The Very Spacious Barn har 4 sovrum med eget badrum, vackert ombyggd ladugård med väskor med karaktär och utrymme. Oändlig charm, en härlig reträtt att koppla av men inte så långt från staden Hornsea (1 mil). På bottenvåningen finns sovrum 1, ett familjerum med 2 dubbelsängar, sovrum 2, har en king size-säng också på bottenvåningen är ett kök matplats och kapprum. På första våningen sovrum 3, har en king size-säng liksom sovrum 4, finns det också ett kök lounge område på första våningen med fantastisk utsikt över de öppna fälten och ett härligt öppet tak med 100 år gamla balkar ...

Utanför fastigheten finns ett stort uteplats med sittplatser, och för de som gillar att spela fotboll, rundare, cyklar osv finns det ett stort 6 tunnland gemensamt fält som ligger bara 100 meter från ladan som kan användas. Det finns parkering för upp till 5 bilar direkt utanför fastigheten.

Excellent home from home

We had a wondeful stay. The house is so beautiful. So much characture. The location is just perfect with beautiful scenery. The kids loved the flapjack left for us so thank you. We would absolutely recommend this stunning property and will hopefully be back in the new year. Thank you

Spacious, somewhat quirky accommodation

We were a group of three couples, though booked this large place as we had originally invited one more. It’s really designed for 8, not 10. With two double beds in one bedroom we were not sure how four people, other than very biddable children with their parents would have fitted in. Dining and main cooking area is downstairs and lounge plus a cooker, fridge and sink upstairs. We put drinks and nibbles up there. The bedroom no one wanted had an en-suite bath with handheld shower - we all prefer a stand up shower. We felt comfortable and private, with views of beautiful sunsets each night. Pity the Vrbo website is so bad. It kept on worrying me as organiser when the first page when I tapped on “access your details” was the chance to book, a note that we had reserved, but apparently not yet paid. Scrolling down I finally found acknowledgement that we had indeed paid and booked. There was no detailed list of equipment which would have been useful. Ryan, property manager, was very helpful. We had to postpone twice because of the pandemic and he was very accommodating about this.

Great property

The Granary is a great accommodation with plenty of space, well equipped and clean. We had great weather so sat outside every night enjoying the evening sun and it’s so peaceful, would recommend for two couples or more and families, 5*

Perfect getaway

Escape from lockdown!

Extremely spacious, very well equipped and in a beautiful quiet location. Hornsea itself is a lovely little town with a very pleasant beach and promenade. Just be aware that the Mere is not easily accessible from the property but is only reached by driving down to the Mere cafe and boathouse.

Fabulous!

This was perfect for our family. 4 large bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. Two huge social spaces with a kitchen in each. Outside has two tables and the BBQ made it perfect for a family afternoon in the sun. The farm is set away from the town centre so is very quiet but only 2 miles to the beach. We had a great time and would recommend to groups, couples or families.

Lovely stay at The Granary Barn

The Granary Barn is a wonderful place for a family party to stay, with marvellous cooking, eating and relaxing areas, plus bathrooms for every bedroom. The barn is beautiful and we received such kindness from the owners, including extras of milk, fabulous flowers and delicious homemade flapjacks. Within easy range are fantastic cliffs around Flamborough Head, as well as sandy beaches.
