Fastigheten är omgiven av ett attraktivt landskap i utkanten av den vackra byn Saint Avit Senieur. De vackra bastidstäderna Monpazier, Beaumont och Belves ligger alla en kort bilresa bort.

Stugorna var formellt ett bondgård och har totalrenoverats och uppdaterats av ägarna. De har utformats för användning som två helt oberoende enheter eller för uthyrning som en. Alla har en privat pool, terrass och grillmöjligheter. Interiören förbättras av fullt utrustade kök, attraktiva och bekväma lounge / matplats, bekväma sovrum och nya badrum.

Stugorna är omgivna av ängar och skogar och har en skuggad picknickplats för gäster.

Beautiful gite

5 ⭐️ gite. Absolutely immaculate. A perfect place to relax and unwind. Craig and Caroline are fabulous hosts. Very informative about the area and they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. If its peace and quiet you are after, this is the place for you. However, still plenty of interesting places to visit in the surrounding area. We most certainly will be returning.

Summer Holiday 2023

You couldn’t fail to be impressed by the cleanliness and overall presentation of this property. A delight to stay in and we were made very welcome by two excellent hosts, Craig and Caroline who were very attentive when required and nothing was too much bother for them. The property is well situated within easy reach of numerous pretty towns and villages, with plenty of things to do. We loved our week spent in this lovely house and we will definitely return!

A wonderful farmhouse in a great location

The farmhouse was very clean, well equipped and perfect for a relaxing stay. Craig and Caroline were super hosts. They are very knowledgeable about the local area and helped ensure we visited great markets, both in the day for browsing and in the evenings for lovely meals and great entertainment.

Un séjour très agréable

Une maison confortable, bien équipée et entretenue (ainsi que les abords). Une belle terasse pour profiter du soleil et la piscine pour se rafraîchir. Située au calme dans la campagne (de bonnes nuits en perspective!) tout en étant proche de lieux d'intérêts. De belles visites et dégustations à faire dans le coin...Propriétaires agrèables et discrets. Un séjour trés agréable en résumé.

Das Objekt hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Sehr ruhig, sehr schön und mit viel Liebe restauriert. Der Pool auf der Terrasse war ein weiteres Highlight bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal da.

Gîte très bien situé et aménagé avec goût

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans ce très agréable gîte, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé. Situé en pleine campagne périgourdine, à proximité d'une ferme, il offre une grande tranquilité tout en restant proche des sites intéressants.

Lovely property

This accommodation has been very nicely renovated, is spotlessly clean and very well equipped.It's in a very peaceful location, perfect for visiting lots of places of interest nearby. The owners thoughtfully provided a few extras which you might not expect in your holiday home. We were welcomed with fresh bread,pastries,fruit juice, milk,butter, home produced eggs and a bottle of wine! We really enjoyed our short stay and hope to return in the future. We highly recommend this property.

Hidden gem in delightful countryside

A wonderful gite, beautifully appointed, and situated in a very tranquil location. It was very well-equipped to a high standard and provided everything we needed for our stay. Craig and Caroline were very welcoming and excellent hosts. Our stay passed all too quickly but we plan to return in the near future to continue exploring this beautiful area.

Blissful fortnight.

The gite and its facilities (swimming pool, BBQ) are all maintained to a very high standard. Everything you could wish for is provided. The location is ideal for access to the Bastide towns, the Dordogne river and a whole lot of other interesting attractions. The owners could not be more helpful with matters relating to the gite and in recommending local restaurants, shops etc.. We would thoroughly recommend Cote de Cor to couples and families. We will certainly be back again.

Originally from the UK, Caroline and Craig holidayed in France for several years; returning again and again. They fell in love with The Dordogne and finally decided to take the plunge and move there permanently. Having found their dream home in a converted barn, they used all their experience to transform the neighbouring farm house into delightful holiday accommodation.
