At Home in Clearwater

Very nice and convenient location. The accomodations were well appointed and comfortable after a long day of sightseeing! We found it easier to use the community pool in the late afternoon or early evening as it was full of children from 10am until 4pm.

Fantastic condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners were super helpful, and the condo had everything we needed and more! Super clean and comfy! Would absolutely rent this condo again if we were coming to the Tampa/Clearwater area.

Clearwater Retreat

We spent a long weekend visiting our son who was working in the area as a traveling welder. The location of this property was perfect for great food, great beaches, & was as. Comfortable as home. Highly recommend stay at the Avalon .

Highly Recommend

We loved our stay at Royal Marina! The unit was clean and well decorated with all the kitchen and bathroom items you could need. The area is secure and only a few minute drive from the beach. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and morning coffee on the patio! We can’t wait to go back!

Home away from home

Stayed at the he condo for a week in June 2021. Check in process was very smooth,ball the info was provided upon arrival. Rooms were super clean, well equipped. Great location as well. It's approximately 13 minutes away from beaches, grocery store across the street and great restaurant right in the corner. Had a great time, thinking of coming back in the next spring.

Birthday Trip

Overall the stay was really nice. The condo was very clean and decorative. The host was very responsive and gave clear directions, which I greatly appreciate. We are thankful that we were allowed to use the beach items as it was so nice not having to buy them! I would suggest they get upgraded in the future. The umbrella kept falling over and one of the chair straps are broken, besides that it was just what we needed. I missed that this was a 3rd floor condo which became a pain walking up three flight of stairs with a 1 year-old and aging parent, but thats on me for missing that. I would also suggest making sure there are plenty of washcloths, there were only 3 or 4 in the entire unit.

Very Nice and Great Location!

We were looking for a place close to Pier 60 in Clearwater for a winter getaway. This is a nice location, easy drive to the beach. The condo is very nice, completely renovated. The complex is quiet and gated. The pool is nice and the water is warm. The owners are very responsive to anything you may need. I would stay here again. Gary Fisher

Perfect Family Getaway

A perfect location. Close to Clearwater for a great beach day and a nice, large pool for the mornings and evenings. Large beds for parents and two large beds for each child (2). Nice extra to have two full bathrooms. Decor made you feel like you were at a beach vacation and tied it all together. Great communication with the owners - they were thoroughly helpful throughout. Would look forward to booking again in the future and inviting one of our friends to be in the condo next door. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

The first impression was: WOW!

The condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated. We have everything we needed and it was wonderful to stay in the Avalon complex. Publix on the other side of the street and Abe´s Grill in front of the complex, what do we want more? A clean pool and a small, but well equiped fitness room and our vacation was perfect. But, every good thing come to an end and now we are back in Germany and dream from our next vacation, maybe in Clearwater as guests from Christian and Christina Best regards Bernhard and family

Wonderful vacation

I’m from the northeast and with most Florida stays I struggle with how hot I feel even inside. The A/C just doesn’t typically work well enough. I was so pleasantly surprised at how cool and comfortable I was here. The bed was super comfortable and the whole area was very clean. The internet went out briefly our second day but the hosts noticed before we did and with a quick modem reboot we were back up. Great responsive hosts and would definitely rent from them again.

Our Stay

All questions we had prior to our stay were quickly answered with informative replies. Prior to our stay exterior maintenance was to be completed on the condo we had requested. We were given the option to select a different condo which was accepted. The condo was well furnished and beach items you may have forgot or could not bring with were even available. The grounds are nice and the pool area was great. Much larger than expected. There are no elevators and we were on the 3rd floor so if steps are a concern this is important. After the 2nd day though my legs were taking 2 steps at a time and enjoying the exercise. We could come again Thank you

A Gem in Clearwater!!

This property is absolutely a GEM!! From before our vacation to the end, everything was perfect. Cristian was beyond helpful with not only the information provided on the property listing, but provided additional recommendations for the area - food, nightlife, family fun, beaches, parking - you name it! The accommodations were absolutely beautiful!! Beautiful seaside vibe, beds were so comfy (my daughters said they need beds just like them). All the amenities listed on the description and more. Also, provided were beach chairs, cooler and if you have younger children beach toys. Enjoyed our breakfasts outside on the patio/deck. Pool was refreshing, not crowded and very tranquil. The location cannot be any better - there was a great bar and grill not even a 1 minute walk from the condo. Grocery store right across the street was so convenient! Short drive to beaches - which we enjoyed 4 different ones. Definitely would recommend this accommodation - if we make another trip out to Clearwater will definitely we coming back here. THANK YOU Cristian and Cristina for a most enjoyable experience for me and my family!

Our stay was amazing! The hosts were so attentive and willing to work with us on check-in/check-out times. Any time I messaged them they replied within 30 minutes. The condo was clean, had a great location, and was everything we needed for our vacation! I would HIGHLY recommend both this condo and the host!

We stayed in Clearwater, FL, at a property we found on VRBO, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location was perfect close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The owners were incredibly gracious and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. You can tell they really care about their guests' experience.10/10... Would absolutely recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat!
