Lana was an excellent host who was very attentive and responds quickly. The property is beautiful and spacious, right next to the beach so you can just walk down. Would definitely stay again!

Great place!

Lovely place with a great location. The only thing that I would like to mention is that the mattress on the main room is too old. Almost impossible to sleep in that King bed but other than that everything else was great.

Princesa getaway

We were three unattached friends needing to step off the merry-go-round of life for a long weekend to do absolutely whatever we wanted when we wanted. This condo was perfect. All of us had time and space just to be. Everything we needed was there. When we wanted to hang out, we had 3 pools from which to choose, a poolside bar, a balcony overlooking the ocean and an on-site restaurant. Nearby shopping, restaurants and ocean view bars with live entertainment added to “relaxcation” and we will return.

Everything was perfect, the condominium beautiful, super clean, super comfortable, perfect location, its owner; very friendly and cordial, every time we had a concern she always responded to everything very well. My family and I are delighted with everything. The super beautiful and perfect place, we didn't want to go home 😩. Obviously we plan to return again.

Rocky Point

I've been visiting Rocky Point for many years and this is one of the best condos I've stayed in. Directly on the beach, we love Colin's restaurant right on the grounds, and this particular condo is very well decorated and furnished. We look forward to coming back in the future.

2 Week much needed vacation

The property was very clean, beautifully decorated and directions from the Hostess were very clear. Our Hostess was VERY easy to work with. She was friendly in her communications and replied to every request right-away. The view was good both inside and out. The grills they have for guests are charcoal. Note: Bring lighter fluid from the states as it’s not always easy to find in Puerto Peñasco. The dishwasher and stove seemed new. Very good kitchen for cooking (and cleaning up). Overall the Condo is very well laid out. Perfect size for a Couple and maybe a couple with small children. There are a couple minor reasons I took off a star. 1) Lack of some basic supplies: - Bathroom Soap - Shampoo - Beach Towels and chairs - Minimal paper towels / TP 2) Lack of comfortable chairs on the deck To be fair, the Hostess did advise of the items they didn’t have ahead of time. We have stayed at 4 other 5 star places in Puerto Peñasco that all provided these items. Thank you for providing a nice clean beautiful place for our vacation.

Great Little Condo - Excellent View

We have stayed at lots of other resorts in Rocky Pointe and this one was great. A little smaller but it was clean, updated and super close to everything we wanted to do. We liked that it had great pools for the kids and steps to the beautiful beach. Collins Restaurant on-site was super nice and very affordable. There were 5 of us. 1 person slept on pull out couch. Kitchen was well stocked. Lana was excellent with communicating so we knew exactly where to go and what to do. All in all a fantastic place. Highly recommend.

Happy Stay

Wake up to the waves and the pool in this beautiful well-stocked condo. We had a worry-free stay and enjoyed the beach every day. Lots of security, and it felt very safe here. The condo was very clean. You will need to bring a hair dryer, shampoo, and shower gel, which I didn’t realize. Otherwise, almost Heaven.

Mother’s and daughter trip

The room was so convenient with it being by the elevator. Big plus! (For us)It was so nice and cool and welcoming. Super easy process to check in and out. I love staying at this location and would stay here again.

Great Location with an amazing view

This room was by far one of the nicest places i have stayed before. The hotel and people were great and had no troubles with checking in. Location is good because you are close to the bars and it is a couple steps before your on the beach. Would rent again!!

Amazingly Relaxing

Everything was simple, easy, communicated well. We did have an issue with the AC but thankfully it was cool enough thay we didn't need it AND when we let the property owner, it was taken care of immediately. She was nice enough to give is additional information and ask if all was well. The location was great because it was close to the ocean, but had pools to enjoy the sun without the sand. I had stayed at this condo resort before and loved it, especially Colin's Cantina. This has been my fifth year staying in Rocky Point, so I was familiar with the area, but staying here was so great. I would recommend this place to anyone. I hope this was helpful to any future persons wanting to rent.

Beachfront, A building is closest to the water,pools. Princesa has 3 pools with lounge chairs,umbrellas and 2 hot tubs. Pool with swim up bar by E building.
Volleyball court,handicap area,restaurant,convenience store and clubhouse with ping pong table and exercise equipment right in the resort.
Many palapas on the beach with lounge chairs.
Many food/drinks vendors on the beach.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This condo is the beachfront,closest to the beach.
You sleep in until the sound of the waves wakes you up. Put on sunglasses and hats, make a cup of coffee and walk down to the water to pick up shells or look for sea treasures on the beach. Visit the Princesa Colins restaurant/bar with amazing Sunday brunch and endless mimosas ,Bloody Mary is a must. Food is great and reasonably priced. lay by the pool or under la palapa. If shrimp is on the menu for dinner just drive near the Malecón /old Port and see many fish vendors. Drive to Encanto beach for oyster bar called El Barco,right on the water to eat those fresh oysters and look out to beautiful blue waters. At night,if you like life music,head to Wrecked at the Reef or Banditoes bar. Max,s is a great breakfast place with best Bloody Mary in town. Boo Bar has good food,music and wonderful sunset views!!! Try Leo’s bar. Always great music and good food. Princesa is the smallest of the condos and the size allows great personalized service from the staff.
