Denna fantastiska egendom ligger i en enastående position precis vid kanten av Plaidy Beach. Med panoramautsikt över havet och direkt tillgång från det omfattande däcket till stranden är detta ett fantastiskt fritidshus. På bottenvåningen finns en öppen planlösning vardagsrum / kök / matrum. Loungen rymmer en 42 "plattskärms-TV med surroundljud och DVD-hemmabiosystem. Matplatsen har ett stort matbord som bekvämt sitter 8 och det finns ett modernt vitt kök med frukostbar med hög avföring till 6. Ledande från lounge diner är dubbla dörrar genom till en vinterträdgård med bekväma sittplatser, radio och iPod / iPhone dockningsstation och fantastisk utsikt. Från vinterträdgården finns tillgång till det fantastiska, pittoreska området. Det finns stora däck på två nivåer med trädgårdsmöbler och rostfri gasgrill. Några steg från däcket leder till en asfalterad yta som ger tillgång till steg till stranden. Utanför förvaring finns för kajaker etc. De 180 graders utsikt över den lugna stranden och Looe Bay är verkligen fantastiska. Även på bottenvåningen finns ett dubbelrum med våningssängar och 32 "plattskärms-TV och ett duschrum med handfat, wc och duschkabin. På övervåningen finns tre härliga dubbelrum, alla smakfullt inredda och vardera med 32 "plattskärms-TV. De två sovrummen på framsidan av fastigheten har båda king size-sängar och altandörrar som leder till en gemensam balkong som löper längden på byggnaden och har samma magnifika utsikt. Det finns också en bra storlek badrum med ett stort hörnbad, handfat och w. c .. Fastigheten har full gas centralvärme, Wi-Fi och Freesat. Allt lakan och handdukar tillhandahålls förutom badlakan.
Denna exceptionella egendom är helt fristående men kan också hyras med den angränsande fastigheten Shoreside. Shoreside renoverades också av samma ägare till samma höga standard och det är möjligt att ansluta boende och däckområden så att en fest på upp till 14 kan njuta av det kombinerade utrymmet. Observera att mobil mottagning är dålig i detta område - O2, Vodafone och 3 är de bästa alternativen.

We had a mixed experience at the property. The location and view were stunning, with the beach literally on our doorstep, which was fantastic when the weather cooperated. The property itself was spacious and the cleaner did a great job, particularly in the kitchen and with the bedding. However, the property's condition seemed to be in need of some TLC - a fresh coat of paint and some modernisation would make a big difference. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a few issues. The dishwasher broke mid-week and wasn't repaired during our stay. More significantly, we encountered a flea infestation, which started with bites when sitting on the sofa and escalated to a flea landing on my husband's leg. Despite purchasing flea treatment, the issue persisted, and we ultimately decided to cut our stay short by a day. Given the 1500 price tag, we expected a higher standard. Upon reflection, it might be worth considering treating the property for insects if pets are allowed. Unfortunately, this experience soured what could have been a wonderful holiday, and we won't be returning.

What an absolutely awesome property. Perfect location with a lovely walk into Looe on your doorstep.We couldn’t want anymore then what this property offered, everything you could think you would need it was there. The whole booking process and communication was 2nd to none. Obviously the glorious weather we had added to the whole experience! Will definitely be returning

Fantastic location

You can’t fault the location. The beach was beautiful and the walk into Looe was just the right distance.The property could do with a few tweaks.Decor was a bit tired. The mirrored door on the cupboard at the bottom of the stairs should go. It’s old and rusty and is dangerous if someone was to fall down the stairs!The shower head fitting was loose and impossible to fix at the right height.The upstairs bathroom definitely needs a second shower. The bathroom is big enough to split in half and add an en-suite to the main bedroom plus a further shower room. Much better for 8 people.No board games except snakes and ladders and no DVDs for the machine provided.Lastly, unfortunately, noise travels easily from the properties either side. Arguments and dogs on one side and house music from the other were not ideal for us, but we do live in the countryside, so are not used to having neighbours.We were very lucky with the weather and really enjoyed our break.

Beautiful location, the children loved having the beach and sea for there back garden!! Awesome sitting outside eating our breakfast whilst listening to the sea and taking in the beauty of our surroundings. Currently will be returning back to this location.

Beautiful Location for exploring Cornwall and fabulous and secure for dogs

The house was lovely and as described, we were all very comfortable. The Kitchen in particular had every single item I would ever need for cooking various family meals! Lovely area and excellent for walking and exploring.

Peaceful Beach Property

We had a wonderful stay at Beachside. The property was comfortable and well equipped. Kids and dog loved the beach which was accessible from the back of the house and we enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and sunsets most days. Great location for exploring surrounding area. Everyone at Cornish Collections was super helpful.

On the beach!

A great place to spend a winter weekend. Amazing views across the sea, superb outside spaces with large decking areas overlooking the beach, sea and coastline. The coast path passes right outside the house with a 15 minute walk to Looe along a good path and to Millendreath in the other direction. Parking space is a bit tight and only just big enough for two average sized cars but the manager arranged some additional parking for us nearby as we has four cars in our group. The house is great, excellent, very sociable open plan living areas downstairs and good sized bedrooms, the main two overlooking the sea with a large terrace. Very efficient heating also made this really comfortable for our winter stay.

Beautiful views

Had a lovely relaxing time. House needs a few things sorting out. Top balcony very slippery. We had next to no tv throughout our stay,no signal from the dish. A few dvds to watch would have been nice, we went and bought some in the end. We loved the direct access to the beach as did our dog. House very comfortable with fabulous views. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need.
