Great Place & Location

The location to the center of town, train station, and food was optimal for everything we wanted to do. Our host was very helpful, also, when we realized we didn't book enough nights and found a quick solution for us. A on everything!

Super Property Equals Super Stay

A modern conversion of a old building. Clean, comfy and well specified - everything you need for a stay in Bologna. The apartment is is walking distance of a number of key locations and great restaurants and bars.

Es hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Zentrale Lage. Unkomplizierter Check in. Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung und Sauberkeit. Gute Betten. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir problemlos eine zweite Bettdecke. Die Küche ist etwas spartanisch ausgestattet. Und das Geschirr war leider nicht 100% sauber.

Great stay with family in Bologna

My family of 4 had a great stay at the Cavalleria Rusticana. The apartment was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The hosts provided a very thorough welcome document with answers to many questions and recommendations in the area. When we had a question, the hosts responded quickly. The location was quiet and a short 10-15 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore where there was lots of great dining, shopping and tourist sights to see. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Great for 5

This apartment was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. It was particularly handy for the kids to have their own room with three beds upstairs. The keyless entry was convenient and the secure parking was great. Everything in town was about a 12-15 minute stroll away; this worked for us, but might not be ideal for someone with mobility issues. The apartment was close to piazza Santa Stefano, which had a great atmosphere with cafes and delicious gelato.

Great place and location

The unit was great and very comfortable. We had a minor issue and it was resolved immediately. The place was clean and roomy. A small balcony for fresh air. Location had many restaurants and shops right nearby. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend!

Amazing and Convenient

This was an ideal location to stay in Bologna, close to city center, wide range of restaurants, bars, and markets but also convenient to groceries and shops for other amenities. Check in and check out was easy and all inquiries received prompt responses. Apartment was clean and comfortable and also had laundry. Would definitely recommend!

You needn’t look any further

We came for a few days before our cruise. The location was perfect as it was a short walk to the center of town. The people at the desk were so nice, helpful and very easy on the eyes. The apartment is perfect. It’s exactly as pictured. The kitchen and bathrooms are as clean as any hotel. The ac is better than expected with separate units in every room. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative thing I have to say is that the shower in the downstairs bedroom is assuredly tight. But the water pressure is just fine and I would not hesitate to come back or send my friends.

Perfect in every way!

We rented two properties from Francesca in Residence Opera, because our group was large. Both were absolutely perfect! This particular one has 2 beds and bath, and one of the bedrooms had 3 single beds, so it was perfect for our needs. The furniture and amenities, as well as the apartment itself are beautiful and modern. We had everything we needed. We came over Christmas, and there even was a traditional Panetonne waiting for us! We loved the location; close enough to walk to everything, yet very quiet. And we also appreciated the laundry room that was open 24/7. I would give this more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you!

Modern Apartment in Historic Building ~ A-plus!

We loved every facet of our 7-week stay at Opera Residence - the apartment, free laundry in the building, elevator (or stairs to keep in shape), coded entry so no need to carry a key, weekly housekeeping, outdoor space, and the neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen area adequate to prepare meals with convection stovetop and microwave. Food is readily available around the corner ranging from a variety of small restaurants to fruit and vegetable stands, cheese stand, fish stand, pasta store with "to-go" delicious food, bakeries, Farmacia, plus more small vendors. The location is away from the tourist fray, yet a 10-minute walk to Piazza Maggorie. Within a mile are parks, museums, historic churches and sights, other piazzas, fabulous high-end shopping mall, and delicious gelatos stores! And, it is on a bus line. I highly recommend this property, and would definitely stay again.

Perfect for centre and university

Very clean and well presented. Lift was not working when we arrived but fixed next day. Reception was not always open during its advertised hours. Flat itself was perfect.. We would return happily to this property.

Very nice apartment in a good part of town

This apartment is very clean and modern. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked but could use a Better coffee maker. Better coffee maker The location is very good, being close to the center of town. So the apartment is on a busy street the bedrooms open up into the back so it is very quiet night. All in all, a very nice stay .

Traumhaftes Apartment mitten in Bologna

Unser Apartment in Bologna hat uns sowohl was Ausstattung und Design (alles ganz neu und modern) als auch die Parkmöglichkeit sehr gut gefallen. Man konnte alles zu Fuß machen und musste das Auto nicht mehr bewegen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Excellent, excellent, excellent

I recently returned from a one-month stay at this property in Bologna and cannot say enough good things about it. First of all, the location is perfect. It is on a relatively main street, but is at the less commercial end and is within walking distance of all the major sites and areas. Within steps of the front door are a few bars (for coffee, lunch, snacks), a grocery store, pharmacy, ATM and any other things you might need. Around the corner are 4 wonderful, small, local restaurants. There is a nice neighborly feel to the area. With respect to our accommodations, they were wonderful, as well. The apartment we rented was modern, clean, fully equipped and sunny. The air conditioning was turned on while we were there and worked optimally during some hot days. The office was opened daily and the women (especially Letizia) were always eager to help us with both our mundane questions and also to set up tours for us and provide us with any information that we needed. They were always patient and pleasant. Although the office closed at 1:30 each day, Letizia was always available by email to respond to any of our needs or inquiries no matter what time of day or evening. Oh, and as a real plus - there was a free washer, dryer in the basement for use by all. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone travelling to Bologna and hope that I can return there again myself.

Super Wohnung an sehr guter Lage!

Die Wohnung war ist sehr schön und ist sehr nahe beim historischen Zentrum gelegen. War für uns eine Toplage. Die Terasse und die Ausrichtung auf den Innenhof machte die Wohnung sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Sehr zu empfehlen.!

Clean, well appointed and easy in/out. Very nice and helpful staff on call and responsive whenever needed. Apartment amenities were perfect and we really enjoyed the common space, as we had several local and visiting friends stop by for a glass of wine and some catching up time.
