Njut av en lugn miljö vid sjön i Langlade County. Det ligger på en trädbevuxen tomt med lediga trädbevuxna partier på vardera sidan. Det verkar som om du är mil från var som helst, men bara cirka tre mil från Elcho, Wisconsin; det ligger ungefär halvvägs mellan Rhinelander och Antigo. Den här fastigheten ligger vid Enterprise Lake (en 500+ tunnland sjö) och inkluderar en brygga som du kan använda om du vill båt, kajak eller fiska. Du är också inom 4 miles från en båt lansering till Pelican Lake (en 3000+ tunnland sjö).

Det finns en sjöutsikt från hemmet, och det är en kort promenad nedför den svagt sluttande fastigheten till vattnet. Njut av en lägereld vid vattnet. Det finns också ett picknickbord och ett barns gunga / lekset på fastigheten.

Den här fastigheten ligger på en ATV-rutt med enkel åtkomst till miles av ATV-spår i länen Langlade och Oneida. Du kan också komma till snöskoterleder / rutter. Uppfarten har två ingångar så att den hanterar trailers för lossning och lätt genom körning.

I huset finns ett stort vardagsrum med utsikt över Enterprise Lake och en stor vedeldad spis. Ett däck sträcker sig från vardagsrummet genom skjutbara altandörrar vid sjön. Matsalen är öppen också i vardagsrummet. Det finns ett litet kök (kyl / frys, spis och mikrovågsugn) och det finns två sovrum (alla med en dubbelsäng och en garderob). Det finns en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet och utrymme för att rymma några luftmadrasser om det behövs. Ett extra vindsarea (via skyttelstege) fungerar utmärkt som ett överflödesutrymme för en lekplats för barnen eller bara extra rum för unga vuxna att ha sitt eget utrymme inomhus.

Platsen är mindre än en timme från massor av stora samhällen: Crandon, Eagle River, Three Rivers, Minocqua, Woodruff, Rhinelander, Antigo, Merrill, Tomahawk, Lake Tomahawk och mer!

Wonderful fall vacation

Very nice and clean. Beautiful lake views. Wild life was perfect, deer, turkey, squirrels and chipmunks running around. Had a wonderful time hope to be able to do it again.

Lovely peaceful and quiet get-away spot.

Perfect for our overflow needs for family holiday gathering.Everything was clean and well furnished. There was a problem with the water supply, and a short call to the owner quickly took care of the concern. Would recommend this quiet and secluded spot to anyone looking for a peaceful get-away or for extra rooms when needed! Thank you!

Great Cabin

Very clean and welcoming cabin. Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and wood was provided for the fire pit. The host provided great communication and was a fantastic vacation overall.

We loved our stay here and Nancy got back to me right away with any questions. We had absolutely everything you needed for your stay - toiletries, kitchen items and even supplied popcorn with an old fashioned stove top popper. The Wi-Fi was really great too - even with several people using it at once. We will back 😀

Great up north get away

Nice accommodations. Great view of the lake with an enjoyable fire pit area. Good lake for kayaking especially with the handy kayak launch off the dock although you need to supply your own kayaks at this rental. Overall, very peaceful and relaxing!

Northwoods escape!

We had a wonderful time on Enterprise Lake! Very quiet and restful experience. The house was clean and cozy. The dock made our kayaking loading and unloading easy breezy! Great host! Hope to return again next year.

Great place! Second year staying here.

Everything about this place, and the owners, is wonderful. The only thing I’d make sure to tell others reading this is that it is not a good swimming spot. It’s beautiful as far as nature goes, and very calming. Just don’t expect to swim off the dock or anything. Highly recommend for a getaway!

Relaxation extreme

This place is was honestly advertised and you’ll not be disappointed. We were in and out with other activities, but it was such a relaxed and quiet place when we got back to recharge. Has everything you need. There ARE instructions for the TV (that you’ll completely ignore until the last day)! We will stay here for the race next year. Thank you!

House on Enterprise lake

I will say this, the house was immaculate n so nice. Off by itself with a view of the lake from the deck n living room n many different animals. The stay that a friend n I just did was so amazing n so relaxing! We had both been working a lot n we needed a break from reality n this was the perfect place for what we wanted. We both couldn't have been happier. We got lots of relaxing in I just want to say that host was sweet n helpful. We will be going back again without a doubt. Great stay at the lake!

We had a wonderful stay at Nancy's cottage on Enterprise Lake. Due to heavy storms the night before, power was out when we arrived (and Nancy communicated to us that this was a possibility), but it was restored before it got dark! We had an excellent time fishing and kayaking the lake. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed and more. Thank you for hosting us!

Understated and sometimes slightly dated interior would earn this a "charming" comment in a real estate listing. But the location makes up for any of that. If only I had a canoe to bring with me.

Exactly what we needed!

Our large extended family was having a family reunion at our property on Enterprise Lake, but there definitely wasn’t room for 42 of us to stay there. So our family of six (kids’ ages: 11, 10, 6, & 4) stayed at this place. It was perfect for what we needed - comfy beds to sleep in, a shower, and an updated kitchen to prep any food we needed for our reunion. Our kids also really enjoyed catching 400 toads and frogs on the property hahah. Owners were great to communicate with and talked me through changing the batteries on a beeping smoke detector whose batteries were dying. Thanks for everything, was so fun to stay on a different part of the lake for the first time in 41 years! : )

Nice stay but…

Place is nicely updated and quaint. Place was clean and the view of the lake is super relaxing. I know that the listing says there isn’t AC which we didn’t need but since there wasn’t any air the humidity was overwhelming and you just felt gross the whole time. They didn’t have a dishwasher which is fine especially since it was disclosed that there wasn’t, however, what wasn’t disclosed was that there was no usable water, which for some people isn’t acceptable. The water was so brown and dark that you couldn’t use it to bathe let alone drink. The toilet also always looked “used”. For fear of ruining my hair I did not feel comfortable showering. For the cost of what we paid for each night, having water didn’t seem like a luxury for that price. They also advertise queen sized beds but they were not, they were full sized. We knew that because we were just in a hotel the week prior that had fulls and it was pretty uncomfortable. Again, probably not a huge deal for other people. Would have just been nice to be made aware. The biggest deal was not having useable water. For the price we paid it just didn’t seem acceptable to us, however, the place is still nice and was clean. Owners were helpful and answered any questions we had. Just would not stay here again.

We wanted a place to get away and go ATVing. This location was perfect--so close to the Parrish-Highlands ATV trails and on the water besides. We decided to also open this property up as a vacation rental. It's perfect for a family, couples getaway, or guys sporting trip. Hope you enjoy it!

We saw the potential of what this property can be. The view is great as it overlooks Outlet Bay on Enterprise Lake. It feels very private here. This property was inspected by the State of Wisconsin in June 2019 and is licensed as a Wisconsin Tourist Rooming House.
