VÀlkommen till Cooper stuga pÄ vackra Barren River Lake, Kentucky. Denna vackra stuga Àr en enda familj bostad med en andra vÄningen frukostplats och dÀck. VÄr Lakehouse stuga erbjuder fantastisk utsikt över vattnet, en plats blott tvÄ miles frÄn Bailey Point Camping, docka, och rekreationsomrÄde; samt vara praktiskt att Barren River State Park, bensinstationer, och bÀsta stekt havskatt i söder.

Stugan Àr en tre sovrum, tvÄ badrum hem, och ett fullt utrustat kök, inklusive en mikrovÄgsugn, tallrikar, kastruller, och kastruller. Allt för att göra din semester enkelt och ekonomiskt. Huset sport tvÄ queen size-sÀngar, och en hel sÀng, samt en frukostplats som kan anvÀndas för en sovplats. Huset Àr ca 1600 kvadratfot sÄ det ger gott om plats för en familj eller par som vill dela ett semesterboende. Köket Àr fullt laddade med kastruller, stekpannor, mikrovÄgsugn, spis och kylskÄp.

Vi begÀr minst en tvÄ natten vistelse och en tre natten vistelse pÄ helger. Om du bokar sex nÀtter, kommer du att fÄ den sjunde natten gratis. Vi krÀver en 25% deposition pÄ alla bokningar och har en 15 dagars avbokningsregler. Minsta hyra 25 Ärs Älder. Inga husdjur, ingen rökning, inga olagliga substanser tillÄtna.

NÀra till vandring, cykling, fiske, jakt, djurliv visning, simning, vattenskidÄkning, knÀ ombordstigning, wake-boarding, jet-skiing, slangar och bÄtliv. Baileys Point vÀrd en kort tvÄ mil bilresa ocksÄ camping, har lekplatser, koncessioner och sponsrar filmer nÀtter under sommarsÀsongen.

Dessutom Àr Lakehouse blott 30 minuter frÄn Bowling Green, Kentucky hem för National Corvette Museum och Plant. Vi Àr mindre Àn en timme frÄn Kentucky Down Under och Mammoth Cave National Park, som erbjuder ridning, spelunking, och diverse andra sevÀrdheter aktiviteter.

Den Lakehouse Àr ocksÄ nÀra Harpers Restaurant - erbjuda vad vi tror Àr bÀst stekt havskatt i söder, en bekvÀm butik, bensinstationer och livsmedelsbutik, och vi Àr glada att ge anvisningar till nÄgon av dessa aktiviteter.

Beautiful spacious cottage

Only 5 minutes to the boat ramp, up to date cottage with pretty decor. It was clean and had what we needed. Owner was very responsive and accomodating. The turnaround/parking in yard for the boat is helpful.

Great Second Stay

Absolutely love staying here. Heather is always very quick to respond and cottage has everything you need. Nice remodels to bathroom and front deck. Looking forward to being back later this year or next. Will continue to be our go to spot on Barren River Lake. Highly recommend.

Great time!

We had a wonderful time. The proximity to the baileys campground is great. There is plenty of room, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had all of the amenities, overall we were very pleased. The hosts were very responsive and easy to reach. We stayed over the holiday weekend and would definitely book again.

Great location

The house was very reasonably priced so we did not go with high expectations. The location is great with spectacular views of Barren Lake. Everything is very simple with comfy beds and clean bathrooms. The rental was clean and comfortable. It could use updating but for the price it is more than reasonable and I can completely understand the owners not wanting to invest. Altogether we had a great time. Thank you

I wanted a private place to just be and to begin something new. This is the cabin on the lake!

My mom had just passed away and I wanted a place to reflect, breath, and also invite a friend to share my sorrow (and healing). I wanted to be away from world, city lights, and everything. I asked the owner if this was such a place, she was as good as her word. Peace and quiet... I laughed here, cried here, and found that life goes on here; one day at a time. If you seek, a place of peace and quiet.. you can book here. (Just remember, Google GPS takes you to the wrong house! I made it a point to stop by when I saw the mistaken house's owner and apologize.. I tried the provided code on every door and noticed the camera systems going off... I'm glad they understood and are very nice people... look at the number on the mailbox and head round the bend when it says "You've arrived!") If you seek a place to decompress and find a peaceful respite, this is a good option. Off the beaten path, but lacking nothing.

Thanksgiving holiday

Upon arrival the house was very dusty, (window ledges blinds and flat surfaces, dead bugs everywhere on the floors along baseboards and window ledges, hair was on bathroom floors. The main bathroom had a tub that was resurfaced and peeling so bad. We could not use that bathtub. The second day we went to dollar general to get cleaning product to clean up the home. On 11/22/22 we noticed water on kitchen floor but though we had spilled water. The pipe under the sink was leaking all over. We notified 11/23/22 to the owners due to holidays we didn’t expect anyone to come out. 11/24/22 we finally had to use the dryer for the first time and it would not work. That was a huge inconvenience, we let the owners know and they knew it was going to be going out they said. The kitchen and loft area DOES NOT stay warm on cold days. It got extremely cold in those areas. The house over all is beautiful just needs to be kept up better and poor cleaning people

Horrible place. We would’ve never stayed there had the pictures of the place was accurate.

I sure hope VRBO take this listing off their site. The pictures looked nothing like this actual place itself. Holes in the roof at the front porch we’ll side porch front porch wasn’t even there anymore the place was filthy nasty the windows was horrible with Cobb webs and dead bugs had spiders in two of the three beds wasp inside the house electrical wires exposed outlets had no cover right at the sink which is a very bad safety hazard paint was coming off the tub where someone tried to resurface it the one bathroom the floor was sinking in you sit on the toilet and the floor moves down horrible place we drove 7 hours for this. Still waiting for a full refund. The customer service department told us to get out and leave cause of the safety issues. We had to drive all the way back 7 hours home the next days. Couldn’t sleep cause I was afraid of the spiders and the bees inside . Front porch had a huge chunk busted out of the front corner. I took pictures of everything.

Great place for a quiet retreat. Loved the view.

I wanted a quiet place to get away from the daily grind. This was a great place. It's close enough to the State Park to avail yourself of the many activities and facilities they offer and yet secluded enough to just chill watthour any demands. The upstairs balcony view of the lake is sensational.

Spring Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Beautiful views of the lake and everything they said it would be. Very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect size for our family of five adults and a 22 month old grandbaby. I appreciated that they had tons of towels/wash clothes, and even had toothpaste/toothbrushes for those of us that forgot to pack everything...they even had shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. We will definitely be back again when visiting Bowling Green KY!!!

Great view!

Traveled for business with my husband and 2 children (2, 8) this house was very clean and had an amazing view! Close enough to bowling green and an easy drive to Nashville. Kitchen is stocked with everything we needed for cooking, plenty of towels and extra essentials like toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo ect. Host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.
