We appreciate your loyalty to this point as well as your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any miscommunication or lack thereof regarding the construction nearby, and are sorry to hear that this put a damper on your vacation with us. While there is constant construction all along 30A, we are trying to implement a plan to keep track of this and note it on our listing when there will be any near one of our properties. We understand this does not help for your instance, but hope that it will be helpful for future guests and you, should you ever decide to give us another chance. As touched on in the policy, it is difficult for us to predict and keep track of construction plans in the area as we are rarely notified when these changes occur and have to rely on our inspectors and cleaners to report when they notice any nearby. Thank you again for your feedback as it helps us to better serve our guests moving forward. Sincerely, Benchmark Management
