Vi kallar denna lägenhet SG69. SG69 är en lyxig lägenhet med 3 sovrum med underbar utsikt över Akropolis, Filopappou Hil och havet! Den har tre sovrum med badrum, ett fullt utrustat kök, en extra toalett och en privat balkong med utemöbler.

Den har en platt-TV i vardagsrummet, höghastighets WiFi, AC och alla moderna bekvämligheter. Lägenheten har en tvättmaskin och ett klädtorkstativ.
Lägenheten ligger på sjätte våningen. Det finns tillgång till hiss.

Great property, couldn't have been better. Incredible view of the acropolis. Moderate walk to everything you want to see. Highly recommend the restaurants and tavernneas in the area 5 blocks towards the acropolis.

This Apartment was well situated, not very far from Plaka and nice food market and pastry nearby. Too bad , sewer smells and dirty stairways when you enter the apartment! We noticed that the same points i read from other reviews were not been set ex: Fawcet was extremely loose in one bathroom, bath towel support in the shower too loose to use it, toilet paper support the same, too bad because all the rest was ok nice and clean! If these points had been repair i would give it a 5 stars! The view on the balcony was stunning : Acropolis in front of you . . Spectacular!

Great Pre-cruise Stay!

We are a family of four adults… My husband and I and our 22 year-old sons… We stay here for three nights before boarding a cruise to Athens and everything was wonderful! Our host was super helpful in helping us arrange transportation both from the airport to the flat and from the flat to the cruise port. The apartment was spacious and clean and an easy walk or Uber ride to everything we could possibly want to see not to mention that our host restaurant recommendations were fabulous!

Loved It

Our stay was great! The apartment is in a busy neighborhood that is a little older. However we found great restaurants nearby and its proximity to the major landmarks, and the VIEW are both on point! The A/C was cold, we were able to wash our clothes and hang them out to dry, we had warm water for all our showers. I would easily stay again. I would recommend bringing a few extra towels if you feel the need for a lot of towels.

We were so very happy with everything about this place.. cleanliness, location and comfort. It was perfect for us 5.. very close to plaka and very safe location. I would make sure to buy napkins or paper towels when you get there. It was very hard to clean up anything. Other than that. We loved it! The balcony was my favorite!

The apartment was very spacious for our extended family of 6 traveling. It was an easy walk to the Parthenon and restaurants. The apartment was very clean. We don’t plan to travel back to Athens but would recommend this apartment to others.

Athens Vacation

We had a very nice stay here. The apartment was perfect for the 3 couples that stayed there. The apartment was very clean, and the location was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The view from the balcony was awesome.

Great space for a family vacation

We enjoyed our time together in this beautiful city. We’re a group of siblings and spouses, so the bedroom and bathroom combination was perfect. We enjoyed the deck at night, and the apartment has all necessities and was very clean. It’s well located for visitors to enjoy PLAKA as well as the Acropolis.

Great hosts and great space!

Our flight was delayed for half of our party of six, but the hosts could not have been more accommodating with our prearranged pick up. They kept in touch with us and helped us even with a four hour delay and the loss by the airlines of one of our pieces of luggage. We were well taken care of!

Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for family!

We enjoyed our stay. We are a grandmother traveling with three young adult grandchildren. The apartment gave us plenty of space and privacy. The balcony was outfitted with comfortable couches where we could enjoy the view of the Parthenon while eating.

Overall the unit was as advertised. The one complaint was the size and condition of the showers. The 2 smaller bathrooms had shower stalls so small it was difficult to wash properly. The master bathroom had a lovely glassed in shower stalls with plumbing fixtures that needed repair.

Property has advertised - Highly recommended

First time in Athens, Greece, and first time renting a property there. Absolutely impressed from the beginning. Owner has very good communication, and accommodated us coming in early. We were visiting with another couple, and very much enjoyed our stay. Note: if you’re visiting from the United States, please bring a European charger. Other than that, I wish we could spend more time there.

Fabulous apartment for a small group

I was traveling with colleagues and this apartment w 3 beds and 3.5 baths was perfect! Beautiful view of the Acropolis and close to the Plaka! Would stay again!

Clean with choice of bathrooms

GOOD: 1) lots of bathrooms for the 4 of us to choose from, nice showers. 2) Good air conditioning. 3) Nice patio with view of Acropolis in the distance. 3) Location not too far from Acropolis so could walk. 4) Prompt replies from host when we asked for items not originally provided. Was provided almost everything after asking except for wash cloths. Was told they are not provided and we could buy a sponge from the store. We had to use large hand towels in the shower to wash body and face. Not sure why wash cloths aren’t provided. Never stayed at a rental before that didn’t provide them. Be sure to bring your own washcloths if you like to use them. 5) Provided early check in. Much appreciated. NOT SO GOOD: 1) VERY dirty lobby (trash everywhere) and elevator- don’t lean against any part of the elevator, you will get white powdery substance on your cloths. We realized later that white powder was also being tracked into the apartment on our shoes.. 2) Homeless sleeping out front of building, not the best neighborhood. 3) No map of the area provided in the room which would have been very handy when referencing verbal information provided during check in for local grocery, transit stations, etc. - would have appreciated those instructions being provided in writing somehow. Was a lot of verbal info when we were sleep deprived. ;-) Appreciated the communication from the hosts and the rides they arranged, but wouldn’t choose to stay there again or recommended to our friends.
