Detta är ett exceptionellt renoverat Tyra Summit lägenhet med spektakulära fri utsikt i ett fantastiskt läge. Det finns bara fyra enheter i byggnaden. Det är bara ett stenkast över Snowflake-hissen med spår precis utanför lägenheten som leder till stolhissen eller till stan. Det är verkligen en sann och lätt skidåkning i skidor. Rymmer upp till fyra.
Alla möjligheter i centrum av Breckenridge är tillgängliga med bara en kort 3. 5 block promenad antingen på väg eller ner fyra O'Clock spåret. Känner du dig för trött för att gå till stan? Bara ta bussen från eller till Snowflake hiss. Den körs regelbundet.
Denna större än genomsnittliga lägenhet inkluderar:

• Köket är fullt utrustat kök. Det kommer med alla apparater och bekvämligheter. Alla köksredskap man kan behöva ingår som krukor, kokkärl, tallrikar, muggar, bestick plus kryddor. Både en Mr Coffee och en Kuerig kaffebryggare finns. Ny full storlek staplade Whirlpool tvättmaskin / torktumlare för din bekvämlighet är inuti lägenheten.
• Ett stort badrum med massor av varmt vatten, Charter Club lyxiga handdukar och AMBR spaprodukter.
• Det stora sovrummet har utsikt över bergen, en sovande king size-säng, uppgraderat sängkläder och platt-TV med hög hastighet.
• Hallen innehåller ett gott hängande område för jackor etc med en bänk för att byta skor eller stövlar och en startmatta.
• Gratis höghastighetsinternet
• Fri parkering ligger precis utanför dörren för enkel lastning och lossning med skidlås vid ytterdörren.

Nice little 1br very close to 4 o'clock run. Hosts were very accommodating and provided many conveniences like firewood, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent. Great communication. Absolutely would stay here again.

Great location, very clean, well stocked

Great condo. Hosts have thought of everything. The communications were great, clear and timely. Beautiful location - easy to walk to town but far enough away you feel like you can get away from the crowds. Parking was easy. Great for skiers - easy access to Snowflake lift and 4 0'clock run. You can hear upstairs neighbors but that is part of condo life - did not bother us.

Great location and owners.

Can’t ask for better location. Walked to the ski rental place and then can ski in/out from the place. Owners left thoughtful goodies for us for our Valentine’s Day trip and maintained communication with us for any questions. On location parking was easy and close to the door. Super cozy hoe with great view while sitting on the couch next to the wood fireplace. Really enjoyed our stay and will use it next time. Thank you!

Lovely condo

Very nice condo; cosy, we love the fireplace with real wood. Very well located, ski in and out in Breckenridge. Also very close, 20 minutes to Keystone, a nice mountain with challenging runs, we discovered the Outback. The condo is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Great apartment for a couple

This location is great for a couple looking for a well located getaway. Proximity to the breck is great and the place was stocked with goodies when we arrived. The humidifier was a much appreciated accessory. We came later in the season so ski in/ski out wasn’t too feasible but with enough snow you can easily get to the property from the lower 4 o clock run. Would book again

4 o’clock is the spot!

Quaint condo in the best location for mountain access! Quick walk down the hill to jump on the Snowflake lift to start the day, traversed all peaks during the day and finished off with a final run down 4 o’clock - unstrap and you’re a short 10 steps from the front door!! Snowed about 7 inches day 1 and a few blue bird days to follow. Looking forward to returning to Tyra!!

Perfect condo for ski vacation

My husband and adult son and I had a wonderful week staying in this condo. It was well appointed with everything we needed - even sugar for coffee and tea. Also appreciated the large washer/dryer. And the ski locker is a real convenience. It is truly ski in - ski out, but also an easy walk into Main Street for the evenings. Also a short walk to the town bus system. Julie is a delight to deal with, very accommodating and readily available. Hope to stay here on our next trip to Breckenridge.

BEST location!!

10/10!!! If you're looking for a homey place to stay and want to be only a few steps away from the slopes and a short walk into town, this is the place for you! The location is absolutely PERFECT... true ski in/ ski out! You can actually ski right to your front door steps. The property itself is fully stocked with everything you could want. Julie and Stephen were fantastic hosts. I can not say enough great things about this property. Book immediately!

Great Experience!

This condo is fully stocked with everything you need. It’s like being at home. The chair lift is walking distance down the hill. All shops and restaurants are about a five minute drive. My only complaint was the condo above us. You can hear all movement and footsteps. Overall this place gets a 10.

Perfect Location!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It's a true ski-in/ski-out location, right on the 4 O'Clock trail. The convenience of ski-in/out cannot be overstated. Very clean, fully-stocked with everything. The owners are GREAT communicators, from your initial booking all the way through. We had a couple of initial questions when we arrived and the owners responded very quickly. We even got a few text messages with ski tips. I'd recommend for a couple (king bed) and up to 2 kids (pullout couch).

We strive to offer the five star experience that we would want and that is evidenced by our ratings. We communicate a lot to ensure our guests have a great visit. We hope you get a chance to enjoy the condo as much as we do.

Varför värden valde detta boende

As soon as we walked in the door of Tyra we were amazed by the quality of the renovation as well as the spectacular view and the phenomenal location. The condo is larger than average with a full size kitchen, large bathroom, large bedroom and large living area. The patio is a fantastic place for coffee and taking in the views, including the local wildlife.
We (and our winter Guests) rave about the convenient ski in ski out and proximity to town. We (and our summer guests) enjoy the hiking, biking, golf, fishing and horse riding.

Sunny south facing with awesome views.
Hike less than half a mile and fly fish.
Bike straight from condo.
Stroll down to the town for an amazing evening in a fantastic town.
Our building only has just four condos in it.
