Detta är en idealisk plats för hela din familj att njuta av en avkopplande semester från Grasmere, en av Lakelands vackraste byar .. Bottenvåning:
Vardagsrum / matsal: Med vedbrännare, Freeview-TV och balkar.
Kök: Galley-stil med elektrisk ugn, elektrisk spis, mikrovågsugn, kyl / frys, diskmaskin och tvättmaskin.
Separat toalett .. Första våningen:
Sovrum 1: Med king size-säng.
Sovrum 2: med två sängar.
Badrum: Med dusch över badkar, toalett och handdukstork. . Centralvärme för gas, el, sänglinne, handdukar och Wi-Fi ingår. Loggar för vedbrännare finns lokalt. Barnstol.. Liten trädgård med uteplats och trädgårdsmöbler. Privat parkering för 1 bil. Ingen rökning. Observera: Det finns tre steg i tr��dgården och åtkomst krävs via trädgården till Garden End Stables (ref UK1331) .. Innan du ens går över tröskeln måste du pausa ett ögonblick för att ta in den fantastiska bakgrunden av de omgivande fjällarna. Denna traditionella stenstuga är full av karaktär och funktioner med takbjälkar och panelerade väggar och är vackert inredda. Utanför finns en charmig trädgård med sittgrupp. Coach House gränsar till en annan liknande egendom och har egen parkering, så att du kan lämna bilen och utforska en av de många promenaderna som finns tillgängliga direkt utanför dörren. Bara några ögonblick bort ligger den populära byn Grasmere med allt från tebutiker till god mat och naturligtvis det berömda 'Grasmere Ginger Bread', eller om du föredrar det, stanna i och koppla av runt vedeldaren i det bekväma vardagsrummet. Hursomhelst kommer du att bli uppdaterad och redo för nästa dags äventyr. Handla och pub 500 meter, restaurang 200 meter.
Coach House kan bokas tillsammans med Grange End Stables (ref UK1331) och Riversdale (ref UK11444) för att rymma upp till 16 gäster.

Already planning our next visit!

Where to start... from our arrival the place felt like home. The little goodies that welcomed us were greatly received after our journey from Yorkshire. The little touches all throughout the house just added to its amazing character. I couldn’t recommend it enough if you want to stay somewhere that truly oozes the Lake District. The locations is ideal, only a short drive from Ambleside pier and the town and Grasmere itself it’s just delightful . I could not fault it one bit and our dog Colin took to it so well we don’t think Leeds will cut it anymore for him! All we can say is thank you!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Coach House.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Coach House. The location is great. Easy to walk into Grasmere and many lovely walks from the door step. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped A welcome bottle of Prosecco and treats both for humans and dogs on arrival, which were much appreciated We have booked again!

We absolutely loved the cottage - perfect location and super cosy. We would be hard pushed to fault it - there were quite a few spiders webs which my friend wanted to flag (as he hates spiders) and I noticed things like the extractor fan in the bathroom was pretty dirty but these are tiny things but I guess maybe helpful to know. The beds were so comfy and wanted to take all the details so I could buy the mattress & sheets for myself at home! We'd definitely book again, perfect! Thanks! Amy, Mike (Ziggy & Riley dogs)

Superb location, beautiful, well equipped cottage. A lovely touch was a bottle of fizz, biscuits and chocolate snacks. The one and only slight negative for us as non=dog people was that we could definitely smell dogs in the lounge, and possibly on the sofa.

Coach House is a fabulous cottage.

Coach House is a fabulous cottage. It is beautifully furnished & has such a cosy feel to it. We felt very much at home from the moment we stepped inside. A lovely welcome pack was there on our arrival which was much appreciated. Lots of info on local walks available, a lot of which can be reached directly from the cottage, so no need to use the car. Grasmere has lots of lovely places to eat, all within walking distance. Overall great cottage & great location!

Top quality furnishings and kitchen equipment and beautifully decorated. Loved it so much we booked another stay although not surprisingly availability was limited!! Well worth the money and in such a beautiful location couldn’t have wished for anything more.

We've been holidaying in the Lake District for many moons - far, far too many moons if truth be told - and, God (or the deity of your choice) willing, we'll be back many times in the future. This is, by some distance, the best cottage we've managed to be lucky enough to call home for a week. It's beautifully furnished, comfortable and has pretty much all that you might wish for in a holiday property. The owners have added some very thoughtful touches which make that extra bit of difference - the welcoming bottle of Prosecco, for example, as well as the treats/towel/blanket combo for our Border terrier went down especially well. The location of the property in Grasmere itself is simply an added bonus. A marker of just how good this property is? Try booking it this year and see how many spots are available to you. We'll be back - just as soon as we can find a week when it's free. It really is as good as previous reviewers say it is.

Owners have thought of everything from welcome hamper on arrival to treats for four legged friends, including a bed and additional towel which came in very handy due to the torrential rain! We booked again for later in the year as soon as we got home!

Lovely place to stay.

Lovely place to stay. Close to the centre of Grasmere as well as bus links and good walks straight from your door step. The cottage was well equipped and extremely comfortable. It is obvious the owners have put a lot of thought into how they can make this a great place to stay with lots of nice touches. Would highly recommend this place and already thinking of re-booking for next year!

We had a lovely stay at Grange End Coach House.

We had a lovely stay at Grange End Coach House. It’s a very comfortable cottage and very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The extras that were left were much appreciated and very useful. It was also great to be able park outside the door and walk from the front the house. Highly recommend.

Wonderful cottage, beautifully decorated, lovely welcome pack of tea & coffee, biscuits, truffles - fantastic! Super cosy once we got the heat on - loved the woodburning stove. Have stayed in many cottages in Cumbria & Derbyshire over the past few years - this was probably the best. Hope to return.
