Schöne Wohnung mit toller, großer Terrasse

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen im Oktober in Rom. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. 2 Bäder, gute Ausstattung, viel Platz. Vor allem der große Balkon war ein Highlight und wurde von uns fleißig genutzt

Bel appartement, mais….

L’appartement conforme à la description,un peu excentré par rapport au centre de Rome, mais très bien desservi par les transports en commun, donc aucune difficulté pour visiter les incontournables de Rome. Le quartier est calme, pas de bruit la nuit. Nous avons pu prendre possession de l’appartement avant l’heure prévue du check-in, ce dont nous remercions la propriétaire. En revanche, nous avons eu dès le 1er jour une panne du lave-vaisselle (au demeurant très encrassé….). La propriétaire a laissé entendre que nous avions causé la panne (comment????) et supposé que l’encrassement était de notre fait. La photo que nous avions envoyée montrait pourtant que les salissures dataient de bien plus longtemps. Refus d’un dédommagement sous prétexte que faire la vaisselle ne présentait pas un inconvénient majeur. En effet, mais la location prévoit un lave-vaisselle que nous n’avons pas utilisé. D’autre part, prévoyez d’apporter des filtres si vous voulez utiliser la cafetière pour le petit-déjeuner. Il est impossible de s’en procurer sur place. La cafetière nexpresso, entartrée, ne délivre qu’un filet de café. Patience requise pour remplir 4 bols…. Il y a un problème d’eau inhérent à l’immeuble, indépendant des propriétaires. Très difficile de prendre 2 douches simultanément, même vaisselle et douche en même temps. Ce n’est pas catastrophique, mais quand même. Très bon séjour néanmoins.

Great apartment in Rome

We gladly recommend this apartment for a family trip to Rome. It’s just a few minutes outside the busier parts of Rome itself, and is easily accessed via the Metro which is a 10-15 minute walk (depending on how quickly one strolls) through a nice neighborhood. We really enjoyed that we were in a quieter neighborhood. The apartment is roomy, clean, and close to several grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants. Plus, it has a nice terrace off the living room where we enjoyed relaxing in the evenings after seeing the sights all day. Highly recommended.

great location

We had a great time staying in this apartment. The location was great for lots of walking. We spent three full days in Rome. On the first day, we walked to the Colosseum/Palatine Hill and a few churches. On the second day we walked to the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain. On the third day we successfully took the subway to Vatican City and took in all the sights there. We enjoyed the spacious terrace of the apartment in the mornings and the evenings. Arianna was so helpful with all of the arrangements ahead of time and also to answer questions during our stay. Side note, get in line for the Vatican Museum first, and take your time going through the museum. There is SOOOOO much to see on the way to the Sistine Chapel, but we were the last group to get admitted at the end of the day and there was such a rush to get to the chapel, that we didn't have time to appreciate all the cool relics and art along the way (and it is a long way through the museum). Anyway, we were very careful and vigilant and despite all the warning about pick-pockets, we were not victims. Being from a totally different part of the world, we misinterpreted the graffiti, roadside trash, and metal rolling shades on apartment windows to mean this might not be a safe neighborhood, but that was absolutely not the case. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked great, the neighborhood was quiet, and the local restaurants were great options compared to eating closer in to the city. Thank you!

Brief Rome Stay

We were in Rome for just a few days but enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Arianna and Gabriele were delightful hosts, even when meeting us at 1:00 AM due to our late flight. The apartment was very clean, and the terrace was our favorite place to relax after walking all around the city each day. Although we didn't really use the train station until the end of our stay, it was very close and convenient. We were also able to easily access stores and cafes/restaurants as well.

Great quiet residential area.

My family loved this apartment. It was very convenient to all of the forms of transportation and great (authentic) restaurants. The best feature of this apartment was the terrace. There are plenty of beer and wine shops nearby to grab a bottle and relax after a long day on the town.

Large flat

We enjoyed our stay in Rome. This place was very roomy inside and outside. The showers were a bit small, but not a big deal for us. The neighborhood was family friendly with a big park just a block away. Was a 20+ minute walk to the subway, but the bus stopped right around the corner. The welcome book has wonderful information and recommendations. Would stay again.

Beautiful Apartment in Rome

Great apartment for a family in a quiet Rome neighborhood. Walking distance from some great restaurants frequented by locals. Nearby access to public transportation or short cab ride to Center City. Arianna was very a great host and very helpful. Great option if you prefer to stay away from the crowds in the Center City.

Logement très spacieux, belles attentions de notre hôte. Un peu loin du centre (45 minute de transport en commun). Je recommande toutefois pour le grand confort, la belle terrasse. Convient à famille avec 2 enfants.

The was exceptional in every way. The owner was extremely gracious and helpful. The apartment was exceptionally clean. The apartment is spacious. The balcony was a very nice addition. Most of the regular tourist sites are approximately 1.25 miles from the apartment, which suited us, as we enjoy walking. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment family, friends, or strangers.

Amazing Rome

Arianna's apartment is absolutely amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. The balcony is a wonderful place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The neighborhood is not in the heart of the typical tourist sites, but everything is walkable and public transportation is so easy in Rome. Staying here provides a feeling of being in Rome and offers opportunities to experience a neighborhood. Arianna is an organized host who provided a complete notebook of information that was useful in finding restaurants and stores and understanding how to things in the apartment worked. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Rome!

Perfect Villa for our family

We had a wonderful stay at Adrianna’s villa. She was very thorough and communicated often leading up to our stay. Detailed instructions about the Villa and the area made our stay very relaxed. The sunset on the terrace was delightful and the neighborhood is very friendly.

L’appartement est bien desservi par les transports publics (bus et métro) pour permettre de visiter le centre de Rome et de se rendre à la gare Termini. Le quartier est paisible et il fait bon s’y promener même en soirée. La terrasse de cet appartement est un atout indéniable. L’appartement étant à environ 45 minutes de bus du centre, il convient davantage pour les séjours de plusieurs jours. Les 2 chambres sont spacieuses et disposent chacune de la climatisation indépendante. Tout autour de l’appartement il est possible de trouver des restaurants sympathiques, des épiceries et des marchants de fruits et légumes. Une belle adresse pour qui cherche tranquillité loin du centre. Arianna è un ospite attento e desideroso di offrire un appartamento confortevole e sicuro. L'appartamento è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici (autobus e metropolitana) per poter visitare il centro di Roma e raggiungere la Stazione Termini. Il quartiere è tranquillo ed è bello passeggiare anche la sera. La terrazza di questo appartamento è un vantaggio innegabile. Essendo l'appartamento a circa 45 minuti di autobus dal centro, è più adatto per soggiorni di più giorni. Le 2 camere sono spaziose e dispongono di aria condizionata indipendente. Very nice place to stay in. I will highly recommend it! The apartment was very clean, beds were confortable, the bus next to the place, the 85, takes you everywhere! And Arianna has been very helpful! Great place to stay!
