to the ferry and all the amenities/options one could need. We hope to go back!

Fall Getaway

We had an amazing stay here! The location is stunning overlooking the ocean. Lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the views. We also appreciated extra towels were available if needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful Gettaway

This home was filled with everything you need to take a relaxing, comfortable holiday. The beds (and bedding) is wonderful, there is more than enough space for a family and the view is amazing. I was so excited to wake up and enjoy the views everyday.

Perfect

Loved where the property is situated — quiet but not a long drive from the hustle and bustle. Loved walking along the beautiful beach. Loved the view, and expansive deck and patio to take it in. Loved the style and sheer number of windows to take in the view too. Loved the decor, and the cozy living space and the piano and all the books. Loved how clean and well-stocked the house was. Loved how lovely the rooms were and how comfortable the mattresses were. Thank you to our host and our local contact. We will definitely be back!

Paradise Found…

We absolutely loved our VRBO. We booked this property for our stay while we attended a photography workshop on the island. Arriving there honestly was so exciting when we saw just how beautiful the location was! Add on the most comfy beds, a gorgeous and deep tub, and views to cherish for a lifetime! 110% recommend ❤️

Lovely getaway

A beautiful, tranquil property near the shore of Salt Spring Island. The cottage was well-equipped and very charming. We saw eagles, ravens, rabbits, and deer daily.

A Magical cottage by the sea !!

Always wanted to stay there

We have been visiting Saltspring for many yearsand always wanted to stay at this property. Finally got our chance when the dates worked and our expectations were exceeded - and we didn’t think that was possible. Just a beautiful property to enjoy the sun and Vesuvius Beach

Lovely cottage, right on the beach

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had deer walk through the front garden, watched the ferry dock at the port. Apart from the rain, we had a lovely time. We will be back.

Best place on the Island!

This is our 8th year in a row going to Saltspring Island. This place tops them all! Here you have luxurious waterfront property with stunning views and fresh ocean air. Indoors you will find absolutely everything you need! Definitely my first choice next year!

Perfect - as always

Another wonderful week at Tantramar. The new patio opened up the beach views (albeit losing some priviacy) and is a nice addition to the extensive outdoor seating. As always, everything in and out was in excellent condition.

December 2023 visit.

Could not get much better. Helped pull the family together for a break and a bit of a reset. Fireplace was perfect and appreciated that there was properly seasoned real firewood to burn! A really relaxing getaway with the perfect location. Thanks!

Beautiful waterfront property

Well appointed and comfortable cottage. Ample room for six in three bedrooms. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Gorgeous covered deck looking over Vesuvius ferry dock. Highly recommended. (A second bathroom would mean five stars.)

Heaven on Earth

We could not believe how fortunate we were to have found & been able to stay in this incredible spot. The view was unbelievable & we choose to eat in every night just to enjoy the view as much as possible. The attention to detail & decor of this clearly loved beach home with all it’s amenities made us feel at home, the minute we walked in the door. We will definitely return.
