Två steg från hela det kommersiella området, stränderna i La Concha och La Zurriola, samt Gamla stan, där kultur, Santa Maria-basilikan, San Vicente-kyrkan, San Telmo-museet och gastronomi blandas med otaliga barer där du kan smaka på deras berömda pintxos.
5 minuter från Kursaal Congress Center, (verk av den berömda arkitekten Rafael Moneo), där under hela året finns ett stort kulturellt erbjudande, International Film Festival, Musical Fortnight, konserter, musicals, etc. liksom otaliga kongresser.
I närheten finns det alla typer av transport, både stads- och intercity, taxistopp, och ligger 15 minuters promenad från järnvägsstationen och busstationen.
Det är inte nödvändigt att använda en bil. San Sebastián är en mycket trevlig stad, både för vandring och cykling genom sitt stora nätverk av cykelfält.

This was the perfect vacation, splendid food, location and atmosphere!

We were most delighted with this apartment. Absolutely perfect location, close to the old town with all nice restaurants. Also close to som nice shopping. The apartment had a beautiful ocean view, and the terrace were really nice. The apartment felt modern and perfect for us, 4 adults. We got a really good introduction from the landlord and some fine recommendations on which restaurants served the best pintox. We can really recommend this apartment and a trip to SanSeb. /tobias

Great place with a beautiful view. Host was also great with communication and responses. Arrived early and contacted host and let us check in a little earlier. For some reason heat stopped working, he had it fixed while we were out sight-seeing. We try to go every couple of years to San Sebastian, this will definitely be my go to place if available. This was the PERFECT location in Donostia! The rooms were comfortable, the deck was spectacular and it was close to everything you want to see and do. Juan was a perfect host! The day we arrived there was a large march that blocked most of the roads in and out of old town. Juan guided us right to him and escorted us to the apartment. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting San Sebastián!

A gem in the perfect location

We just were there during the third week of June, and found the apartment to be in the perfect location with an amazing view of La Concha Beach. Juan was a highly communicative and very friendly host. We would definitely recommend staying at this property.

spectacular stay in San Sebastian

wonderful accommodation centrally located to experience all San Sebastian has to offer. Convenient to old town, Mount Urguall & La Concha. We would return to this well appointed apartment without hesitation. Property host was communicative & very accommodating - appreciated ease & welcome check in process. .

San Sebastián stay

My wife and I visited San Sebastián along with a couple that we travel with. Juan was a great host. He was at the Porto greet us at check in and explain everything that we needed to know for our next few days. Juan was very quick to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this location as well as the host. We had a great expand look forward to returning some day.

Very nice apartment with a great terrace sea view

This apartment was everything what we expected and what was promised in the description. Our kind host Juan started to communicate with us well beforehand before our arrival and we agreed the check-in schedule. Although we were a bit early, the check-in was flexible and we met with the host and he gave us an excellent introduction not only to the apartment but also surrounding restaurants and sightseeings. The apartment had very well equipped kitchen, spacey livingroom, clean bathroom and nice two bedrooms. On top of everything, there was an amazing terrace with a great sea view but unfortunately we could not utilized it due to raining weather (that was not definitely apartment's fault). The apartment had an excellent location - you could easily walk to the beach or old town or city center within a couple of minutes. We had also a rental car but there was not any parking available from the host but once again he gave us good instructions to reserve parking from La Concha parking hall that was nearby (only 5 mins of walking). The only minor issues with the apartment were bedroom squeaky hinge (needs a drop of oil) and shower head that was not so smooth to use (more alike water fall rather than raining). But these were so minor issues - only just to indicate that how great apartment was in overall. Many thanks Juan and Galarent! See you again in the next time!

Great location with an amazing view!

This property exceeded our expectations! The location was steps from the beach, and only a 5 minute walk to the Old Town. You can’t beat the view from the rooftop deck. Check in was very smooth, and the apartment was clean and quiet. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Location!

Wish we had booked a longer stay and can’t wait to return. First visit to beautiful San Sebastián and this apartment was the perfect place to stay. Great balcony views and close to everything. Owners are very accommodating and helpful. Cannot wait to return again for a longer stay!

Great location, cozy place

Overall the place was very nice and met most of our expectations. Everything was nice, clean and basic furnishings, with instructions that were clear even though not everything had a translation from Spanish, so Google translate helped where needed. Main bed was very comfortable and being on the 7th (top) floor we were able to keep the windows open at night for cool evening breezes and sounds of the surf. The extra bedroom did have 2 twin beds, even though they were your basic cots with mattresses on top but we didn't need to use them so not a big deal. The kitchen had the all the basics utensils, dishware and pans to prepare light meals such as breakfast, but with the old town 2 blocks away with great pintxos available we cooked less than we thought we would. Some very minor things regarding lack of basic supplies, which we are used to having provided at rental homes in the USA. For examples; no laundry detergent provided so we had to find a shop which sold some, only one small trash for the entire place tucked under the kitchen sink, with no extra trash bags so we bought some of those too. No trash can was provided in the bathroom (for things which should not be flushed) so we had to set up a bag under the sink. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided, which 2 adults can easily go through in 6 days, but luckily we didn't need to buy more although we did run out on the very last morning, so paper napkins which we also had to buy, from the kitchen, worked in a pinch. But really we had a pleasant stay and Jose, our host, was easy to communicate with even though our Spanish and his English were minimal, it was not really a problem. We would likely stay here again, primarily because it was the perfect location for access to the old town restaurant scene and the beach front areas.
