Det charmiga hemmet är ett 3 sovrum 2 badrum som har varit professionellt inredda och har exotiska tiger lövträ golv i hela hemmet, med alla detaljer tänkt på. Fastigheten ligger på en acre fullständigt innesluten med integritet staket. Den utarbetade landskapsarkitekturen omfattar en Koi-damm komplett med vattenfall och babblingbäck. På kvällen kommer utomhusljuset automatiskt att stå på skymningen, belysa utomhusytan och damm så att du kan se trädgården och fisken som badar på natten. Den 25 hektar stora parken ligger intill hemmet med 2 fotbollsplaner, 1 fotbollsplan och 3 baseballfält. Det finns ett lusthus för picknick luncher och en helt ny lekplats för barnen! Parken har ett löpspår runt omkretsen för de vandrare / löpare. På grund av att parken ligger intill huset är det total avskildhet för underhållande eller tyst tid. Stranden ligger nere på gatan med en extra (waterfront) lekplats bredvid den. Ingenting som att vara på en gunga bara fötter från vattnet! Det finns 4 marinor i en radie på 1 mil, så var god att hyra eller ta med egen båt!

Great place to stay and great location

The house was very clean and the communication with Jodi was excellent! She was very responsive and helpful with our questions. The location is great as well if you’re visiting Annapolis, Baltimore or DC. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog to roam and the neighborhood is good for walks. The pond was so peaceful as well. Overall a great place to stay if you’re in the area!

Beautiful Home & Great Location

This home was the perfect place for my family. Access to the water was just down the road. We brought Kayaks and canoes. It's also a short drive to Annapolis. We had an amazing time.

Lovely getaway

This property is absolutely lovely. It is well appointed and has everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. We especially appreciated the lovely decorative touches throughout the house. The deck and backyard were just wonderful. Since it was fully fenced in our dog was able to run and explore while we enjoyed eating outside in absolutely lovely surroundings. We will be sure to stay again when we are in the area.

Great House, Even Greater Backyard

The house was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 5. My children thoroughly enjoyed the huge backyard, and there is a park right next door to the house so that was also very enjoyable. We were exactly 19 minutes away from Annapolis Naval Academy. We also took a 1 hour drive to see the Great Falls of the Potomac. It was a great location. The property owner was awesome and gave me great information and tips on the area.

Lovely home and property

Lovely home in lovely neighborhood. Clean and comfortable for the six of us. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, plus welcoming extras. Beds were very comfortable. Lori was a fabulous host and available to answer questions and make local recommendations. And the outside areas were beautiful, including the expansive backyard with multiple seating areas. We had a rainy weekend and wish we could have enjoyed the outside spaces more.

Memorable Experience

Upon arriving at this property, my wife and I fell in love with the surrounding area and everything that the property offered. The location is excellent for an escape or a relaxing reset and isn't too far from dining and other attractions. From sitting by the koi pond to taking trips around Edgewater and nearby Annapolis, we were able to experience one of the most memorable trips of our lives. The host, Jodi, was extremely responsive and went above and beyond. After booking, Jodi notified us that she could arrange a private charter at sunset with a four-course dining experience. The charter was the highlight of our trip and we were blown away by the dishes served while on board. Jodi, along with the chef and crew provided us with an elegant evening on the water. We highly recommend staying with Jodi and look forward to booking with her in the future.

How do I begin to express our thanks, appreciation and satisfaction with Jodi’s home?From the moment I made the reservation, we were impressed with the responsiveness to our reservation, as well as genuine concern to make our stay the most comfortable one possible. The home is absolutely beautiful… From the moment you get out of the car you will be met with the charming home behind a sweet picket fence and lovely landscaping. Then you walk in the front door and you are met with these gorgeous hardwood floors in the most comfortable setting. There an are so many “little touches” all around the home that make you feel so welcome. The house is beyond clean and it is obvious so much care as gone into making this your home away from home. The backyard is a destination all its own. The location of the home is ideal as well…restaurants, tourist attractions, grocery stores/shopping, the water, Annapolis….the list goes on and on. A very safe neighborhood, with the most lovely park to go walking. We are very grateful to Jodi, for making our stay more comfortable and positive than we ever could have imagined. Thank you thank you thank you for everything!

Annapolis Visit

The house is very pleasant and comfortable. It’s in an area with lots of restaurants, shopping and a short drive into Annapolis. The area is very quiet with a park outside the front gate. It’s a great area to walk around and the water is fairly close. The back yard is fun and relaxing. The owner is very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

Nice spot for a family gathering

This home offered enough space for our family to gather from 3 different states. 5 of us slept very comfortably and we were able to sit and visit and enjoy each others' company. Parking in front of the home is available for 2 cars. The home is an easy drive to the Naval Academy and to the football stadium, and there are a variety of restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to cook our own meals. We were able to bring our dogs and they really enjoyed the large backyard where they could run. Our family would recommend this home and would stay here again if in the area!

Beautiful home and wonderful host

I had a wonderful stay here - the home was so clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Jodi (the host) was so welcoming, and it was clear that she had put a lot of thought into ensuring a great stay - including restaurant recommendations, an easy check in, and even tailoring her recs to dog-friendly places. And the yard! Absolutely gorgeous and relaxing, especially with the mature trees, thoughtful touches (like the swing), and the koi pond. My dog loved it - I literally had to pick him up to get him back inside each time! The neighborhood was also great, with a lot of local stores and restaurants, and it was close to beaches and other attractions. It's a bit off the radar, but we went to Historic London Town one day which was super close, and had beautiful gardens and replicas/museum/history from the 1700s - highly recommend this - it was dog friendly too! Overall, just a wonderful and welcoming stay!

Great place to relax

We stayed about a week for summer vacation. 6 of us fit comfortably, me, Husband, Grandma and 3 kids. Jodi’s home is perfect for a family with kids. The kids really enjoyed playing in the yard in the morning while we made breakfast in a well appointed kitchen. The home is close to many attractions- go-karting, Annapolis, arcades, jet skis, boating, Six Flags America and a quiet little beach down the street on days we didn’t feel like exploring. Lots of restaurants in the area and a cute little ice cream shop. In the evenings the kids really loved being able to run freely in the park right next to the house, and the adults enjoyed the downtime :-) We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful yard

We had a wonderful time! Our dog especially loved running around the backyard and the park right next door! Jodi was very communicative and the house was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, the air conditioning worked great, overall an excellent vacation home.
