LÀgenheten Àr perfekt för par. Det ligger i ett lugnt komplex men ligger mitt i hjÀrtat av gamla stan i Puerto Del Carmen. Det finns en stor söderlÀge balkong med hela dagen solen. . Balkongen har solstolar och ett bord och stolar för att njuta av den vackra havsutsikten och fÄnga solnedgÄngen med panoramautsikt. Det finns ocksÄ en sol markis tillgÀnglig för att ge skugga nÀr det behövs. LÀgenheten har en dubbelsÀng och allt du behöver ha en bra semester inklusive gratis WIFI, TV inklusive engelska / irlÀndska / hollÀndska och tysktalande kanaler. Det har en strykjÀrn och strykbrÀda, tvÀttmaskin, gratis vÀrdeskÄp, brödrost, mikrovÄgsugn, vattenkokare, kaffebryggare, full storlek ugn med keramisk 4 ringhÀll. Alla vanliga köksredskap finns tillgÀngliga. Badrummet har en fÄfÀnga enhet och gÄ in dusch. Linne och handdukar tillhandahÄlls och Àndras vid vistelser över 8 dagar pÄ begÀran. LÀgenheten Àr centralt belÀgen och bara nÄgra minuters promenad till lokala stormarknader, och de bÀsta restaurangerna och barer som gamla stan i Puerto Del Carmen har att erbjuda. Stranden ligger bara 10 minuters promenad bort. LÀgenheten ligger pÄ en kulle och det finns trappor att komma Ät, sÄ det kan inte vara lÀmpligt för gÀster med problem med rörligheten.

What a gem. Just back after a fabulous week. The apartment is awesome, everything we needed, beautifully decorated and perfectly located. Amazing views and the pool was a bonus! Alan made the whole process so easy with great communication. We will definitely be coming back!

The apartment was really well tought out,everything had been completely refurbished.it is close to local amenities and has views overlooking the ocean,harbour and hills. Great Apartment, Great Hosts, Great Location

This was our first visit to Puerto Del Carmen, and we were unsure of the best area to stay in, when the resort is some 7Km long. Well, we made a great choice with this apartment. The apartment is as described. It is modern and very clean. If you like IKEA, you will love this apartment, as everything is from there. The kitchen facilities are small, as you would expect, but has everything you need. The fridge is large, and has a good sized freezer compartment. There is a 4 ring hob, microwave, toaster, and a full sized oven, if you wanted. The bed was comfortable, and set in its own alcove, with views out to sea. There is internet TV with

Stunning views and friendly hosts

We were warmly greeted at the apartment by the host, Alan, who showed us around the accommodation and answered any questions, as well as making suggestions of places to go in the local area, for social entertainment as well as necessities (supermarkets, bars/restaurants etc). The apartment, in our opinion, was more stunning in-person than advertised online. Fully open plan with stunning views of the Old Town, the Harbour and the Atlantic! It was very clean, and Alan stayed in touch in the week, to check-in and see if we needed any clean laundry/help. Would definitely recommend to couples who want a nice open space to stay, a beautiful outlook from the terrace and great value for money! Thank you for accommodating us.

Great apartment with fantastic views

Well presented and immaculately clean apartment with amazing views. The large balcony is a perfect sun trap, with sunshine from morning till evening. Alan was an excellent host and his communication was first class. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to others.

Perfect in every way!

Stunning & impeccably presented apartment. Outstanding ocean views with a relaxed & welcoming ambience. Great location & close to restaurants, shopping & the stunning Old Town harbour. Superb apartment with stunning sea views

A fabulous, well equipped, spotlessly clean, contemporary, stylish apartment. We had everything we needed. The location is perfect, close to shops, supermarket, the old town and the beach. The apartment is so peaceful and quiet. The sea and harbour views from the large balcony are stunning, it has the sun from sunrise to sunset. This apartment has it all! The owners were excellent, very friendly and helpful, they couldn’t do enough for us. We definitely recommend staying here. We had a great time. So glad we booked this apartment. We enjoyed it so much we have booked for next year.

A beautiful bright,clean and well equipped apartment with a large balcony which has the sun all day and overlooks the old town and harbour, probably one of the best views in PDC. The apartment is ideally placed five minutes walk to the old town or the strip. Alan and Don couldn't be better hosts contactable at any time for help or information if needed and were keen to ensure we enjoyed the apartment and our holiday.All in all this apartment,with Alan and Dons care, provided us with a base for a wonderful holiday. Can't wait to come back.

Lovely modern appartment, well equipped, beautifully stylish and clean. The view from the balcony is tremenously mood enhancing. The balcony is private, spacious and sunny all day long.
