It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scourer, 1 kitchen towel, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher , 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel).

The neighborhood:
The Patacona beach, in the municipality of Alboraya, is a must-see during your stay in Valencia. It is the natural continuation of the Malvarrosa beach, so it shares all its leisure and restaurant services. This area maintains its charm during the summer season, as well as in the winter. 400 meters from the apartment is the promenade with all kinds of services and leisure facilities, fashionable restaurants as well as famous rice restaurants, umbrella and hammock service on the beach, beach volleyball facilities, showers, etc. In the neighboring Malvarrosa neighborhood there are supermarkets and ATMs, as well as the well-known museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez.
Horchata is the typical drink of Valencia and its cultivation, typical of the municipalities to the north of the city, has its epicenter in the town of Alboraya, the municipality to which Patacona beach belongs. For this reason, in this area it is common to find horchaterías where you can taste it.
Due to its location to the north of the city, it is also an excellent starting point for visiting the beaches and well-known tourist towns to the north of it: Port Saplaya, whose peculiar urbanism has earned it the nickname of "Little Venice"; El Puig, with its 13th century monastery or Sagunto, a historic city presided over by its Roman castle and whose Jewish quarter is well worth a visit, among others.

House's rules:

- Respect rest hours, from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- The garbage deposit schedule will be from Monday to Sunday. (Organic. from 19 to 21 hours). It must always be carried out in closed bags and will not be deposited outside the container.
